従来、このようなフィルム、シートの粘着層にはエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体等のエチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体が多く用いられている。
しかしながら、経時的に粘着力が昂進する欠点があり、特に、常温で被着体と貼り付けられた状態で運搬、保管されることに留まらず、様々な熱履歴を受けた場合などには、粘着力の昂進が著しく進行し、粘着力が強すぎることに起因して使用剥離の際屡々問題が生じた。
最近、表面保護用等の粘着フィルム、シートには透明性が求められる場合も多く、この要件を満たす粘着フィルム、シートが求められる傾向も強くなってきている。
その結果、意外にも、エチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体に、結晶性のオレフィン重合体とスチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマーを組合せて特定割合配合した樹脂組成物は上記の要件を満たすことを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
又、本発明の他の目的は、実用性に優れた粘着フィルム又はシートを得ることのできる粘着性樹脂組成物を提供することにある。
更に、本発明の別の目的は、前記粘着性樹脂組成物から得られた粘着フィルム又はシート、特に、物品の表面保護に好適に用いられる粘着フィルム又はシートを提供することにある。

(2) (A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量を100重量部としたとき、(A)オレフィン重合体(A成分)の含有量が7.5~75重量部、(B)エチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体(B成分)の含有量が7.5~75重量部(C)スチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマー(C成分)の含有量が1~49重量部である前記(1)記載の粘着性樹脂組成物。

更に、所望により粘着フィルム又はシートに高度の透明性を付与できる。
このため、本発明の粘着性樹脂組成物から得られた粘着フィルム又はシートは、例えば、合成樹脂板、化粧板、金属板及び塗装鋼板等の製品表面保護用、又、窓ガラス表面保護用、自動車の焼付塗装時やプリント基板のハンダ浸積時の表面保護用、更には、液晶表示装置、プラズマ表示装置や有機薄膜EL装置の構成部材である液晶パネル板、反射板、位相差板、プリズムシート、導光板、偏光板、プラズマ表示パネル板、有機蛍光体薄膜、透明電極等の精密電子部品の表面保護用のフィルム又はシートとして特に好適に用いられる。
既に述べたとおり、本発明の粘着性樹脂組成物は、オレフィン重合体(A成分)、エチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体(B成分)、及びスチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマー(C成分)、とを必須成分として含有する。これら各成分について先ず説明する。
「A成分(オレフィン重合体)」
本発明において、A成分であるオレフィン重合体(尚本発明でオレフィン重合体とはオレフィンの単独重合体又はオレフィン共重合体を意味する)としては、プロピレン系(共)重合体、結晶性の高密度ポリエチレン、中、低密度ポリエチレン、メタロセン触媒で重合された線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)のようなエチレン系(共)重合体、ポリブテン、ポリ4-メチルー1-ペンテン、ポリヘキセン、ポリオクテン等の炭素数1から12のポリオレフィンが例示されるが、本発明では、これらの中で結晶性のオレフィン重合体が好ましく、特にプロピレン系(共)重合体が好ましい。
このプロピレン系(共)重合体として、本発明では融点130℃以上の高融点のプロピレン系(共)重合体、特に融点130℃以上の高融点の結晶性を有するプロピレン系(共)重合体を用いるのが好ましい。
このような、高融点の結晶性プロピレン系(共)重合体の典型例として、高結晶性アイソタクチックポリプロピレン等の立体特異性重合体を挙げることができる。
例えば、本発明に用いるプロピレン系(共)重合体としては融点(JIS K7121に準拠 融解ピーク温度)が130℃以上の結晶性プロピレン単独重合体(ポリプロピレンホモポリマー)、プロピレンを主体とするランダム共重合体、ブロック共重合体、より具体的には、プロピレン成分を50モル%以上、好ましくは80モル%以上含み、プロピレン以外の他の単量体成分を50モル%未満、特に20モル%以下の割合で含むランダム共重合体、ブロック共重合体を挙げることができる。
前記他のモノマー成分としては、例えば、エチレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-オクテン、1-デセン、1-ドデセン、1-テトラデセン、1-オクタデ
セン等の炭素原子数2,4~20、特に好ましくは炭素数2、4~8のα-オレフィン類等を挙げることができる。
本発明において他の好適なA成分はエチレン系(共)重合体である。エチレン系(共)重合体としては好ましくは密度が896~965kg/m3の範囲にあるエチレン系(共)重合体、特に密度が896~965kg/m3の範囲にある結晶性を有するエチレン系(共)重合体を用いることが好ましい。本発明でエチレン系(共)重合体とは、エチレン単独重合体又はエチレン成分を50モル%以上含むエチレンと他の単量体との共重合体(但し後述する(B)成分を除く)を意味する。他の単量体としてはエチレン以外のα-オレフィンが好ましく、特に炭素数3~12のα-オレフィンが好ましい。エチレン系(共)重合体の密度は、ほぼ、その重合法によって支配され、上記エチレン系(共)重合体は、主として高圧法(1500~3000気圧)、中圧法(30~70気圧、Phillips法、Standard法等)、低圧法(常圧又はわずかな加圧;Ziegler法等)、あるいはメタロセン触媒を用いる中、低圧法等の製法で製造される。
