Abstract

Piezoelektrisches Bauelement und Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Die Erfindung betrifft ein piezoelektrisches Vielschicht-Bauelement, dessen Innen Elektrodenschichten Kupfer enthalten. Die Verwendung von Kupfer in den Elektrodenschichten wird ermöglicht durch einen Entbinderungsprozeß, der mittels Inentgas und Wasserdampf durchgeführt wird.
