Abstract

本發明之課題在於提供一種在冷卻空氣侵入至內建馬達之轉軸的軸承內時,不會有空氣在軸承內部引起亂流之情形即可使空氣排出至軸承外部,而難以產生保持器14之振動,靜音性高之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸。
藉由將密封板15之內徑方向的長度規定為從通過軸承內之空氣的入口側往出口側使空氣無抵抗地以大致直線狀通過的長度,而在空氣通過軸承之內部時,多餘之力難以施加在密封板15,以防止密封板15之傾倒或變形,且可確保穩定之密封性,並且不會有空氣在軸承內部引起亂流之情形即可使空氣排出至軸承外部,而難以產生保持器14之振動,以維持高靜音性。

Description

內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承
本發明係關於一種小型轉軸用滾珠軸承,特別是內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承。
小型轉軸係主要使用在鋁加工等輕負荷加工。
近年來,如第6圖所示,小型轉軸以小型化為目的而將馬達內建在轉軸之外殼1內之形式正增加中(專利文獻1)。此外,在第6圖中,被加工物係以符號W表示。
就該種內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承3而言,由要求高速性之觀點來看,大多使用斜角滾珠軸承。

內建馬達之轉軸係由於將馬達2內建在轉軸之外殼1內,故馬達2之周邊成為發熱源,因此必須將軸承3與馬達2一同予以冷卻。
以液體將轉軸之外殼1內予以冷卻之方法,不僅構造需要密封性等而構造變得複雜,而且亦大多有在空間上造成困難之情形。
因此,內建馬達之轉軸之外殼1內的冷卻,係以不需要複雜構造之利用空氣進行的冷卻為主流。
將該轉軸之外殼1內予以冷卻之空氣,係藉由設置在轉軸之外殼1的通氣孔4,從後側依序將馬達2、軸承3予以冷卻,並從轉軸之外殼1的前端部排出至轉軸之外殼1的外部。
轉軸之外殼1的前端部係兼具對飛來物之密封功能,且可藉由氣簾、迷宮式密封(labyrinth seal)而增高轉軸之外殼1之內部的壓力,以防止切削液、加工片等侵入至轉軸之外殼1內。
然而,將轉軸之外殼1內予以冷卻之空氣係由於也會有通過軸承3之內部的情形,因此具有下列之問題。
使用於內建馬達之轉軸的軸承3係在內部填充作為潤滑劑之潤滑油,如第4圖所示,兩端面雖係由密封板5所密封,但當將轉軸之外殼1內予以冷卻之空氣 通過軸承3之內部時,會有潤滑劑洩漏至外部之虞。
當潤滑劑洩漏至外部時,會有對軸承之耐久性能造成影響之可能性。
再者,以往如第4圖所示,密封板5之內徑部與內輪6之外徑部之間係成為迷宮式構造,密封板5之內徑部係嵌合在設置於內輪6之外徑部的密封溝7。此外,在第4圖中,符號8係表示保持器,9係表示外輪,10係表示轉動體。
藉由上述迷宮式構造,侵入至軸承3之內部的空氣之排出會被密封板5所妨礙,而如第4圖之箭頭所示,會有侵入至軸承3之內部的空氣在軸承3之內部引起亂流,而使保持器8產生振動之情形。
保持器8之振動係將振動傳達至轉軸之外殼1,亦會對靜音性造成不良影響。
因此,本發明係欲提供一種在冷卻空氣侵入至內建馬達之轉軸的軸承內時,不會有空氣在軸承內部引起亂流之情形即可使空氣順暢地排出至軸承外部,而難以產生保持器之振動,靜音性高之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸。
為了要解決上述課題並達成目的,本發明之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承係具有:內輪;外輪;轉動體,係配設在內輪與外輪之相對向的轉動面;保持器,係用以保持轉動體;以及密封板,係於外輪之兩端部的內徑 面朝內輪側突出;該內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承係將密封板之內徑方向的長度規定為:從通過軸承內之空氣的入口側往出口側使空氣無抵抗地以大致直線狀通過的長度。
再者,亦可採用將與密封板之內徑部相對向之內輪的外徑面形成為直線狀之構成。
在本發明之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承中,如上所述,由於係將密封板之內徑方向的長度規定為從通過軸承內之空氣的入口側往出口側使空氣無抵抗地以大致直線狀通過的長度,因此在空氣通過軸承之內部時,多餘之力難以施加在密封板,以防止密封板之傾倒或變形,且可確保穩定之密封性,並且不會有空氣在軸承內部引起亂流之情形即可使空氣順暢地排出至軸承外部,而難以產生保持器之振動,以維持高靜音性。
再者,藉由將與密封板之內徑部相對向之內輪的外徑面形成為直線狀,而至空氣之通過更順暢地進行。

