Abstract

 基材表面に設けられた蒸着膜またはスパッタリング膜を被覆する金属薄膜用塗料組成物であって、水添キシリレンジイソシアネートおよび/または水添ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートと、ポリオールと、水酸基を有する(メタ)アクリレートとの反応物であるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを50質量%以上含む塗膜形成成分を含有することを特徴とする金属薄膜用塗料組成物。
