Abstract
本発明の誘電体磁器組成物は、チタン酸バリウム系誘電体100重量部、および副成分としてCuO、ZnOおよびMgOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種とBi2O3とを合計で4~10重量部含む組成を有することを特徴とする。

明細書
' 誘電体磁器組成物および電子部品 発明の属する技術分野
本発明は誘電体磁器組成物に係り、 例えば、 低温焼成材料 (LTCC)を用 いたセラミック多層基板や積層型の圧電素子の製造に好適に用いられる、 チタン酸バリウム系の誘電体磁器組成物に関するものである。 背景技術
近年、 セラミック基板表面に実装されていたキャパシ夕ゃインダク夕 等の受動部品をセラミック多層基板に内蔵することで電子機器の小型化 および高密度化が図られている。 このようなセラミック多層基板を作製 するにはドクターブレード法によつて誘電体磁器組成物と有機溶剤の混 合スラリーによってグリーンシートを作製し、 乾燥させた後、 そのシー トの上面に配線導体を印刷する。 そして、 前記と同様の誘亀体磁器組成 物のグリーンシートを積み重ね、 積層物とし、 同時焼成する。
このようなセラミツク多層基板は高速で高性能な信号処理を行うため、 比抵抗の小さい Agや Cu を配線導体として使用している。 そのため、 Agの融点である 962°Cおよび Cu融点である 1084°Cより低い温度で、 これらと同時焼成できる種々のセラミックス材料が開発されている。' ところで、 上記セラミック多層基板は浮遊容量や配線間の結合容量な どを抑制するために一般に誘電率が 10 以下のものが好適に用いられる が、 一方、 セラミック多層基板内部にコンデンサを形成する場合、 コン デンサを構成するセラミックスの誘電率は高いことが好ましい。
チタン酸バリウム系の誘電体磁器組成物は、 一般に誘電率が高く、 セ . ラミック多層基板内部に高容量のコンデンサを形成させることが可能で
ある。 しかしながら、 焼結温度が高く、 1150〜1200°C以上が必要である ため、 同時焼成される配線導体として Agや Cu を用いることができな い。 このため 1000°C以下の温度で焼結可能であり、実用的な誘電率と誘 電損失とを有するチタン酸バリゥム系の誘電体磁器組成物が必要である。 一方、 圧電素子として使用する場合は、 従来から使用されている: PZT は環境負荷物質である鉛を含有しているため、 無鉛組成の圧電材料の開 発が必要になっており、 チタン酸バリウム系磁器組成物はその候補とし て注目されている。
また、 ドク夕一ブレード法によってシートを成形し、 積層型の圧電素 子として使用する場合には、高価な Ptや Pdの使用を抑制することがで きる低温焼結技術の開発が重要であるが、 開示されている無鉛系圧電磁 器組成物の焼成温度は iooo°c以上が必要である。
チタン酸バリゥム系の誘電体磁器組成物については種々の先行文献が 知られている。 特開平 5 - 1 2 0 9 1 5号公報においては、'低温焼成を 可能とするために鉛を添加している。 '
特開昭 54 - 5 3 300号公報においては、 酸化銅と酸化ビスマスと を添加することが記載されている。
特開昭 6 1 - 2 5 1 5 6 1号公報においては、 酸化銅の添加が記載さ れている。
更に特開 2 0 0 1— 143 9 5 5号公報、 特開 2 00 0— 2 2 6 2 5 5号公報、 特閧 2 0 00— 2 647 24号公報、 特開 2 00 3— 3 3 5 5 7 5号公報においても、 チタン酸バリゥム系の誘電体磁器組成物が開 示されている
また、 無鉛系の圧電磁器組成物は、 例えば、 特開平 1 1— 2 2 82 26号公報、 特開平 1 1— 2 2 8 2 2 8号公報、 特閧平 1 0— 2 9 7 9 6 . 9号公報、特許 2 942 5 35号公報、特開平 1 1一 2 9 35 6号公報、
特開 2 0 0 2— 1 6 0 9 6 7号公報、 特開 2 0 0 2— 2 6 5 2 6 2号公 報に記載されている。 発明の開示
しかし、 従来技術のものは、 たとえば鉛を必須としているために、 鉛 の環境負荷から好ましくない。 あるいは、 低温焼結は可能であったとし ても、 得られた誘電体磁器組成物の電気的特性が低く、 例えば誘電率が 1 0 0 0以下であり、 また誘電損失も大きい傾向があり、 実用的に十分 ではない。 また、 鉛を含有せず、 1 0 0 o °c以下の低温で緻密に焼結可 能な圧電性磁器材料は、 いまだ提供されてこなかった。