エチレン系(共)重合体のメルトフローレート(MFR)(JIS K7210準拠 190℃ 2160g荷重)は0.5~20g/10分、特に1~15g/10分が好ましい。
本発明のA成分としては、前記結晶性のプロピレン(系)共重合体、エチレン系(共)重合体が好ましいが、前者(結晶性のプロピレン(系)共重合体)の方がより好ましい。また両者を混合して使用することもできる。
本発明でもう一方の必須成分として用いるエチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体(B成分)としては、エチレンと、酢酸ビニル、プロピオン酸ビニルのようなビニルエステルとの共重合体、或いは、エチレンと、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸、無水イタコン酸等の不飽和カルボン酸の炭素数20程度までのアルキルエステルとの共重合体を挙げることが出来、より具体的には、エチレンと、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸イソプロピル、アクリル酸nプロピル、アクリル酸イソブチル、アクリル酸nブチル、アクリル酸-2-エチルヘキシル、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル、メタアクリル酸イソブチル、メタアクリル酸nブチル、メタクリル酸グリシジル、マレイン酸ジメチル、マレイン酸ジエチル等の不飽和カルボン酸エステルとの共重合体を例示することが出来る。
例えば、通常のオートクレーブ法による高圧ラジカル重合プロセスによって製造されるランダム性良好な共重合体を使用することが出来るが、前述のエチレン・不飽和カルボン酸エステル共重合体の場合は、チューブラー法による高圧ラジカル重合プロセスによって製造される共重合体が特に好適に用いられる。
「スチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマー(C成分)」
本発明のさらに他の必須成分としてスチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマー(C成分)が使用される。ここではスチレン系エラストマーをC-1成分、オレフィン系エラストマーをC-2成分と称する。
スチレン系エラストマー(C-1成分)は、ジエンブロック(ジエン重合体部)からなるソフトセグメントとスチレンブロック(スチレン重合体)からなるハードセグメントとを有するブロック共重合体であり、所謂エチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーとして製造・販売されているブロック共重合体の一種であって、具体的には、例えば、スチレン-ブタジエンブロック共重合体(SB)、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)、スチレン-イソプレンブロック共重合体(SI)及びスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SIS)若しくはそれらブロック共重合体の水素添加物が挙げられる。かかる水素添加物は、スチレンブロックとジエンブロックの全てが水素添加されたブロック共重合体であっても、ジエンブロックのみ水素添加されたブロック共重合体あるいはスチレンブロックとジエンブロックの一部が水素添加されたブロック共重合体等の部分水素添加物であってもよい。
これらブロック共重合体若しくはその水素添加物を粘着性樹脂組成物として用いる際には、単独でも2種以上用いてもよい。
これらブロック共重合体の中でも、スチレン-ブタジエンブロック共重合体(SB)の水素添加物、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)の水素添加物、スチレン-イソブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SIS)の水素添加物、スチレン-イソブチレンブロック共重合体(SI)の水素添加物等のスチレンブロックとジエンブロックとを含有するブロック共重合体の水素添加物がより好ましく、具体的には、スチレン-ブタジエンブロック共重合体(SB)の水素添加物であるスチレン-エチレン・ブテンブロック共重合体(SEB)、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)の水素添加物であるスチレン-エチレン・ブテン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)、スチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SIS)の水素添加物であるスチレン-エチレン・プロピレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEPS)が押出成形時の熱安定性に優れ、加工時の安定性や、劣化物の発生及び臭いの発生を抑制する点で、最も好ましい。
本発明に係るスチレン系エラストマー(C-1成分)はMFR(メルトフローレート;ASTM D-1238 荷重5kg、温度200℃)は特に限定されないが、通常0.1~100g/10分、好ましくは0.5~50g/10分の範囲にある。
本発明においてもう一方のC-2成分としてオレフィン系エラストマーが使用される。
オレフィン系エラストマー(C-2成分)は、1種または2種以上のオレフィンを構成成分とするエラストマー状の重合体または共重合体である。具体的には、ポリエチレンセグメントとエチレン・ブテン共重合体ゴムセグメントのブロック共重合体とみなされるもの、たとえば、1,2-ビニル結合の少ないポリブタジエンセグメントと1,2-ビニル結合の多いポリブタジエンセグメントからなるブロック共重合体のブタジエン重合単位を水素添加して得られるブロック共重合体などを挙げることができる。
