 半導体基板(1)の表面にp電極(11)とn電極(12)とが形成された太陽電池ウェハ(10)と、絶縁性基板(36)の受光面にp配線(34)とn配線(35)とが互いに電気的に絶縁されて形成されている配線基板(38)とを含み、配線基板(38)には複数の太陽電池ウェハ(10)が隣接して配置され、p電極(11)とp配線(34)とが電気的に接続され、n電極(12)とn配線(35)とが電気的に接続され、太陽電池ウェハ(10)のうち一の太陽電池ウェハ(10)に電気的に接続されたp配線(34)と、一の太陽電池ウェハ(10)に隣接して配置された太陽電池ウェハ(10)に電気的に接続されたn配線(35)と、が受光面およびその反対側の面において、電気的に接続されてなる配線(32)を備える、太陽電池アレイおよび該太陽電池アレイを含む太陽電池モジュール等に関する。
