Description

易撕開性夾鏈帶及其製造方法、附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋及其製造裝置與製造方法
本發明係關於一種易撕開性夾鏈帶及其製造方法、附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋及其製造裝置與製造方法。
作為用以包裝食品、藥品、醫療品、雜貨等各種物品之包裝材,使用一種包裝袋,其係針對袋體之開口部配設由雄構件及雌構件而形成之雌雄咬合之一對帶狀之夾鏈帶,並使上述咬合狀態能自由開閉之附夾鏈帶者。
該種附夾鏈帶之包裝袋係藉由封閉夾鏈帶之上部而予以密封,開封時,可將形成於包裝袋兩側之切口等當作開始位置而撕開袋本體之膜,以此方式進行開封。
以上述方式將附夾鏈帶之包裝袋開封之情形時,由於夾鏈帶附近之膜會被撕破,而有難以拿住袋本體之問題,因而需尋求在特定位置撕開袋本體膜之技術。
對此,於文獻1(日本特開2004-276925號公報)中,揭示一種於夾鏈帶之一部分配設開封鈕,藉由拉扯開封鈕而撕開袋本體之膜之技術。此外,於文獻2(日本特開2004-244027號公報)中,揭示一種為使撕開處誘導至夾鏈帶之條帶部,而使用可撕開性的樹脂使其拉開之夾鏈帶。再者,於文獻3(日本特開平10-059384號公報)中,揭示一種為於特定位置撕開撕條,而使用具高剛性之撕條使其拉開之技術。
但是,在上述文獻1中,由於在夾鏈帶之一部分中配設有開封鈕,以開封鈕撕開帶口時,必須同時扯開夾鏈帶之一部分或全部,故有小孩或老人難以打開之問題。
此外,在上述文獻2中,由於易撕開性樹脂包含結晶性聚烯烴及環狀聚烯烴中之一之非相溶性樹脂之混合物,易扯開樹脂層無法相互溶合,故未溶合之樹脂會分別從撕開面剝離,而從撕開之夾鏈中產生碎屑(絲狀、纖維狀)。
此外,在上述文獻3中,撕條或為獲得直線拉開性之誘導線係採用後附於夾鏈帶或製袋機之形態,這在製袋步驟中並不容易製作。
再者,在如上述之先前方法中,在撕拉難以拉開的膜時,因缺少可誘導物,故會發生連夾鏈帶一併拉開之不良情形。
本發明之目的在於提供一種於拉開夾鏈帶進行開封時,能夠將包裝袋輕易拉開到特定位置,且不會產生碎屑之易撕開性夾鏈帶及其製造方法、附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋及其製造裝置與製造方法。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶,係具備一對雄構件及雌構件相互咬合之咬合部及各自連接於前述咬合部之帶狀基部,且安裝於包裝袋之袋體內面者,其特徵在於包含:本體,其係前述帶狀基部中至少一方設有前述咬合部者;第一凸狀部,其係設於該本體之開口部側,比前述本體更厚壁者;薄壁部,其係設於該第一凸狀部之開口部側,比前述第一凸狀部及前述本體更薄壁者;及第二凸狀部,其係設於該薄壁部之開口部側,比前述薄壁部及前述本體更厚壁者;前述第一凸狀部與前述第二凸狀部之各自對向於前述袋體內面之對向面係位於大致同一面,在相對於該等對向面後退之位置設置前述薄壁部而形成階差;前述薄壁部係撕開誘導片。
在本發明中,於設有咬合部之本體之開口部側設置第一凸狀部,於第一凸狀部之開口部側形成比第一凸狀部及本體更薄之薄壁部,於薄壁部之開口部側形成比薄壁部及本體更厚之第二凸狀部。亦即,薄壁部係由較厚之第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部相夾。
由於薄壁部較薄,故於開封時,薄壁部會作為撕開誘導片而被撕斷。再者,即使誤使拉開線偏離薄壁部,較厚之第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部也不會被撕斷,而能夠使拉開線回到薄壁部之位置。此外,拉開之後會留下第一凸狀部,而比本體為厚,故手可抓住第一凸狀部而好拿。
此外,由於第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部比本體為厚,故會在第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部之誘導下撕開。若將本體之厚度形成為與第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部相同之厚度,則夾鏈帶之密封溫度會非常高,造成雄構件及雌構件變形,故不具實用性。
因此,將安裝該夾鏈帶之包裝袋開封時,使用薄壁部作為撕開誘導片,能以撕開該誘導片之方式輕易開封。
此外,由於薄壁部係設在比安裝於第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部之袋體內面之側的面更為後退之位置,將該夾鏈帶安裝於包裝袋之袋體內面時,會於薄壁部與基材膜之間形成空隙。藉由該空隙,使薄壁部變得更容易撕斷。
