B7 五、發明説明(2 ) 一般而言,流體分離裝置可分為兩種。第一種之流體分 離裝置,其包含有一過濾器之分離元件係一可更換之構 件,而容納該元件之壓力槽(亦即外殼)則可重覆使用。該 外殼内亦包含有複數個適當之流體連接,可連接至該流體 處理系統之其他部份。在更換該流體分離元件時,須將該 外殼開啟,取出該分離元件,將替換用之分離元件安裝於 該外殼内,再將該外殼關閉。此種流體分離裝置之缺點甚 多。第一,更換之操作十分費時,在該外殼之可及性受限 制時更是如此。第二,由於該外殼内裝有處理中之流體, 且由於該流體分離元件通常已:為該流體所浸透,因此經常 有流體溢出之情形.。若該流體具有危險性,則該流體之溢 出將對該區域内人員之健康造成-威脅,並有可能對鄰近之 設備及設施造成損害。最後,該外殼之開啟將使該流體處 理系統之内部表面暴露於四周環境之污染中。 第二種之分離裝置,其包含有一過濾器之分離元件係恆 久固定於其外殼,該外殼内亦包含有複數個適當之流體連 接,可連接至該流體處理系統之其他部份,以形成一完整 之模組。就此種分離裝置而言,在更換時須將整個分離模 组自該流體處理系統分離,再將一替換用之模組連接至該 系統。採用此一方式,則更換較為容易,操作員暴露於危 險化學物中之機率亦可降至最低,連接之可靠度可獲大幅 改善,而該流體處理系統受環境污染之程度亦可減少。該 種分離裝置稱為可棄式模組,因為無論所使用之連接器設 計為何,只要該分離元件有更換之必要,均可將整個模组 »· 5 — 本紙張尺度適用中國国家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 丁 '-a 4 5 2 4. 9 9 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合伟社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3 ) 移除並丟棄=可棄式模組之多重連接通常須循序為之,最 少有兩個連接,—般而言則為三或四個。螺紋固定器之操 作不易,有時亦難以接合;此亦在後續動作中費時費工之 原因。'此外’在進行連接時,該模組須固定於定位,這使 連接之動作更不易操作,因為須同時進行兩項動作(亦 即:將該模组固定於定位、及循序安裝每一連接器)^最 後,連接至流體處理系統之恆久性連接若非剛性之連接 (例如係使用撓性之管系)’則流體有可能在連接處分離時 排出在更換可棄式模組時,上述之所有問題使費時費工 之情形加劇,此外’人員仍有:暴露於危險材料中之可能, 而製造環境亦有受污染之可能^ 二基於以上之原因,目前已有若干可棄式分離模組之設 =,其能以一”快速連接”之方式,快速而輕易連接至流 體處理系統。該種快速連接模組設有一組連接器,該组連 接器可藉由一單一而簡單之動作,以密封之方式接合至一 纽可與之搭配之連接器,該組可與之搭配之連接器係附著 於一可重覆使用之基體上。目前已有多種不同機構之設 叶,可達成快速連接之固定效果,但所有該等機構在相互 搭配之公、母連接器間仍須有某一形式之相對運動,通常 係扭動。 使用可棄式分離模組之流體輸送系統須定期將輸送中之 液體混合物加以沖洗及清除,使該系統得以輸送另一液體 物由於分離模组包含有原先所處理之液體混合物之 留存物,因此在沖洗過程中須予以替換。此外,由於分離 -6- 本紙張尺度朝中Kg家鄉(CNS) Μ規格(灿心7公 (請先S讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁〕
