Abstract
Порошок из частиц, в котором более 95% по числу частиц проявляет циркулярность, большую или равную 0,85, где порошок содержит более 99,8% оксида редкоземельного металла, и/или оксида гафния, и/или оксида иттрия-алюминия в виде процента по массе относительно оксидов и обладает следующими признаками: медианный размер частиц Dот 10 до 40 мкм и индекс дисперсии размера (D-D)/Dменее 3; процент по числу частиц, имеющих размер, меньший или равный 5 мкм, составляет менее 5%; индекс дисперсии насыпной плотности (P-Р)/Р менее 0,2, интегральный удельный объем пор, имеющих радиус менее 1 мкм, составляет менее 10% насыпного объема порошка, в котором процентильные эквиваленты Dпорошка представляют собой размеры частиц, соответствующие процентам по числу п% на кривой интегрального распределения размера частиц порошка, где размеры частиц классифицированы в возрастающем порядке, плотность Рпредставляет собой насыпную плотность фракции частиц, имеющих размер, меньший или равный D, и плотность Р представляет собой насыпную плотность порошка.