此外,基於如上述之構造,而能夠於薄壁部與第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部之間形成階差,在將安裝該夾鏈帶之包裝袋開封時,容易沿著該階差使薄壁部撕斷。因此,在將包裝袋開封時,可對基材膜之撕斷賦予直進性。
再者,由於帶狀基部之本體設為如先前之厚度,僅將第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部形成較厚,故不會對夾鏈帶本體之密封性帶來不良影響。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中較佳為:前述雄構件及前述雌構件各自之前述帶狀基部包含:前述本體、前述第一凸狀部、前述薄壁部及前述第二凸狀部。
在本發明中,由於在夾鏈帶之一對雄構件及雌構件之兩者上設有第一凸狀部、薄壁部及第二凸狀部,故可適用於將設於雄構件及雌構件兩者上之薄壁部與包裝袋之基材膜同時撕開而開封之附夾鏈帶之包裝袋。該情況下,於薄壁部之兩端形成有凹口,將凹口作為開封開始位置,在使薄壁部與基材膜重合之狀態下,可暫時撕開而開封。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶亦可以是:設於前述雄構件及前述雌構件上之前述薄壁部之中,一方薄壁部之長度與另一方薄壁部之長度不同。
在本發明中,由於設在雄構件上之薄壁部與設在雌構件上之薄壁部之長度不同,故於相對向之薄壁部產生階差。
將安裝有如上述構造之夾鏈帶之包裝袋撕開而開封時,相對向之基材膜之拉開線會呈偏離狀態,而於再開封時,容易拿住包裝袋之開口部之基材膜。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中較佳為:前述雄構件或前述雌構件中任一方之前述帶狀基部包含:前述本體、前述第一凸狀部、前述薄壁部及前述第二凸狀部;另一方之前述帶狀基部包含:前述本體及前述第一凸狀部。
在本發明中,由於薄壁部及第二凸狀部,僅設在雄構件及雌構件中任一方之帶狀基部,故於開封時,會同時撕斷設於其中一方之薄壁部及相對向之包裝袋之基材膜。由於薄壁部僅設於其中一方,故能以較小之力氣開封。此外,由於在薄壁部與第二凸狀部及第一凸狀部之間形成階差,故會沿著該等中任一方之階差,及於相對向之帶狀基部之第一凸狀部之開口部側端面形成之階差而撕斷。因此,能夠維持拉開線之直線性。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中較佳為:具有與前述第一凸狀部及前述第二凸狀部之厚度相同高度之一條或數條之肋部設在比前述本體之前述咬合部更非開口部側。
在本發明中,係以使易撕開性夾鏈帶之開口部側與非開口部側之高度為相同之方式,設置一條或數條之肋條。如此一來,將該易撕開性夾鏈帶融著於袋體之內面時,密封棒會均等接觸於夾鏈帶全面,故能夠穩定而正確地進行夾鏈帶之融著。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶較佳為:前述薄壁部之厚度為0.12 mm以下;前述第二凸狀部及前述第一凸狀部之厚度為0.20 mm以上1 mm以下。
在本發明中,由於薄壁部之厚度為0.12 mm以下,故可輕易撕斷薄壁部。若超過0.12 mm,則撕開抗性變大,導致撕開性降低。
此外,由於第二凸狀部及本體之第一凸狀部之厚度為0.20 mm~1 mm,故不會在第二凸狀部及本體之第一凸狀部之位置被撕斷。若小於0.20 mm,於開封時有可能會將整個夾鏈帶撕開;若大於1 mm,有可能引起製袋時之密封性或效率降低等之不良情形。更佳之範圍係0.3 mm~0.5 mm。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中較佳為:前述薄壁部之寬度為0.5 mm以上5 mm以下。
在此所說的薄壁部之寬度,是指設在薄壁部之兩旁之第一凸狀部與第二凸狀部之距離。
根據本發明,由於將薄壁部之寬度設在0.5 mm以上5 mm以下,故可在薄壁部之位置確實撕斷。若薄壁部之寬度小於0.5 mm,會變得難以撕斷;若超過5 mm,則有可能會越過第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部而被撕斷。更佳係1 mm以上3 mm以下之範圍。
於本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中較佳為:前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部較佳以無規則聚丙烯形成。
根據本發明,由於第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部及薄壁部是以無規則聚丙烯形成,故易撕開性良好,且撕斷部分不會產生碎屑(細鬚)。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶係如請求項1至7中任一項者,其中較佳為:其中前述第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部係以同種樹脂形成,前述第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部與前述薄壁部係以異種樹脂形成,前述第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部與前述本體係以異種樹脂形成。