かかるオレフィン系エラストマー(C-2成分)としては、具体的には、結晶性オレフィン(結晶性エチレン重合体部)-エチレン・ブテン(非晶性オレフィン重合体部)-結晶性オレフィン(結晶性エチレン重合体部)ブロック共重合体(CEBC)、スチレン-エチレン・ブテン(非晶性オレフィン重合体部)-結晶性オレフィン(結晶性エチレン重合体部)ブロック共重合体(SEBC)が挙げられ、JSR株式会社から商品名:DYNARONとして、DR6100P、DR6200P(CEBC)、DR4600P,DR4630P(SEBC)の各種銘柄が市販されている。
(C)成分の他の例としては、プロピレンの単独重合体若しくはプロピレンと少量のエチレンあるいは1-ブテン等の他のα-オレフィンとのプロピレンを主体とした結晶性プロピレン系重合体をリビング重合して結晶性オレフィン重合体を得、次いでプロピレンとエチレン、1-ブテン等の他のα-オレフィンとを共重合して非晶性のオレフィン重合体部を得てなるプロピレン-プロピレン・α-オレフィン-プロピレンブロック共重合体などが挙げられる。
また(C)成分の他の例としては、密度が0.850~0.895g/m3で、X線による結晶化度が40%以下(0~40%)の非晶性又は低結晶性のα-オレフィンのランダム共重合体、又はその組成物、具体的にはエチレン含量が40~95モル%のエチレン/α-オレフィンランダム共重合体が挙げられる。α-オレフィンとしてはプロピレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-オクテン等の炭素数3~12のα-オレフィンが挙げられるが特にプロピレン、1-ブテが好ましい。これらの非晶性又は低結晶性のα-オレフィンのランダム共重合体、又はその組成物としては例えば三井化学(株)から商品名 タフマーあるいはノティオとして、住友化学(株)から商品名タフセレンが市販されている。
「粘着性樹脂組成物」
本発明の粘着性樹脂組成物は、(A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量を100重量部としたとき、(A)結晶性のオレフィン重合体(A成分)5~80重量部、(B)エチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体(B成分)5~80重量部及び(C)スチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマー(C成分)1~60重量部の割合で含有していることが好ましい。
本発明においては各成分の配合割合が上記範囲にあるとき、初めて適度な初期粘着力を有し、且つ、その粘着力の経時昂進が一層抑制され、適正な一定粘着力の長期持続性に優れ、また、剥離速度依存性が小さい粘着性樹脂組成物が得られるものであり、例えば(A成分)の配合量が(A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量100重量部に対し5重量部未満の場合は粘着力の経時昂進や剥離速度依存性が大きく、また、(A成分)の配合量が(A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量100重量部に対し80重量部を超える場合には初期粘着が低いことからいずれも好ましくない。また(C成分)の配合量が(A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量100重量部に対し1重量部未満でも粘着力の経時昂進性の少ない組成物が得られるが、(C成分)を1重量部以上配合した場合、より優れた初期粘着力や粘着力の経時昂進抑制効果が得られ、特に高温エージング時の昂進抑制効果が優れている。一方(C成分)の配合量が(A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量100重量部に対し60重量部を超える場合には、樹脂組成物の加工性が著しく低下することから好ましくない。また、フィルムの外観が重視される場合、エラストマーはフィシュアイ(FE))が比較的多いことからエラストマーの配合比が少ない方が好ましい。
本発明の組成物において特に好ましい配合割合は、(A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量を100重量部としたとき、(A)結晶性のオレフィン重合体(A成分)の含有量が15~75重量部であり、(B)エチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体(B成分)の含有量が15~60重量部であり、(C)スチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマー(C)成分の含有量が1~49重量部である。
又、粘着付与剤とオレフィン樹脂とのブレンド物も市販されており、これらを使用しても構わない。
このような樹脂として、例えば、エチレンと(メタ)アクリル酸、エタクリル酸、フマル酸、マレイン酸、マレイン酸モノメチル、無水マレイン酸等の不飽和カルボン酸との共重合体であるエチレン・不飽和カルボン酸共重合体樹脂、エチレン・アクリル酸・メタクリル酸イソブチル等のエチレン・不飽和カルボン酸・不飽和カルボン酸エステル共重合体樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂等の樹脂を挙げることができる。
これら他種樹脂は、前記粘着組成物の物性を損なわない範囲、例えば前記(A)、(B)及び(C)の各成分の合計量100重量部に対し、0~99重量部程度迄加えることができるが、特に0~49重量部が好ましい。
更に、本発明の粘着性樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて、酸化防止剤や紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、顔料等の適当な添加剤を配合することができる。
