Abstract

 本発明は、リフロー処理にも対応でき、量産性に優れたウェハスケールレンズレンズにおいて、レンズ基板及びこの基板に形成されたレンズを増やすことなく、また回折面を用いることなく、光学全長を短くすることができ、収差を良好に補正することのできる撮像レンズを提供する。この撮像レンズは、第1レンズ基板の物体側の面に正の屈折力を有するアッベ数ν1の第1レンズを形成し、像側の面に負の屈折力を有するアッベ数ν2の第2レンズを形成し、アッベ数ν1と前記アッベ数ν2との差(ν1-ν2)は、少なくとも10超とする。