第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部所使用之樹脂未特別限定,例如可使用低密度聚乙烯、直鎖狀低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等。此外,本體所使用之樹脂只要能使夾鏈帶之咬合部再開閉即可,可使用如同第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部所使用之樹脂者。另一方面,在薄壁部中,只要是與上述樹脂相溶性高之樹脂且拉開性佳即可,未特別限定,例如可使用低密度聚乙烯、直鎖狀低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、環烯烴共聚物等。可將該等樹脂組合,讓薄壁部與第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部使用不同樹脂,或第一凸狀部與本體使用不同樹脂等,可任意選擇使用之樹脂。
如上所述,由於易撕開性夾鏈帶是以不同種之樹脂構成,故會在薄壁部與第二凸狀部之間,或薄壁部與第一凸狀部之間,或第一凸狀部與本體之間進行層間剝離,因此易撕開性良好,且不會從撕斷部分產生碎屑(細鬚)。此外,亦可賦予拉開線之直線性。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶亦可以是:前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部以同種樹脂形成,而前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部與前述本體以異種樹脂形成。
前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部所使用之樹脂未特別限定,例如可使用低密度聚乙烯、直鎖狀低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等。此外,前述本體所使用之樹脂亦未特別限定,可使用與前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部所使用之樹脂不同種之樹脂等,從前述之樹脂中進行任意組合使用。
根據本發明,由於以不同種之樹脂形成之第一凸狀部與本體之間會進行層間剝離,故易撕開性良好,且不會從撕斷部分產生碎屑(細鬚)。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶亦可以是:前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部、前述薄壁部及前述本體各自以異種樹脂形成。
所使用之樹脂未特別限定,可如同前述者,使用低密度聚乙烯、直鎖狀低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等,亦可以使前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部、前述薄壁部及前述本體各自使用不同種之樹脂,而任意組合使用。
根據本發明,由於各自以不同種之樹脂形成,因此會在薄壁部與第二凸狀部之間、薄壁部與第一凸狀部之間、第一凸狀部與本體之間之中任一者之樹脂間進行層間剝離,故易撕開性良好,且不會從撕斷部分產生碎屑(細鬚)。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶較佳為:在安裝於前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述本體之袋體內面之側的面上設置密封層。
根據本發明,由於設有密封層,故可選擇與袋體之密封劑層所使用之樹脂具有良好相溶性之樹脂作為密封層。因此,無論袋體所使用之樹脂為何,皆可提供接著性優異之易撕開性夾鏈帶。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶較佳為:形成前述密封層之樹脂係熔點比形成前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述本體之樹脂低,且含有以下之(A)及(B)者:(A)密度920 kg/m3 以下,MFR為5.0 g/10分鐘以下之金屬茂系直鏈低密度聚乙烯50質量%以上100質量%以下。
(B)包含丙烯及碳數4~8之α-烯烴共聚物之組成物0質量%以上50質量%以下。