本発明の課題は、 1 0 0 o °c以下の温度で焼結が可能である、 新規な チタン酸バリウム系の誘電体磁器組成物を提供する.ことである。
本発明は、 チタン酸バリウム系誘電体 100重量部、 および副成分とし て CuO、 ZnOおよび MgOからなる群より選ばれた少なぐとも 1種と ΒΪ203とを合計で 4〜10重量部含む組成を有しており、 Cu0、 ZnOおよ び MgOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種の合計量と Bi2〇3との モル比が 1.5: 1.0- 1.0: 5.0の範囲にあることを特徴とする、 誘電体磁 器組成物に係るものである。
また、 本発明は、 この誘電体磁器組成物を含む電子部品に係るもので ある。
本発明によれば、 1 0 0 0 °C以下の温度で焼結が可能であるチタン酸 バリウム系の誘電体磁器組成物を提供することができる。 しかも、 この 誘電体磁器組成物は、 鉛のような、 環境に過度の負担を与えるような成 分を含有させる必要がない上、 焼結温度の低下のためのガラス成分を添 加する必要もなく、 画期的なものである。
本発明の誘電体磁器組成物を利用することによって、 銀等の焼き付け
温度の比較的に低い金属からなる導電膜を、 誘電体磁器組成物と同時焼 結することが可能であり、 これによつて従来は製造困難であった各種の 靄子部品を提供することができる。 この点で、 本発明の産業上の利点は きわめて大きいものである。 図面の簡単な説明
図 1は、 本発明の誘電体磁器組成物を適用可能な電子部品の一例を模 式的に示す断面図である。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
例えば、 Ag導体を用いた LTCC材料においては、 高容量の受動部品 を内蔵することが重要になってきたが、 このような電子部品を工業的に 製造することが可能となり、 新たな製品を市場に送り出すものである。
また、 本発明によって、 無鉛の低温焼結可能な圧電性磁器を提供でき るので、 例えば積層圧電ァクチユエ一夕のような圧電性磁器を必要とす る用途において有用に適用可能である。
なお、 本発明の誘電体磁器組成物は、 誘電率は特に限定するものでは ない。 しかし、 誘電体コンデンサのように高い誘電率を必要とする用途 においては、 誘電率を例えば 1000 以上とすることが好ましい。
チタン酸バリウム系誘電体は、 チタン酸バリウムを主成分とする誘電 体を指す。 具体的には、 原料段階では、 チタン酸バリウムの仮焼物であ つてよく、 あるいは、 焼結後にチタン酸バリウムを生成する酸化チタン と酸化バリウムとの混合物であってよい。 また、 チタン酸バリウム系誘 電体全体を 1 0 0モル%とすると、 1 0 0モル%の全体がチタン酸バリ ゥムからなつていてよい。 あるいは、 誘電体のバリウム部位のうち、 3 0モル%以下は、 ス トロンチウム、 カルシウム、 マグネシウムによって
置換することができる。 また、 誘電体のチタン部位のうち、 3 0モル% 以下は、 ジルコニウムによって置換することができる。
― 主成分 1 0 0モル%において、 Si'TiQ3、 CaTi03、 MgTiO3 および BaZr03 からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種で 0〜3 0モル%置換 することができる。
本発明においては、 副成分として、 CuO、 ZnOおよび MgOからなる 群より選ばれた少なくとも 1種と Bi2O3とを合計で 4〜: 10重量部含む組 成を有する。 ここで、 原料混合物の段階では、 副成分は以下のようにし て添加する。
( 1 ) CuO、 ZnOおよび MgOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも
1種と、 Bi2〇3とを、 共に別々の酸化物の形で添加する。
( 2.) CuO ZnOおよび MgOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも
1種と Bi203,との複合酸化物を添加する。 .
