Abstract

Una composición en polvo a base de hierro para moldeo por inyección de metal con un tamaño de partícula promedio de 20-60µm, y con 99% de las partículas de menos de 120 µM en donde la composición en polvo a base de hierro comprende un porcentaje en peso de la composición en polvo a base de hierro; Mo: 0.3-1.6 P: 0.1 - 0.6, opcionalmente máx 3.0 de Cu, opcionalmente máx 0.6 de Si, opcionalmente máx 5 de Cr, máx 1.0 de impurezas inevitables, de lo cual el carbono es menor que 0.1, el equilibrio es hierro, y en donde la suma del contenido de Mo y 8*P está dentro de la escala de 2-4.7.
