200824975 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係種易撕開性夾鏈帶及其製造方法、附易 撕開性央鏈帶之包裝袋及其製造装置與製造方法。 【先前技術】 作為用以包裝食品、攀〇 殿* |°σ、醫療品、雜貨等各種物品之 包凌材,使用一種包裝袋,Α将 〃料對袋體之一部配設由 =件及雌構件而形成之雌雄咬合之__對帶狀之夾鍵帶, 並使上述咬合狀態能自由開閉之附夾鏈帶者。

使如上述構造之夾鏈帶3A融著於袋體2之内面時,會於 雄構件32之薄壁部3213之面3213A與袋體2之膜,以及與薄 壁部3213之面3213A交叉之第一凸狀部3212之面3212A與 第二凸狀部3214之面3214A之間形成空隙。再者,雌構件 33亦同樣的,會在薄壁部33 13與袋體2之膜,以及與薄壁 部3313之面33〗3A交叉之第一凸狀部3312之面3312A與第 二凸狀部33 14之面33 14A之間形成空隙。 此外’在使夾鏈帶3A與内外之基材膜24重合之狀態下, 於薄壁部3213及薄壁部33 13之兩端之位置,各自形成開封 開始位置之V字形之凹口 25(圖1)。 夾鏈帶3A之製造可藉由共擠出成型法而一體化成型。藉 由共擠出法成型’彳簡化製造步驟、降低製造成本,且能 夠連續而穩定的製造夾鏈帶3A。 火蛾之雄構件32、雌構件33只要能夠再開閉 即可,並未特別限定,但較佳以—般所使用之低密度聚乙 月=直鎖狀低密度聚乙稀等之聚乙稀系樹脂及聚丙烯系樹 :之聚烯烴系樹脂等形成。作為聚丙烯系樹脂,可使用 均聚聚丙婦、與取工a 人1又聚丙烯、無規則聚丙烯(RPP)、丙烯/乙 歸/丁烯1無規則三元共聚物、聚稀煙系特殊軟質樹脂(TP0 122325.doc -20- 200824975 樹脂’例如曰本PRIME POLYMER公司製TPO)等之熱可塑 性樹脂,以及混合該等樹脂之混合物。 此外’作為形成袋體2之包裝材之基材膜24,較佳使用 於基材層242上層璺密封劑層241的構造之層疊膜,但亦可 因應所要求之性能,於基材層242與密封劑層241之間,使 用層疊氣體阻障層、遮光層、強度提升層等而作為中間層 (未圖示)的構造之層疊膜層。 基材層242除了雙軸延伸聚丙烯膜(〇ρρ膜)之外,可適當 使用雙軸延伸聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯膜(ρΕΤ膜卜雙軸延伸 聚對萘二甲酸二乙s旨臈(ΡΕΝ膜)等之雙軸延伸聚3旨膜,或 尼龍6、尼龍66、MXD6(聚己二酰間苯二甲胺)等之雙軸延 伸聚醯胺膜等’但亦可因應必要而使用各種工程塑膠膜。 此外’該等膜可單獨使用,或者亦可將複數加以組合層疊 而使用。 將中間層作為氣體阻障層之情形時,中間層除了乙婦 醋酸乙烯共聚物醋化物(EV〇H)、聚偏二氯乙烯(p 、 聚丙烯腈(PAN)等之膜之外,亦可使用銘落,或者二氧化 矽、氧化鋁、鋁等之蒸鍍層或pvDc之塗膜層。 此外,使用主二氧化石夕、氧化銘、銘等之Μ層或pvD( 之塗膜層之^時,可蒸鍍或 242之内面,或者, :成於則迷基材層 无4鍍或塗佈而形成於另 軸延伸尼龍膜(〇%膜)、雙轴延伸聚對苯二 雙 (_、雙軸延伸聚丙稀膜 將膜 於中間層上。 …、後將該膜層4 122325.doc -21 - 200824975 該等之中,鋁箔及鋁蒸鍍層因不透明,故亦可兼作為遮 光層。 基材層242及中間層之膜之層疊,可使用周知之乾式貼 合法(Dry Lamination)或擠出貼合法(夾心式貼合法)。 最内層之密封劑層241,可使用低密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯 (OPP)等。 又密封劑層241之層疊,可先將上述之樹脂製成膜狀, 再以乾式貼合法或擠出貼合法進行層疊,或是可將前述之 樹脂擠出、塗佈並層疊,而製得基材膜24。 