( 3 ) ( 1 ) の複数種類.の酸化物と、 ( 2 ) の複合酸化物とを両方 とも添加する。 '
( 2 ) ( 3 ) の複合酸化物は、 仮焼によって生成させることができる。 また、 複合酸化物としては、 C u.B i 204を例示できる。
CuO、 ZnO および MgO からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも 1 種と
ΒΪ203との合計量を 4重量部以上とすることによって、 1 0 0 0 °C以下 で焼成したときの磁器の誘電率を向上させることができ、 例えば 1 0 0 0以上とすることができる。 また、 誘電損失も低下させることが可能に なる。 誘電率向上の観点からは、 前記副成分の合計量を 4. 5重量部以 上とすることが更に好ましく、 5 . 0重量部以上とすることが一層好ま しい。
- また前記副成分の合計量を 1 0. 0重量部以下とすることによって、 やはり磁器の誘電率が向上する。 この観点からは、 前記副成分の合計量
を 9 . 0重量部以下とすることが更に好ましい。
CuO、 ZnOおよび MgOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種の合 計量と Bi2O3とのモル比 (CuO、 ZnOおよび MgOからなる群より選ば れた少なくとも一種の合計量: Bi2〇3) は、 1.5:1.0~1.0:5.0 の範囲とす る。 これは更に好ましくは、 1.5:1.0〜1.0:2.0である。 これによつて、 磁 器の誘電率が更に向上し、 誘電損失は更に低下し、 また 1 0 0 0 °C以下 での低温焼成が可能となる。
本発明の誘電体磁器組成物は、 900〜: 1000 Cで焼結されることが好ま しい。 9 0 0 °C未満では焼結が困難である。 また焼結温度を 1 0 0 0 °C 以下とすることによって、 前述したような広範囲な用途展開が可能とな り、 産業上の利点が大きい。 焼結温度は 9 8 0 °C以下が更に好ましい。 また、. .導体として A gを使うときは、 焼結温度を 950°C以下とすること が好ましい。
本発明の磁器組成物をコンデンサとして利用する場合、 高温焼成 BaTiO3 の組成制御による誘電特性の向上手段も適用可能であることが 判明してきた。例えば、添加物の種類によっては 1000°C以下の焼成で室 温の誘電率が 1000^4000の範囲で、 かつ EIA規格の X7R特性、 およ び JIS規格の B特性を満足することができる。
好適な実施形態においては、 ZnO、 Nb205および MnOからなる群よ り選ばれた一種以上が合計で 1種が 0.1重量部以上 1.5重量部以下添加 されている組成である。 これによつて、 EIA規格の X7R特性または JIS 規格の B特性を満足させることが可能であることを見いだした。 これら の特性は、 誘電体磁器組成物の静電容量、 したがって電子部品の性能の 温度特性に関わる規格であり、 電子部品としての広範な展開に有益なも のである。
誘電体磁器組成物の静電容量の温度特性を改善するという観点からは、
ZnO、Nb205および MnOからなる群より選ばれた一種以上が合計で 0.2 重量部以上添加されていることが更に好ましく、 また、 1.2 重量部以下 が更に好ましい。
本発明の誘電体磁器組成物は、 例えば 25 Cにおける誘電率を 1000以 上とすることができる。 この上限は特にないが通常は 4000以下になり やすい。 また、 25°Cにおける誘電損失を 5%以下に低減することが可能 である。
Pbの酸化物は、本発明の誘電体磁器組成物中に実質的に含有していな いことが好ましい。 ただし微量の不可避的不純物は除く。
好適な実施形態においては、誘電体磁器組成物が、前記副成分として、
CuO と Bi2O3を合計で 4〜; 10重量部含む組成を有している。 これによ つて、.本発明の誘電体磁器組成物に圧電性が発現しやすいことを発見し た。 この圧電性という観点からは、 前記 3種類の副成分のうち、 CuOが 最も好ましい。
なお、 本発明の誘電体磁器を圧電磁器用途に使用する場合には、 圧電 定数に特に限定はないが、 10 以上であることが好ましい。 このような 用途においては、 誘電率は、 誘電体コンデンサ用 の場合のように高く する必要はない。