根據本發明,由於密封層使用含有上述(A)及(B)之樹脂,故能提供與袋體之接著性優異之易撕開性夾鏈帶。
本發明之易撕開性夾鏈帶之製造方法,其特徵在於:藉由共擠出,以單一製程製造包含前述咬合部之前述本體、前述第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部。
在本發明中,由於能藉由共擠出以單一步驟製造前述之易撕開性夾鏈帶,故於製造步驟中可不費時間而輕易製造。
本發明之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋,其特徵在於包含:前述之易撕開性夾鏈帶及安裝有該易撕開性夾鏈帶之袋體,在前述袋體之內面、對向於前述袋體內面之薄壁部之面及與該薄壁部之面交叉之前述第一凸狀部之面與前述第二凸狀部之面之間形成有空隙。
根據本發明,由於附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋係於袋體內面與薄壁部,及第一凸狀部與第二凸狀部之間形成空隙,故可發揮與前述相同之功效。
本發明之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋,其中於該包裝袋之與前述易撕開性夾鏈帶交叉之方向形成側密封部;前述側密封部之前述薄壁部係寬度較比前述側密封部更內側之前述薄壁部更寬廣。
根據本發明,由將包裝袋之側密封部中之薄壁部形成為較寬,故可於該位置確實形成凹口,而能提供易撕開性優異之附夾鏈帶之包裝袋。
本發明之製造附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造裝置,其特徵在於包含:一對點密封棒,其用以熔化前述側密封部之前述薄壁部,前述一對點密封棒至少一方包含具有前述空隙高度以上的高度之凸部。
在先前之方法中,將側密封部之薄壁部壓熔時,溶融樹脂會滲入薄壁部,而有可能造成側密封部中之薄壁部變厚或變薄之情形發生,因而難以形成凹口。
根據本發明,由於設在點密封棒上之凸部之端面會先與薄壁部接觸而溶融,故後續溶融之第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部之溶融樹脂無法滲入薄壁部。因此,能夠維持薄壁部之寬度及薄度。此外,凸部較佳為大致梯形,藉由形成為大致梯形,可將薄壁部之寬度形成為較寬。
因此,可於側密封部中之薄壁部確實而穩定形成凹口,而能提供易撕開性與品質兼優之製品。
本發明之製造附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造裝置較佳為:前述一對點密封棒具有前述凸部之抵接面大小各自不同的複數種類。
根據本發明,由於具備複數種凸部之抵接面之大小不同之點密封棒,故可從凸部之抵接面之大小較小之點密封棒起分階段進行密封。因此,能夠確實將薄壁部形成為既薄且寬。
本發明之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造方法,其特徵在於:且在熔化前述薄壁部時,使前述凸部對準前述薄壁部之位置,而從前述薄壁部之中心向外側熔融壓扁。
根據本發明,如前所述,能夠維持薄壁部之寬度並進行熔融扁平化,故可將薄壁部形成為既薄且寬。因此,可於側密封部中之薄壁部確實而穩定形成凹口,而能提供易撕開性與品質兼優之製品。
本發明之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造方法較佳為:前述一對點密封棒具有前述凸部之抵接面大小各自不同的複數種類;從前述凸部之抵接面大小較小之點密封棒起依序密封。
根據本發明,由於是從凸部之抵接面之大小較小之點密封棒起依序密封,故能穩定地使薄壁部扁平化。因此,能夠確實將薄壁部形成為既薄且寬,而易於形成凹口。
以下根據圖式說明本發明之實施形態。在各實施形態之說明中對於標註相同符號之構件,省略或簡略其說明。
[第一實施形態]
首先,根據圖1及圖2說明本發明之第一實施形態。
如圖1所示,本實施形態之附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A具備袋體2,該袋體2係與作為包裝材之基材膜24重合,藉由於其周緣形成側密封部21及頂封部22而形成,於袋體2之開口部23之內面,安裝有夾鏈帶3A。
圖2表示夾鏈帶3A之剖面構造。夾鏈帶3A係包含一對雄構件32及雌構件33而構成,雄構件32係藉由融著於袋體2之帶狀基部321、及剖面為大致箭頭狀之頭部322,及連結該帶狀基部321與頭部322之連結部323而一體成型。再者,雌構件33與前述雄構件32相同,係包含融著於袋體2之帶狀基部331,及與該帶狀基部331連結而形成之剖面為圓弧狀之第一鉤部332及第二鉤部333,該第一鉤部332與第二鉤部333係以相對向之方式形成。
夾鏈帶3A係以雄構件32之頭部322與雌構件33之第一鉤部332及第二鉤部333形成咬合部31,藉由該等分離或咬合,進行開封或再封。