使用以如上方式製得之基材膜24及夾鏈帶3八,並使用附 夾鏈帶三方密封製袋機等,製造附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A。 附夾鏈帶三方密封製袋機,係使從條帶送出部送出之夾 鏈帶3A定位於從包裝材送出部送出之一對基材膜24之間, 通過使夾鏈帶3A與基材膜24融著之夾鏈帶融著部後,將所 要運运之基材膜24對著基材膜24之運送方向以特定間隔進 行融著及溶斷而形成附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A。 在此,當形成附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A之侧密封部21時,必 須進行用以壓熔夾鏈㈣之點密封步驟。圖3表示該點密 封步驟之剖面圖。 Ί點密封棒41及42之製造裝置4,於點㈣棒41上設 :^43。凸部43之形狀雖未特別限^,但較佳為剖面大 =形1剖面大致梯形之短邊43B係凸部43之端面43A 料大致梯形之長邊43C係與凸㈣之端面43A 面之剖面。短邊43B設為與薄壁部3213之寬度等 122325.doc -22- 200824975 長之2 mm,長邊43C只要比短邊43B為長即可,未特別限 定’但在本實施形態中設為4·2 mm。此外,凸部43之高产 只要超過形成於薄壁部3213或33 13與基材膜24之間的空隙 部之南度即可。 以如上述構造之製造裝置4進行點密封時,是將凸部Μ 從基材膜24之上押抵於薄壁部3213和3313,並從薄壁部 3213和3313之中心向外側方向施力,藉此將其溶融扁平 化。 此外,在以點密封棒41及42進行點密封之前,亦可藉由 具有抵接面小於凸部43之抵接面的凸部之點密封棒進行密 封,藉此可更為穩定進行扁平化。 圖4表示如以上方式密封而成之側密封部21中之薄壁部 之剖面圖。薄壁部3213和3313之寬度維持不變,而以剖面 大致梯形之凸部43進行密封,藉此使較薄部分形成為比薄 壁部3213和3313更寬。 其次說明將本實施形態之附夾鏈帶之包裝袋丨八開封之方 法。 開封時,握住形成於薄壁部3213及薄壁部33 13的兩端之 任一個凹口 25之開口部側之基材膜24及内容物側之基材膜 24,以該凹口25作為撕開開始位置,以向前後撕開之方式 開封。於是便可將薄壁部3213、薄壁部33 13及相對向之基 材膜24暫時撕開。 之後,將夾鏈帶3A之咬合部3丨拆開,便可將附夾鏈帶之 包裝袋1A開封。再封之情形時,只要使雄構件32與雌構件 122325.doc •23- 200824975 33咬合,使咬合部31成為咬合狀態即可。 根據如前所述之夾鏈帶3A及附夾鏈帶之包裳袋1A,可 發揮以下所示之功效: (1)本實施形悲之夾鍵帶3 A係將設於相對向之帶狀美部 321及3S1上之薄壁部3213和3313形成為薄壁狀,因此在開 封時’容易沿著薄壁部3213和3313撕斷,而可將附夾鏈帶 之包裝袋1A開封。 再者,設於薄壁部3213及3313的兩端之第一凸狀部3212 和33 12及第二凸狀部3214和33 14,係形成為比薄壁部3213 及33 13更厚,因此在開封時,拉開線即使偏離薄壁部3213 和3313,第一凸狀部3212和3312及第二凸狀部3214和3314 也不會被撕斷。 此外’將該夾鏈帶3 A安裝於袋體2之内面時,會在袋體2 之膜及與袋體2之膜相對向之薄壁部3213之面3213A,以及 與薄壁部3213之面3213A交叉之第一凸狀部3212之面 3212A與第二凸狀部3214之面3214A之間形成空隙。如此 一來,薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部32 12之間以及與第二凸狀 部3214之間會產生階差,因此在開封時,容易使薄壁部 32 13沿著該階差撕斷。