また、 前記圧電性という観点からは、 ZnOの量を 0 . 1重量部以下と することが好ましい。 この観点からは、 Z η θは実質的に含有されてい ないことが好ましい (この場合にも、 不可避的不純物は許容する)。 また、 前記圧電性という観点からは、 MgOの量を 0.1.重量部以下とす ることが好ましい。 この観点からは、 MgOは実質的に含有されていない ことが好ましい (この場合にも、 不可避的不純物は許容する)。
また、 好適な実施形態においては、 誘電体磁器組成物に、 MnOが 0 . 0 2重量部以上、 0 . 2重量部以下添加されている。 これによつて、 誘
電体磁器組成物の圧電性が一層高くなる。 この圧電性の向上という観点 からは、 MnO量は、 0.05 重量部以上が好ましい。 また、 '圧電性の向上 という観点からは、 MnO量は、 0 . 15糞量部以下が好ましく、' 0 . 1 重量部以下が更に好ましい。
また、 好適な 施形態においては、 誘電体磁器組成物に、 リチウムが
Li2C03 に換算して 0 . 0 5重量部以上、 0 . 3重量部以下添加されて いる。 これによつて、 誘電体磁器組成物の圧電性が一層高くなる。 圧電 性の向上という観点からは、 Li2C03量は、 0.2 重量部以下が好ましく、 0.15 重量部以下が更に好ましい。
また、 好適な実施形態においては、 誘電体磁器組成物に、 MnO およ び Li2C03換算添加量 (合計値) が 0 . 0 5重量部以上、 0 . 6重量部 以下である。これによつて、誘電体磁器組成物の圧電性が一層高くなる。 この圧電性の向上という観点からは、 両者の合計量は、 0 . 1重量部以 上が好ましい。 また、 圧電性.の向上という観点からは、 両者の合計添加 量は、 0 . 3重量部以下が好ましく、 0 . 2重量部以下が更に好ましい。 また、 本発明の電子部品は、 前記誘電体磁器組成物を備えている。 特 に好ましくは、 この電子部品が、 低温焼成可能な、 Ag、 Cu または A g — P d合金からなる導電膜を備えている。
好ましくは、 前記組成物中には実質的にガラス成分は含有されていな い。
また、各金属成分の原料としては、各金属の酸化物、硝酸塩、炭酸塩、 硫酸塩を例示できる。
本発明において、 前記した各金属酸化物成分の比率は、 原料混合物に おける各金属の酸化物への換算値である。 原料混合物における各金属の 酸化物への換算値は、 各金属原料の混合比率によって定まる。 本発明に おいては、 各金属原料の混合比率を精密天秤によって秤量し、 この秤量
値に基づいて前記換算値を算出する。
本発明の対象となる電子部品は特に限定されないが、 例えば積層セラ ミックスコンデンサ、 多層配線基板、 誘雩体複合モジュール、 積層圧電 ァクチユエ一夕を例示できる。
本発明の誘電体磁器組成物を、 誘電率 εが 150以下の他の低誘電率 の誘電体磁器組成物と一体化することができる。 他の誘電体層を構成す る低温焼成磁器の組成系は、 以下のものが特に好ましい。 '

本発明の誘電体磁器組成物を製造する際には、 好ましくは、 各金属成 分の原料を所定比率で混合し、 混合粉末を 900〜1200°Cで仮焼し、 仮焼 体を粉砕し、 セラミック粉末を得る。 そして、 好ましくは、 セラミック 粉末と、 ポリビニルアルコール等の適当なバインダーとを混合し、 造粒 し、 造粒粉末を成形する。 この成形体を 900〜 1000°Cで焼成し、 誘電体磁器組成物を得る。
図 1は、 本発明を適用できる電子部品の一例を示す。 本図面の部品は コンデンサ内蔵多層配線基板である。 多層配線基板 10上に、 外装電極 3、 ハンダバンプ 2を介して集積回路 1が搭載されている。 多層配線基 板 10は、 例えば前記したような低誘電率の磁器 4と, 本発明の誘電体 磁器組成物からなる高誘電率の磁器 5、 6からなつている。 適切な設計 にしたがって、 内層電極 7およびビア導体 8が縦横に形成されており、 多層配線を構成している。 本部品 10においては、 C l、 C 2、 C 3は いずれもコンデンサを形成しており、それそれ所定の用途に利用できる。
実施例
(実験 A)
. BaC03および Ti02を秤量し、 純水を加え、 ボールミルにて湿式混合 し、 乾燥した。 得られた乾燥物を粉末状にし、 大気.中において、 1 10 0°Cで 2時間仮焼し、 1. Ομπι程度の平均粒子径となるように湿式粉 砕し、 チタン酸バリウム仮焼粉末を得た。
次いで、 表 1、 表 2に示す各組成となるように、 必要に応じて、 B i