以下,依據附圖說明本發明之實施形態。
本發明之一實施形態的內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承係如第1圖所示為斜角滾珠軸承。
本發明之斜角滾珠軸承係由內輪11、外輪12、配置在內輪11與外輪12之相對向之轉動面的轉動體13、保持轉動體13之保持器14、及設置在內輪11與外輪12之兩端面的密封板15所構成。
密封板15係安裝在設置於外輪12之內徑面的安裝溝16。
如第1圖所示,與密封板15之內徑部相對向之內輪11的外徑面11a係形成為直線狀,且在密封板15之內徑部與內輪11之外徑面之間,並未如第4圖所示之習知的軸承形成有形成迷宮式構造之密封溝。
再者,如第1圖之箭頭A所示,將密封板15之內徑方向的長度規定成:從通過之空氣的入口側往出口側使空氣無抵抗地以大致直線狀通過,而使出口側之內輪11的外徑面和密封板15之內徑部之間的間隙之投影面 積與通過軸承之空氣流路的通過投影面積大致同等。
由於有空氣通過時之流路阻力,因此該密封板15之內徑方向的長度係只要是投影面積比通過軸承之空氣的流路投影面積小10%左右之長度即可。
藉由將密封板15之內徑方向的長度規定成如上所述使密封板15之內徑部和與其相對向之內輪11之外徑面之間的間隙成為使空氣無抵抗地以大致直線狀通過之投影面積,而在空氣通過於軸承之內部時,多餘之力難以施加在密封板,以防止密封板之傾倒或變形,且可確保穩定之密封性。若能符合上述之條件,則雖將密封板15之內徑部和與其相對向之內輪11的外徑面之間的隙間增大亦無妨,但為了防止軸承內部潤滑油之洩漏,較佳為設成比保持器14之內徑更小。
再者,為了使空氣之通過更不會受到妨礙,較佳為將與密封板15之內徑部相對向的內輪11之外徑面11a形成為直線狀。
第2圖及第3圖係分別顯示本發明之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承之實施形態的保持器14之導引狀態的局部放大圖。在第2圖及第3圖中,二點鏈線係表示轉動體13之節圓直徑(pitch circle diameter,PCD),符號14a係表示收容轉動體13之袋部。
保持器14之內徑部14b的尺寸d較佳為儘可能增大而使其不會妨礙空氣之通過,但若使保持器14之內徑部14b增大時,則保持器14之強度會降低,因此保 持器14之內徑部14b的尺寸d較佳為:當設為保持器14之外徑部14c的尺寸D、轉動體13所承受之荷重Q、轉動體13與軌道輪間之摩擦係數μ、形成保持器14之樹脂材料的拉伸容許強度σ、保持器14之軸方向厚度合計值B時,以滿足下式之方式來決定。

接著,保持器14之內徑部14b的尺寸d較佳為比密封板15之內徑尺寸更大,以使其不會妨礙空氣之通過,但如第2圖所示,為旋轉中之保持器14的袋部14a之與轉動體13之周方向接觸部14d比轉動體13之PCD更靠近外徑側的構造更佳。藉由使保持器14之袋部14a之與轉動體13的周方向接觸部14d比轉動體13之PCD更靠近外徑側,則如粗線之箭頭所示,由於外徑方向之力恆常地相對於轉動體13之圓周方向運動而作用在保持器14,因此確保了保持器14與內輪11之外徑面11a的間隙,而不會妨礙空氣之通過。
再者,如第3圖所示,亦可使保持器14之內徑部14b位於比轉動體13之PCD更靠近外徑側的位置,以使外徑方向之力恆常地相對於轉動體13之圓周方向運動而作用在保持器14。
亦即,在習知例中,如第5圖所示,保持器8之袋部8a之與轉動體10的周方向接觸部8b雖係在轉動體10之PCD上,但如第2圖所示,在本發明實施形態中, 保持器14之袋部14a之與轉動體13的周方向接觸部14d係位於比轉動體之PCD更靠近外徑側的位置。
再者,在第1圖之實施形態中,為了對外輪12之軌道輪與轉動體13之間、及外輪12之軌道輪與保持器14之間穩定地供給潤滑劑,因此在外輪12之一部分設置潤滑油袋部17。
在以2排之背靠背之方式來使用本發明之斜角滾珠軸承之情形時,由於軸承的方向相對於空氣之流動係在2排間不同,因此使潤滑油袋部17形成在軸承之左右兩側。
再者,潤滑油封入量係設為靜止空間容積之40%至50%。在40%以下之情形時,會因空氣壓所造成之潤滑油的不均,而無法獲得穩定之耐久效果。在50%以上之情形時,會因空氣壓所造成之潤滑油的不均,使潤滑油之再流入過多而造成溫度變動大、振動變動,而無法獲得穩定之旋轉。
此外,潤滑油之基油黏度較佳為20至40mm2/s。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承,係具有:內輪;外輪;轉動體,係配設在內輪與外輪之相對向的轉動面;保持器,係用以保持轉動體;以及密封板,係於外輪之兩端部的內徑面朝內輪側突出;該內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承係將密封板之內徑方向的長度規定為:從通過軸承之空氣的入口側往出口側使空氣無抵抗地以大致直線狀通過的長度,前述保持器之袋部之與轉動體於周方向接觸的周方向接觸部係位於比轉動體之節圓直徑(PCD)更靠近外徑側的位置。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承,其中,與前述密封板之內徑部相對向之內輪的外徑面係形成為直線狀。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承,其中,前述保持器之內徑部係位於比轉動體之節圓直徑(PCD)更靠近外徑側的位置。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承,其中,對前述外輪之內徑部封入有作為潤滑劑之潤滑油。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之內建馬達之轉軸用滾珠軸承,其中,在前述外輪之內徑部設置有封入有潤滑油之潤滑油袋部。
