Abstract
本发明涉及涂料防腐技术领域,尤其是一种协效自修复耐腐蚀添加剂及其应用。协效自修复耐腐蚀添加剂,包括含交换性阴离子的水滑石和含交换性阳离子的沸石。与现有技术相比,本发明兼有阳离子和阴离子交换性能,当腐蚀性电解质进入涂膜时,即与该耐腐蚀添加剂接触,腐蚀性离子(如氯离子或钠离子)在向涂层渗透过程中被吸附,并释放出相应的防腐蚀阴离子和阳离子,在涂层中析出沉淀封闭涂层空隙,或转移到金属底材上形成保护层,从而起着阻隔作用而保护了底材,又增强了涂层的附着力,其防锈效果明显,并可取代含铅或含铬类防锈颜料。