203 s CuO、 ZnO、 M g: 0の各粉末を秤量し、 チタン酸バリウム 粉末に対して添加した。 ボールミルにて 15時間湿式混合し、 乾燥し、 ポリビニルアルコールを適当量加え、 造粒し、 その造粒物を約 1 トン Z cm2 の圧力で成形し、 直径 1 2mm、 厚さ 1. Ommの円板状成形体 を得た。 得られた成形体を、 大気中において、 表 1.、 表 2に示す温度で 本焼成し、 各例の誘電体磁器試料を作製した。
各誘電体磁器試料の嵩密度.、 誘電率 (ε)、 誘電損失を測定し、 結果を 表 1、 表 2に示す。 測定方法は以下のとおりである。 '

試料 A l、 A 2 s A 3においては、 第 1副成分の合計量は 3. 0重量 部としたが、 誘電率が低く、 誘電損失が大きい。 A4、 5、 6では、 第 1副成分の合計量を 4. 0重量部としたが、 誘電率が高く、 誘電損失が 低下した。 A 7では、 焼結温度を 850 °Cまで低下させたが、 焼結しな かった。 A 8〜 1 0では、第 1副成分の合計量を 6. 0重量部としたが、 やはり誘電率が一層高くなり、 誘電損失も低い。 A 1 1では焼成温度を 1050 °Cとしたが、 誘電率は一層向上した。 ただし、 誘電損失は若干 劣化した。 A 12、 13、 14では、 第 1副成分の合計量を 10. 0重 量部としたが、 誘電率は高く、 誘電損失は低い。
試料 A 15では、 第 1副成分の合計量を 12. 0重量部としたが、 誘 電率が低下し、 誘電損失も劣化した。 A 1 6〜1 9では、 CuOの代わ りに Ζ·ηΟを使用したが、 やはり誘電率は高く、 誘電損失が低い。 Α2 0~23では、 〇\1〇の代りに^[ 0を利用したが、 誘電率は高く、 誘 電損失は低くできた。 ただし、 CuO、 Zn〇の方が一層好ましいよう である。
(実験 B)
実験 Aと同様にして、 表 3に示す各組成の磁器を作製し、 表 3に示す 各特性を評価した。 ただし、 第 1副成分の合計量、 および第 1副成分に おける酸化ビスマスと、 その他の酸化物 M e 0との組成比率を、 表 3に 示すように変更した。

試料 B 2〜5、 B 8〜10、 B 13〜 15においては、 CuO、 ZnOお よび MgOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種の合計量 (Me 0) と Bi203 とのモル比が 1.5:1.0~1.0:5.0の範囲であるが、 特に各特性が 優れている。
(実験。)
実験 Αと同様にして、 表 4、 5に示す各組成の磁器を作製し、 表 4に 示す各特性を評価した。ただし、主成分として、 B a T i 03の一部を、 表 4、 表 5に示す他の成分によって置換した。

この結果、 試料 C 1〜C 2 4においても、 本発明にしたがって所定量 の第 1副成分を添加することによって、 低温焼成が可能となり、 また磁 器の誘電率を高く し、 誘電損失を低減することができた。
(実験 D )
実験 Aと同様にして、 表 6に示す各組成の磁器を作製し、 表 6、 表 7 に示す各特性を評価した。 ただし、 第 1副成分の合計量は 5 . 0または 6 . 0重量部に固定し、第 2副成分を、それそれ表 6に示す量添加した。 磁器の静電容量は以下のようにして測定した。 また、 表 7には、 各指 定温度範囲における静電容量の最高値と最低値との差を示す。また、 「X 7 R」、 「B」 は、 それそれ、 EIA規格の X7R特性、 および JIS規格の B 特性の満足の有無を示す。 「〇」 は規格を満足していることを示し、 「x」 は規格を満足しないことを示す。

試料 D 1〜D 1 6においては、 いずれも、 低温焼成が可能であり、 磁 器の誘電率が高く、 また磁器の誘電損失を著しく低減する tとが可能で あった。 これに加え、 磁器の静電容量の ί显度変化率が低減され、 ΕΙΑ規 格の X7R特性、 JIS規格の Β特性が満足され得ることが判明した。
(実験 Ε— Α )
実験 Αと同様にして、 表 8の各例に示す組成の磁器を作製した。 ただ し、 圧電性測定サンプルは、 焼結後の寸法が、 縦 1 2 m m、 横 3 m m、 厚さ l mmになるように作製した。 各例の磁器について、 嵩密度、 誘電 率 (ε)、 誘電損失を測定し、 結果を表.8に示す。 これと共に、 分極処理 の可不可についても調査した。 分極条件は、 7 0 °Cのシリコンオイル中 において 2〜2 . 5 kV/mmの電界を 1 5分印加して行った'。