本発明の粘着性樹脂組成物は前記(A)、(B)及び(C)の樹脂成分及び必要により他の添加剤等を同時あるいは逐次的にドライブレンドまたはメルトブレンドすることにより得られる。ドライブレンドにはヘンシェルミキサー、タンブラーミキサー等の各種ミキサーを用いることが出来る。又メルトブレンドする場合は1軸、あるいは2軸押出機、バンバリーミキサー、ロール、ニーダーなどの混練装置を用い、140~230℃程度の温度で溶融混練すればよい。
本発明によって得られる粘着性樹脂組成物は、一般的に要求される初期粘着力である0.5~500g/25mm、特に好ましくは1~350g/mmの初期粘着力を有し、また粘着昂進の割合が50%以下、より好ましくは30%以下と極めて小さく、経時で安定した粘着力(接着力)を得ることが出来る。
次に、上記本発明の粘着性樹脂組成物を用いてなる粘着フィルム又はシートについて述べる。
本発明においては、粘着フィルム又はシートは、上記粘着性樹脂組成物をフィルム又はシート状に成形し、単層フィルム又はシートの形態で用いることもできるが、通常は基材の少なくとも片面(即ち片面又は両面)に前記樹脂組成物よりなる粘着層が形成された多層フィルムまたはシートの態様がより好ましい。

JIS Z0237に準拠し、粘着性組成物の試料フィルムとアクリル板を2kgの手動式ローラーで2往復圧着により張り合わせ、引取り速度:300mm/minでの180度引きはがし粘着力によって以下のようにして初期粘着力、経時粘着力及び粘着昂進の評価をおこなった。
・初期粘着力;貼り合せた試験板を恒温恒湿内(23℃×50%RH)に30分放置後測定した。
・経時粘着力(エージング後の粘着力)
粘着特性評価用に作成した試験片をオーブンに入れ、下記所定の時間、温度にてエージングを行った。オーブンから取出したサンプルを恒温恒湿内(23℃×50%RH)に放置し、30分後に粘着力を測定した。

そして、この樹脂組成物を押出キャスト成形装置(65mmφ)を用いてポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の離型フィルム上に押出し、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断し、離型フィルムを剥がして試料フィルムを得た(総厚み;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて上記項目の性能を評価した。
評価結果を表1に示した。

この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表1に示した。

得られた試料フィルムは目視でフィシュアイ(FE)等のゲルが少なく、透明性に優れていたことから、光学特性(ヘイズ=JIS K7136に準拠、全光線透過率=JIS K7361に準拠)を測定した。
その結果、HAZEが1.3%で全光線透過率が94.3%あり、透明性に優れたフィルムであることがわかった。
プロピレン系共重合体(A1)57重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)38重量部及びオレフィン系エラストマー(C3;CEBC)5重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。そして、この樹脂組成物を押出成形し、所定サイズのフィルムに裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。

スチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)97.5重量部及び粘着性付与剤(AM-1)2.5重量部を混合し、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、この樹脂組成物を押出キャスト成形装置を用いて押出し、所定サイズのフィルムに裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表1に示した。

プロピレン系共重合体(A1)38重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)42重量部、スチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)20重量部及び粘着付与剤(AM-1)3重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、この樹脂組成物を押出成形し、所定サイズのフィルムに裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表2に示した。

プロピレン系共重合体(A1)30重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)60重量部及びスチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)10重量部及び粘着付与剤(AM-1)10重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、この樹脂組成物を押出成形し、所定サイズのフィルムに裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表3に示した。
プロピレン系共重合体(A1)50重量部、スチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)50重量部及び粘着付与剤(AM-1)10重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、この樹脂組成物を押出成形し、所定サイズのフィルムに裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表3に示した。
