Abstract

본 발명은 특성을 가지며, 나트륨의 함량이 극미량으로 제어된 하이드로탈사이트, 그의 제조방법 및 이를 함유하는 합성수지 조성물 하이드로탈사이트를 개시한다. (1) 일반식 [M(II)y M(II)z]1-x(Al)x(OH)2(CO3)2- (x)/n ·mH2O 식중, M(II)는 2가의 금속이온인 Mg2+, Zn2+, Ca2+, Li2+ 을 나타내고, M(III)는 3가의 금속이온인 Al3+ 을 나타내며, A는 음이온(CO3 2-)을 나타내고, x,y,z 및 m은 하기 조건을 만족시키는 값이다. 0.2≤x<0.4, y+z=1, 0.7≤y≤1, 0≤z≤0.3, 0≤m<1; (2) 하이드로탈사이트 입자는 레이저 회절산란법으로 측정시 0.5∼2㎛의 평균 2차 입경을 갖는다. (3) 하이드로탈사이트 입자 중의 나트륨 성분은 80중량 ppm 이하이다. (4) 하이드로탈사이트 입자는 철 화합물 및 망간 화합물을 금속 (Fe+Mn)으로 환산하여 0.005 중량% 이하의 총량으로 함유한다. (5) 하이드로탈사이트 입자는 BET법으로 측정시 5∼40 ㎡/g, 바람직하기로는 5∼20 ㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는다.