試料 E 5では、 焼成温度が 8 5 0 °Cと低かったために、 焼結しなかつ た。 試料 E 9では、 焼成温度が 1 0 5 0 °Cであり、 誘電率が高くなつた P 分極処理は不可であることがわかった。 このようにチタン酸バリウ ム系磁器組成物において 1 0 0 o °c以下の低温領域での焼結体で、 誘電 率が高く、 分極処理が可能な緻密質の誘電体磁器は、 本発明によって初 めて提供されたものである。
(実験 E— B ) '
実験 Aと同様にして、 表 9、 1 0、 1 1の各例に示す組成の誘電体磁 器を作製した。 ただし, 実験 E 1 2〜2 9においては、 MnOを、 表 9、 1 0に示す量添加した。 また、 実験 E 3 0〜4 1においては、 L i 2 C 0 3を、 表 1 1に示す量、 添加した。 各特性は以下のようにして測定し た。 ■.
(密度、 誘電率'、 誘電損失)
実験 Aに準ずる。

表 9、 10、 1 1からわかるように、 本発明の誘電体磁器は、 900 〜 1000 °Cという低温領域での焼成で、 比較的高い誘電率を示し、 緻 密な磁器が得られている。 その上で、 1 000°C以下での焼成で得られ た無鉛磁器としては、 これまでにない、 高い圧電定数が得られることが 明らかとなった。 '
試料 E 12〜E 29を見ると、 MnOの比率を 0. 1重量部以下とする ことによって、 圧電定数が更に一層高くなることが判明した。
また、 試料 E 30〜 41によると、 L i 2 C03の比率を 0. 05〜 0. 10重量部とすることによって、 圧電定数が更に一層高くなること がわかった。
本発明の特定の実施形態を説明してきたけれども、 本発明はこれら特 定の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、 請求の範囲の範囲から離れる ことなく、 種々の変更や改変を行いながら実施できる。
Claims
1 . チタン酸バリウム系誘電体 100 重量部、 および副成分として
CuO、ZnOおよび MgOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種と Bi2O3 とを合計で 4〜: 10重量部含む組成を有しており、 CuO、ZnOおよび MgO からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種の合計量と Bi203とのモル比が 1.5 ::1.0~ 1.0 : 5.0の範囲であることを特徴とする、誘電体磁器組成物。
2 . 900〜1000°Cで焼結されることを特徴とする、 請求項 1記載の 誘電体磁器組成物。
3 .. . SrTiO3s CaTiO3、 MgTiO3および BaZrQ3からなる群より選 ばれた少なくとも一種を、 0〜30モル%含有することを特徴とする、 請 求項 1または 2記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
4 . ZnO、 Nb2O5および MnOからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも 1種が 0.1重量部以上、 1.5重量部以下添加されている組成であることを 特徴とする、 請求項 1〜3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の誘電体磁器 組成物。
5 . 25°Cにおける誘電率が 1000~4000であり、 25°Cにおける誘電 損失が 5 %以下であることを特徴とする、 請求項 1〜4.のいずれか一つ の請求項に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
6 . 前記副成分として、 CuO と Bi2O3を合計で 4〜: 10重量部含む 組成を有していることを特徴とする、 請求項 1〜 5のいずれか一つの請
7 . MnOが 0.02重量部以上、 0.2重量部以下添加されていること を特徴とする、 請求項 6記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
8 . リチウムが Li2CO3に換算して 0 . 0 5重量部以上、 0 . 3重 量部以下添加されていることを特徴とする、 請求項 6または 7記載の誘 電体磁器組成物。
9 . 請求項 1 〜 8のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の誘電体磁器組成 物を備えていることを特徴とする、 電子部品。
1 0 . Ag、 Cu および A g— P d合金からなる群より選ばれた材質 からなる導電膜を備えていることを特徴とする、 請求項 9記載の電子部 口 '