プロピレン系共重合体(A1)38重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)42重量部及びスチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)20重量部及び粘着付与剤(AM-1)3重量部を、65mmφ単軸押出機にて200℃で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、この樹脂組成物を押出キャスト成形装置(65mmφ)を用いて押出し、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)この試料フィルムを用いて引取り速度:300mm/min、2100mm/minでのアクリル板への180度粘着剥離強度(初期粘着力)を測定した。その結果引取り速度:300mm/minでの粘着剥離強度は16g/25mm、引取り速度:2100mm/minで粘着剥離強度は19g/25mmであった。
プロピレン系共重合体(A1)46.4重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)33.6重量部及びスチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)20重量部及び粘着付与剤(AM-1)3重量部を、65mmφ単軸押出機にて200℃で、溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、この樹脂組成物を押出キャスト成形装置(65mmφ)を用いて押出し、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて引取り速度:300mm/min、2100mm/minでのアクリル板への180度粘着剥離強度(初期粘着力)を測定した。その結果引取り速度:300mm/minでの粘着剥離強度は10g/25mm、引取り速度:2100mm/minで粘着剥離強度は14g/25mmであった。
同組成物は剥離速度の影響を受けにくく、安定した粘着剥離強度を有する。
エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B2)90重量部と粘着付与剤としてアルコンM90(脂環族飽和炭化水素樹脂:環球法軟化点90℃ 荒川化学化学製)13重量%を含有するマスターバッチ(希釈樹脂;エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体 酢酸ビニル含有量14重量%)10重量部を、65mmφ単軸押出機にて200℃で、溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、この樹脂組成物を押出キャスト成形装置(65mmφ)を用いて押出し、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて引取り速度:300mm/min、2100mm/minでのアクリル板への180度粘着剥離強度(初期粘着力)を測定した。その結果引取り速度:300mm/minでの粘着剥離強度は11g/25mm、引取り速度:2100mm/minでは41g/25mmであり、剥離速度が速くなると急激に粘着剥離強度が上がってしまう。
エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体[酢酸ビニル含量;10重量%(JIS K7192-1999);MFR3g/10分(JIS K7210-1999,190℃,2.16kg荷重)]を押出キャスト成形装置(65mmφ)を用いて押出し、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(厚さ;90μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて引取り速度:300mm/min、2100mm/minでのアクリル板への180度粘着剥離強度(初期粘着力)を測定した。その結果引取り速度:300mm/minでの剥離強度は5.3g/25mm、引取り速度:2100mm/minでは16g/25mmであり、剥離速度が速くなると急激に粘着剥離強度が上がってしまう。
プロピレン系共重合体(A1)20重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)60重量部及びスチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)20重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、多層押出キャスト成形装置(40mmφ×3)を用いて、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE;商品名:ミラソン16SPO プライムポリマー社製)を基材層、上記組成物を粘着層とし、押出成形を行い、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(フィルム構成:LDPE/LDPE/粘着樹脂組成物=20/20/20μm トータル厚み;60μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表4に示した。
プロピレン系共重合体(A1)30重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)30重量部及びスチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)40重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、多層押出キャスト成形装置(40mmφ×3)を用いて、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE;(商品名:ミラソン16SPO プライムポリマー社製)を基材層、上記組成物を粘着層とし、押出成形を行い、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(フィルム構成:LDPE/LDPE/粘着樹脂組成物=20/20/20μm トータル厚み;60μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表4に示した。