帶狀基部321包含:設有咬合部31之本體3211;設於該本體3211之開口部側之第一凸狀部3212;連接於第一凸狀部3212之開口部側之薄壁部3213;及連接於該薄壁部3213之開口部側之第二凸狀部3214。
第一凸狀部3212之基材膜24側之面3212B與第二凸狀部3214之基材膜24側之面3214B位於大致同一面上,薄壁部3213係設在比該等之面更為後退之位置。藉此,於薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之間形成階差。
再者,薄壁部3213設在比第一凸狀部3212之咬合部31側之面3212C及第二凸狀部3214之咬合部31側之面3214C更為後退之位置。
薄壁部3213之厚度較佳為0.12 mm以下,在本實施形態中設為0.1 mm。此外,本體3211之厚度設為0.15 mm,本體3211之第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之厚度較佳設定在0.20 mm~1 mm之間,例如可設為0.3 mm。
再者,薄壁部3213之寬度較佳設為0.5 mm以上5 mm以下,更佳之範圍為1 mm以上3 mm以下,因此在本實施形態中設為2 mm。
此外,不在帶狀基部321之本體3211之咬合部31而在非開口部側,設有高度與第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之高度相同之肋條34。肋條34之個數雖未限定,但在本實施形態中設為4條。
帶狀基部331亦同樣具備:設有咬合部31之本體3311;設於該本體3311之開口部側之第一凸狀部3312;設於第一凸狀部3312之開口部側之薄壁部3313;及連接於該薄壁部3313之開口部側之第二凸狀部3314。
薄壁部3313設於與帶狀基部321之薄壁部3213相同之位置,於薄壁部3313與第一凸狀部3312及第二凸狀部3314之間形成階差。
各部之厚度可與帶狀基部321同樣設定為:薄壁部3313之厚度為0.1 mm,本體3311之厚度為0.15 mm,本體3311之第一凸狀部3312及第二凸狀部3314之厚度為0.3 mm。
此外,薄壁部3313之寬度設為2 mm。
再者,不在本體3311之咬合部31而在非開口部側,設有4條之肋條34。
使如上述構造之夾鏈帶3A融著於袋體2之內面時,會於雄構件32之薄壁部3213之面3213A與袋體2之膜,以及與薄壁部3213之面3213A交叉之第一凸狀部3212之面3212A與第二凸狀部3214之面3214A之間形成空隙。再者,雌構件33亦同樣的,會在薄壁部3313與袋體2之膜,以及與薄壁部3313之面3313A交叉之第一凸狀部3312之面3312A與第二凸狀部3314之面3314A之間形成空隙。
此外,在使夾鏈帶3A與內外之基材膜24重合之狀態下,於薄壁部3213及薄壁部3313之兩端之位置,各自形成開封開始位置之V字形之凹口25(圖1)。
夾鏈帶3A之製造可藉由共擠出成型法而一體化成型。藉由共擠出法成型,可簡化製造步驟、降低製造成本,且能夠連續而穩定的製造夾鏈帶3A。
在此,夾鏈帶3A之雄構件32、雌構件33只要能夠再開閉即可,並未特別限定,但較佳以一般所使用之低密度聚乙烯或直鎖狀低密度聚乙烯等之聚乙烯系樹脂及聚丙烯系樹脂等之聚烯烴系樹脂等形成。作為聚丙烯系樹脂,可使用均聚聚丙烯、嵌段聚丙烯、無規則聚丙烯(RPP)、丙烯/乙烯/丁烯1無規則三元共聚物、聚烯烴系特殊軟質樹脂(TPO樹脂,例如日本PRIME POLYMER公司製TPO)等之熱可塑性樹脂,以及混合該等樹脂之混合物。
此外,作為形成袋體2之包裝材之基材膜24,較佳使用於基材層242上層疊密封劑層241的構造之層疊膜,但亦可因應所要求之性能,於基材層242與密封劑層241之間,使用層疊氣體阻障層、遮光層、強度提升層等而作為中間層(未圖示)的構造之層疊膜層。
基材層242除了雙軸延伸聚丙烯膜(OPP膜)之外,可適當使用雙軸延伸聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯膜(PET膜)、雙軸延伸聚對萘二甲酸二乙酯膜(PEN膜)等之雙軸延伸聚酯膜,或尼龍6、尼龍66、MXD6(聚己二酰間苯二甲胺)等之雙軸延伸聚醯胺膜等,但亦可因應必要而使用各種工程塑膠膜。此外,該等膜可單獨使用,或者亦可將複數加以組合層疊而使用。
將中間層作為氣體阻障層之情形時,中間層除了乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物酯化物(EVOH)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)等之膜之外,亦可使用鋁箔,或者二氧化矽、氧化鋁、鋁等之蒸鍍層或PVDC之塗膜層。
此外,使用二氧化矽、氧化鋁、鋁等之蒸鍍層或PVDC之塗膜層之情形時,可蒸鍍或塗佈而形成於前述基材層242之內面,或者,亦可先蒸鍍或塗佈而形成於另外之雙軸延伸尼龍膜(ONy膜)、雙軸延伸聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯膜(PET膜)、雙軸延伸聚丙烯膜(OPP膜)等,然後將該膜層疊於中間層上。
