Claims (11)
- 一種聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其係含有聚醯胺樹脂(A)、氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)、與界面活性劑(C)之聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,該聚醯胺樹脂組成物含有:含有至少一種以上熔點為255至270℃之聚醯胺樹脂(A1)與熔點為180至250℃之聚醯胺樹脂(A2)之前述聚醯胺樹脂(A)60至75質量%、與前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)25至40質量%之合計100質量份;以及含有至少1種以上聚伸烷基多元醇之脂肪酸酯之前述界面活性劑(C)0.1至1.0質量份;前述聚醯胺樹脂(A)係由前述聚醯胺樹脂(A1)40至80質量%與前述聚醯胺樹脂(A2)20至60質量%所組成者,前述聚醯胺樹脂(A1)係聚醯胺66,前述聚醯胺樹脂(A2)係從聚醯胺6、以及由聚醯胺6、聚醯胺610、聚醯胺612或聚醯胺6I之單體單元1種以上與聚醯胺66之單體單元所組成之聚醯胺共聚物中選出之1種以上之聚醯胺;並且,分散於前述聚醯胺樹脂組成物中之前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)之平均分散粒徑為1至20μmm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)之平均分散粒徑係5至15μm。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)係氰尿酸三聚氰胺。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物,其中,前述界面活性劑(C)係從由聚氧伸乙基單月桂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基單硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基二硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基單油酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐單月桂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐單硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐單油酸酯、及聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐三油酸酯所成群組中選出之至少1種。
- 一種聚醯胺樹脂組成物之製造方法,該聚醯胺樹脂組成物係含有聚醯胺樹脂(A)、氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)、與界面活性劑(C)其中,該製造方法包括:使用至少1台原料供給裝置將所有成分從二軸擠壓機之第一供給口投入並進行熔融混練之步驟;並且,前述聚醯胺樹脂組成物含有:含有至少一種以上熔點為255至270℃之聚醯胺樹脂(A1)與熔點為180至250℃之聚醯胺樹脂(A2)之前述聚醯胺樹脂(A)60至75質量%、與前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)25至40質量%之合計100質量份;以及含有至少1種以上聚伸烷基多元醇之脂肪酸酯之前述界面活性劑(C)0.1至1.0質量份; 前述聚醯胺樹脂(A)係由前述聚醯胺樹脂(A1)40至80質量%與前述聚醯胺樹脂(A2)20至60質量%所組成者,前述聚醯胺樹脂(A1)係聚醯胺66,前述聚醯胺樹脂(A2)係從聚醯胺6、以及由聚醯胺6、聚醯胺610、聚醯胺612或聚醯胺6I之單體單元1種以上與聚醯胺66之單體單元所組成之聚醯胺共聚物中選出之1種以上之聚醯胺;而且,分散於前述聚醯胺樹脂組成物中之前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)之平均分散粒徑為1至20μm。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物之製造方法,其中,前述投入係包括:使用至少1台原料供給裝置將由前述聚醯胺樹脂(A)之全量、前述界面活性劑(C)之全量、與前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)之10至50質量%所組成之摻合物從二軸擠壓機之第一供給口投入;以及使用與前述原料供給裝置不同之另外之至少1台原料供給裝置將前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)之50至90質量%從前述二軸擠壓機之第一供給口投入。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項或第6項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物之製造方法,其中,前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)之中位徑係1至25μm。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項或第6項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物之製造方法,其中,前述聚醯胺樹脂(A)係由熔點為255 至270℃之聚醯胺樹脂(A1)40至70質量%、與熔點為180至250℃之聚醯胺樹脂(A2)30至60質量%所組成者。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項或第6項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物之製造方法,其中,前述聚醯胺樹脂(A1)係聚醯胺66,前述聚醯胺樹脂(A2)係從聚醯胺6、以及由聚醯胺6、聚醯胺610、聚醯胺612或聚醯胺6I之單體單元1種以上與聚醯胺66之單體單元所組成之聚醯胺共聚物中選出之1種以上之聚醯胺。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項或第6項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物之製造方法,其中,前述氰尿酸三聚氰胺系阻燃劑(B)係氰尿酸三聚氰胺。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項或第6項之聚醯胺樹脂組成物之製造方法,其中,前述界面活性劑(C)係從由聚氧伸乙基單月桂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基單硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基二硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基單油酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐單月桂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐單硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐三硬脂酸酯、聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐單油酸酯、及聚氧伸乙基山梨醇酐三油酸酯所成群組中選出之至少1種。