再者,於薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部 3212及第二凸狀部3214之咬合部31側亦形成階差,因此更 容易在薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之 間撕斷。 此外,帶狀基部331亦同樣的,會在袋體2之膜以及與袋 體2之膜相對向之薄壁部3313之面3313A,以及與薄壁部 122325.doc -24- 200824975 3313之面33UA交叉之第一凸狀部3312之面3312A與第二 凸狀部3314之面3314A之間形成空隙。如此一來,薄壁部 33丨3與第一凸狀部3312之間以及與第二凸狀部^“之間會 產生階差,因此在開封時,容易使薄壁部33丨3沿著該階差 撕斷。再者,於薄壁部3313與第一凸狀部MU及第二凸狀 部3314之咬合部31側亦形成階差,因此更容易在薄壁部 3313與第一凸狀部3312及第二凸狀部3314之間撕斷。 因此,能夠對拉開線賦予直線性,而能夠在不破壞夾鏈 帶3 A之同時實現易開封性。 (2)薄壁部之厚度為0.12 mnmy,第—凸狀部及第 凸狀部之厚度為0.20 mm以上1 mm以下,且薄壁部之寬度 為〇·5 mm以上5 mm以下,故薄壁部容易撕斷,而第一凸 狀部及第二凸狀部則難以撕斷。因此,不但易於沿著薄壁 部 外 撕 斷,具有易撕開性,亦可對拉開線賦予直線性。此 第-凸狀部及第二凸狀部不會太厚,故密封效率亦 佳,而不會影響到加工性。 、薄壁部3 213、第 凸狀部3312、薄壁 係以共擠出方法各 成本而輕易製造。 (3)具有本體3211、第一凸狀部3212 二凸狀部3214之雄構件32,及具有第一 部3313、第二凸狀部33 14之雌構件33, 自在一步驟中製造。因此可不費時間及 ⑷不在帶狀基部321之本體3211之咬合部^而在非開 口部侧’設有高度與第-凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214相 同之4條肋條34,故在使夾鏈帶3A與基材膜以融著時,能 夠使密封棒遍佈於夾鏈帶从全面而均等接觸。目此,= 122325.doc -25- 200824975 確實而穩定的使夾鏈帶3A融著於基材膜24上。 (5)點密封棒41上設有凸部43,使用此進行密封時,薄 壁部3 213及3 3 13會先接觸到點密封棒41和4 2而溶融。因 此,較厚之第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之溶融樹脂 不會滲入薄壁部32 13和3313,故可維持薄壁部3213及33 13 之寬度。再者’將凸部43形成為剖面大致梯形,藉此可使 較薄部分更寬廣。於是,容易穩定形成凹口 25,且能提升 易撕開性。 [第二實施形態] 其次根據圖5,說明第二實施形態。 第二實施形態之構造,除了相對向之薄壁部3213和3313 之長度不同,以及薄壁部3213和3313、第一凸狀部3212和 33 12及第二凸狀部3214和33 14所使用之樹脂不同之點以 外,其餘皆與第一實施形態相同,故省略說明。 如圖5所示,雄構件32之薄壁部3213之長度形成為比雌 構件33之薄壁部33 13來得短。 此外,薄壁部3213所使用之樹脂,乃使用與設於薄壁部 32丨3兩端之第二凸狀部32U及第一凸狀部3212所使用之樹 脂不同者。其所使用之樹脂,可列舉在第一實施形態中使 用之树知中,任意選擇異種之組合,例如可選擇低密度聚 乙烯及聚丙烯。 於開封時,會在薄壁部3213和3313與第二凸狀部3214和 3314之間,或是在第一凸狀部3212和3312之間進行層間剝 釗離位置如圖5之A〜D所示,無論是哪一個拉開面都 122325.doc -26 - 200824975 會呈不對稱地撕斷。