該等之中,鋁箔及鋁蒸鍍層因不透明,故亦可兼作為遮光層。
基材層242及中間層之膜之層疊,可使用周知之乾式貼合法(Dry Lamination)或擠出貼合法(夾心式貼合法)。
最內層之密封劑層241,可使用低密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯(OPP)等。
又密封劑層241之層疊,可先將上述之樹脂製成膜狀,再以乾式貼合法或擠出貼合法進行層疊,或是可將前述之樹脂擠出、塗佈並層疊,而製得基材膜24。
使用以如上方式製得之基材膜24及夾鏈帶3A,並使用附夾鏈帶三方密封製袋機等,製造附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A。
附夾鏈帶三方密封製袋機,係使從條帶送出部送出之夾鏈帶3A定位於從包裝材送出部送出之一對基材膜24之間,通過使夾鏈帶3A與基材膜24融著之夾鏈帶融著部後,將所要運送之基材膜24對著基材膜24之運送方向以特定間隔進行融著及溶斷而形成附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A。
在此,當形成附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A之側密封部21時,必須進行用以壓熔夾鏈帶3A之點密封步驟。圖3表示該點密封步驟之剖面圖。
具有點密封棒41及42之製造裝置4,於點密封棒41上設有凸部43。凸部43之形狀雖未特別限定,但較佳為剖面大致梯形。該剖面大致梯形之短邊43B係凸部43之端面43A之剖面,剖面大致梯形之長邊43C係與凸部43之端面43A相對向的面之剖面。短邊43B設為與薄壁部3213之寬度等長之2 mm,長邊43C只要比短邊43B為長即可,未特別限定,但在本實施形態中設為4.2 mm。此外,凸部43之高度只要超過形成於薄壁部3213或3313與基材膜24之間的空隙部之高度即可。
以如上述構造之製造裝置4進行點密封時,是將凸部43從基材膜24之上押抵於薄壁部3213和3313,並從薄壁部3213和3313之中心向外側方向施力,藉此將其溶融扁平化。
此外,在以點密封棒41及42進行點密封之前,亦可藉由具有抵接面小於凸部43之抵接面的凸部之點密封棒進行密封,藉此可更為穩定進行扁平化。
圖4表示如以上方式密封而成之側密封部21中之薄壁部之剖面圖。薄壁部3213和3313之寬度維持不變,而以剖面大致梯形之凸部43進行密封,藉此使較薄部分形成為比薄壁部3213和3313更寬。
其次說明將本實施形態之附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A開封之方法。
開封時,握住形成於薄壁部3213及薄壁部3313的兩端之任一個凹口25之開口部側之基材膜24及內容物側之基材膜24,以該凹口25作為撕開開始位置,以向前後撕開之方式開封。於是便可將薄壁部3213、薄壁部3313及相對向之基材膜24暫時撕開。
之後,將夾鏈帶3A之咬合部31拆開,便可將附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A開封。再封之情形時,只要使雄構件32與雌構件33咬合,使咬合部31成為咬合狀態即可。
根據如前所述之夾鏈帶3A及附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A,可發揮以下所示之功效:(1)本實施形態之夾鏈帶3A係將設於相對向之帶狀基部321及331上之薄壁部3213和3313形成為薄壁狀,因此在開封時,容易沿著薄壁部3213和3313撕斷,而可將附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1A開封。
再者,設於薄壁部3213及3313的兩端之第一凸狀部3212和3312及第二凸狀部3214和3314,係形成為比薄壁部3213及3313更厚,因此在開封時,拉開線即使偏離薄壁部3213和3313,第一凸狀部3212和3312及第二凸狀部3214和3314也不會被撕斷。
此外,將該夾鏈帶3A安裝於袋體2之內面時,會在袋體2之膜及與袋體2之膜相對向之薄壁部3213之面3213A,以及與薄壁部3213之面3213A交叉之第一凸狀部3212之面3212A與第二凸狀部3214之面3214A之間形成空隙。如此一來,薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部3212之間以及與第二凸狀部3214之間會產生階差,因此在開封時,容易使薄壁部3213沿著該階差撕斷。再者,於薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之咬合部31側亦形成階差,因此更容易在薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之間撕斷。