多層押出キャスト成形装置(40mmφ×3)を用いて、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE;商品名:ミラソン16SPO プライムポリマー社製)を基材層、実施例12で使用した粘着性樹脂組成物の代わりにエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B2)を粘着層とし、押出成形を行い、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(フィルム構成:LDPE/LDPE/粘着樹脂組成物=20/20/20μm トータル厚み;60μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表4に示した。
ポリエチレン系共重合体(A2)45重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)45重量部及びスチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)10重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、多層押出キャスト成形装置(40mmφ×3)を用いて、低密度ポリエチレン;(LDPE 商品名:ミラソン16SPO プライムポリマー社製)を基材層、上記組成物を粘着層とし、押出成形を行い、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(フィルム構成:LDPE/LDPE/粘着樹脂組成物=20/20/20μm トータル厚み;60μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表5に示した。
エチレン系共重合体(A3)40重量部、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(B1)40重量部及びスチレン系エラストマー(C1;SEPS)20重量部を、実施例1と同様の装置、条件で溶融混練して粘着性樹脂組成物を得た。
そして、多層押出キャスト成形装置(40mmφ×3)を用いて、低密度ポリエチレン;(LDPE 商品名:ミラソン16SPO プライムポリマー社製)を基材層、上記組成物を粘着層とし、押出成形を行い、これを所定サイズのフィルム状に裁断して試料フィルムを得た(フィルム構成:LDPE/LDPE/粘着樹脂組成物=20/20/20μm トータル厚み;60μm)。
この試料フィルムを用いて実施例1と同様に性能評価した。
結果を表5に示した。
Claims (14)
- (A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量を100重量部としたとき、(A)オレフィン重合体(A成分)、5~80重量部、(B)エチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体(B成分)、5~80重量部及び(C)スチレン系エラストマー及び/又は、オレフィン系エラストマー(C成分)、1~60重量部を含有してなる粘着性樹脂組成物。
- (A)成分と(B)成分と(C)成分の合計量を100重量部としたとき、(A)オレフィン重合体(A成分)の含有量が7.5~75重量部、(B)エチレン・不飽和エステル共重合体(B成分)の含有量が7.5~75重量部(C)スチレン系エラストマー及び/又はオレフィン系エラストマー(C成分)の含有量が1~49重量部である請求項1記載の粘着性樹脂組成物。
- A成分が、融点130℃以上のプロピレン系(共)重合体である請求項1または2に記載の粘着性樹脂組成物。
- A成分が密度896~965kg/m3のエチレン系(共)重合体である請求項1または2に記載の粘着性樹脂組成物。
- C成分がスチレン系エラストマーである請求項1~4のいずれか記載の粘着性樹脂組成物。
- スチレン系エラストマーが、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)の水素添加物であるスチレン-エチレン・ブテン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)又はスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SIS)の水素添加物であるスチレン-エチレン・プロピレン-スチレンブロック共重合体(SEPS) である請求項5記載の粘着性樹脂組成物。
- さらに粘着付与剤が含有されている請求項1~6のいずれか記載の粘着性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか記載の粘着性樹脂組成物の粘着剤としての使用。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか記載の粘着性樹脂組成物を粘着層とする粘着フィルムまたはシート。
- 請求項1~7記載の粘着性樹脂組成物を粘着層とする粘着剥離強度の剥離速度依存性の小さい粘着フィルムまたはシート。
- 請求項1~7の何れかに記載の粘着性樹脂組成物からなる粘着層を基材の少なくとも片面に形成してなる粘着フィルム又はシート。
- 前記基材がエチレン系ポリマー、又はプロピレン系ポリマーからなるフィルム又はシートである請求項11記載の粘着フィルム又はシート。
- 請求項11または12に記載のフィルムまたはシートからなる表面保護フィルムまたはシート。
- 請求項9~13のいずれか記載の粘着フィルムまたはシートの、物品の表面保護のための使用。
