Abstract

 流動性や圧縮密度を得るため粒度分布幅を広くしながらも、それによるSFDの増加を抑制し、配向性や着磁性の低下を抑制できるボンド磁石用フェライト粉末を提供する。平均粒子径が0.20μm以上、5.00μm未満の範囲にあり、Zr、Ti、Zn、Co、Mn及びNiからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種以上の遷移金属の酸化物を含有するマグネトプランバイト型フェライト粉であって、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定装置によって求めた当該マグネトプランバイト型フェライト粉の粒度分布において、粒子径1μm以下の粒子の割合が20質量%以上あるボンド磁石用フェライト粉末を製造した。