此外,帶狀基部331亦同樣的,會在袋體2之膜以及與袋體2之膜相對向之薄壁部3313之面3313A,以及與薄壁部3313之面3313A交叉之第一凸狀部3312之面3312A與第二凸狀部3314之面3314A之間形成空隙。如此一來,薄壁部3313與第一凸狀部3312之間以及與第二凸狀部3314之間會產生階差,因此在開封時,容易使薄壁部3313沿著該階差撕斷。再者,於薄壁部3313與第一凸狀部3312及第二凸狀部3314之咬合部31側亦形成階差,因此更容易在薄壁部3313與第一凸狀部3312及第二凸狀部3314之間撕斷。
因此,能夠對拉開線賦予直線性,而能夠在不破壞夾鏈帶3A之同時實現易開封性。
(2)薄壁部之厚度為0.12 mm以下,第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部之厚度為0.20 mm以上1 mm以下,且薄壁部之寬度為0.5 mm以上5 mm以下,故薄壁部容易撕斷,而第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部則難以撕斷。因此,不但易於沿著薄壁部撕斷,具有易撕開性,亦可對拉開線賦予直線性。此外,第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部不會太厚,故密封效率亦佳,而不會影響到加工性。
(3)具有本體3211、第一凸狀部3212、薄壁部3213、第二凸狀部3214之雄構件32,及具有第一凸狀部3312、薄壁部3313、第二凸狀部3314之雌構件33,係以共擠出方法各自在一步驟中製造。因此可不費時間及成本而輕易製造。
(4)不在帶狀基部321之本體3211之咬合部31而在非開口部側,設有高度與第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214相同之4條肋條34,故在使夾鏈帶3A與基材膜24融著時,能夠使密封棒遍佈於夾鏈帶3A全面而均等接觸。因此,能夠確實而穩定的使夾鏈帶3A融著於基材膜24上。
(5)點密封棒41上設有凸部43,使用此進行密封時,薄壁部3213及3313會先接觸到點密封棒41和42而溶融。因此,較厚之第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214之溶融樹脂不會滲入薄壁部3213和3313,故可維持薄壁部3213及3313之寬度。再者,將凸部43形成為剖面大致梯形,藉此可使較薄部分更寬廣。於是,容易穩定形成凹口25,且能提升易撕開性。
[第二實施形態]
其次根據圖5,說明第二實施形態。
第二實施形態之構造,除了相對向之薄壁部3213和3313之長度不同,以及薄壁部3213和3313、第一凸狀部3212和3312及第二凸狀部3214和3314所使用之樹脂不同之點以外,其餘皆與第一實施形態相同,故省略說明。
如圖5所示,雄構件32之薄壁部3213之長度形成為比雌構件33之薄壁部3313來得短。
此外,薄壁部3213所使用之樹脂,乃使用與設於薄壁部3213兩端之第二凸狀部3214及第一凸狀部3212所使用之樹脂不同者。其所使用之樹脂,可列舉在第一實施形態中使用之樹脂中,任意選擇異種之組合,例如可選擇低密度聚乙烯及聚丙烯。
於開封時,會在薄壁部3213和3313與第二凸狀部3214和3314之間,或是在第一凸狀部3212和3312之間進行層間剝離。剝離位置如圖5之A~D所示,無論是哪一個拉開面都會呈不對稱地撕斷。
如此之第二實施形態之構造,能夠發揮與第一實施形態相同之功效以及下列功效:(6)在第二實施形態中,由於相對向之薄壁部3213與薄壁部3313之長度不同,故在將安裝有該夾鏈帶3B之包裝袋1B開封時,會在相對向之基材膜24之不同位置撕斷。
因此,將再封之附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1B再開封時,容易握住開口部之基材膜24。
(7)此外,薄壁部3213與第一凸狀部3212及第二凸狀部3214所使用之樹脂不同。因此,容易在該等之間進行層間剝離,故可對拉開線賦予直線性。此外,由於是層間剝離,故不會在撕開處產生碎屑,而能提供衛生之製品。
[第三實施形態]
其次根據圖6,說明第三實施形態。
第三實施形態之構造中,除了僅於雌構件33之帶狀基部331使用設有薄壁部3313及第二凸狀部3314之夾鏈帶3C以外,其餘皆與第一實施形態相同。
在此,雄構件32之帶狀基部321之長度較佳調整為:使開口部側端面3212A之位置,與雌構件33之第一凸狀部3312和薄壁部3313之交界面3312A之位置錯開。如此一來,相對向之基材膜24便會沿著拉開線F~G呈不對稱地撕斷,故於再開封時容易拿住基材膜24。
此外,附夾鏈帶之包裝袋1C係在第二凸狀部3314與相對向之基材膜24相融著之狀態下密封。
如此之第三實施形態之構造,能夠發揮與第一實施形態相同之功效以及下列功效:(8)薄壁部3313是使用僅設在雌構件33側之夾鏈帶3C,故於開封時,會沿著連結薄壁部3313與第二凸狀部3314及薄壁部3313與第一凸狀部3312之間之階差,與相對向之第一凸狀部3212之拉開線F、G或拉開線E中任一者而撕斷。
由於薄壁部3313僅設在其中一者,故能夠以較小的力道開封,而實現易開封性。
此外,第一凸狀部3312及第二凸狀部3314形成為比薄壁部3313為厚,故即使拉開線偏離,仍可使拉開線回到原來之撕斷位置。
又本發明並非限定於前述之實施形態者,舉凡在能夠達成本發明之目的及效果之範圍內所做之變形或改良,皆當本發明之內容所涵蓋者。此外,實施本發明時之具體構造及形狀等,只要是在能夠達成本發明之目的及效果之範圍內,亦得採用其他之構造或形狀等。
例如,在本實施形態中,不在帶狀基部32、33之本體3211、3311之咬合部31,而是在非開口部側,設有4條肋條34,但肋條34之個數不限。此外,如圖7所示,亦可採用不設有肋條34之構造。
此外,為壓熔側密封部21中之薄壁部,而於點密封棒41上設有凸部43,但如圖8所示,亦可於點密封棒42上,形成與凸部43嵌合之凹部44。如此一來,可確實形成既薄且寬之薄壁部。
此外,如圖9所示,凸部43亦可形成為剖面大致圓弧狀之形狀。
再者,如圖10所示,亦可在點密封棒41和42之相對向位置各自設有凸部43。
此外,如圖11所示,亦可於點密封棒41上形成沿著咬合部31之剖面形狀成形之凹部45,如此一來,由於是沿著咬合部31進行製袋,故能夠更穩定的將薄壁部正確地溶融扁平化。
而在該等之點密封中,亦可藉由凸部之抵接面大小不同之點密封棒,經由兩階段、三階段等數個階段進行密封,如此一來,能夠更穩定進行扁平化。
此外,在本實施形態中,係於帶狀基部321和331各形成一條較厚之第一凸狀部3212和3312,但亦可設置2條以上。如此一來,即使在誤使拉開線移轉到第一凸狀部3212或3312之情況下,仍可確實使拉開線回到薄壁部3213和3313之剝離部分。
再者,在前述實施形態中,將溶著夾鏈帶3之包裝體設為三方袋,但本發明不限於此,亦可適用於藉由日本特開2003-155044之製法而製成之袋或枕袋式包裝袋。
而在前述實施形態中,帶狀基部321及331係以單一層形成,但亦得以複數層形成。尤其,在將帶狀基部321和331溶著於袋體之側之面上若設置密封層,可使用與袋體2之基材膜24之密封劑層241具有良好接著性之樹脂作為密封層。因此,無論袋體2之基材膜24所使用之材料為何,均可製造出接著性優異之夾鏈帶。
如以下之實施例及比較例所述,改變條件製成夾鏈帶,並針對各夾鏈帶進行有無撕開抗性及碎屑之評估。
[實施例1]
藉由共擠出而製得包含一對雄構件和雌構件之圖3所示之夾鏈帶。所使用之樹脂、薄壁部之長度及各部之厚度如下。
夾鏈帶:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR(溶融流率)7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雄構件):2 mm薄壁部之長度(雌構件):5 mm第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部之厚度:250 μm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:150 μm
將該夾鏈帶、及雙軸延伸尼龍膜15 μm與直鎖狀低密度聚乙烯膜50 μm進行乾式貼合而成之膜,以附夾鏈帶三方製袋機進行製袋,而製得附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋。最後,於夾鏈帶之條帶部及薄壁部形成V字形之切口。
[實施例2]
除了薄壁部之長度以外,其餘皆仿照實施例1,製得圖1及圖2所示之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋。實施例2中使用之樹脂及薄壁部之長度如下。
夾鏈帶:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雄構件):5 mm薄壁部之長度(雌構件):5 mm第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部之厚度:250 μm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:150 μm
[實施例3]
除了夾鏈帶所使用之樹脂以外,其餘皆仿照實施例2,製得附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋。實施例3中使用之樹脂及薄壁部之長度如下。
夾鏈帶:低密度聚乙烯(密度926 kg/m3 ,MFR 1.5 g/10 min)薄壁部:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雄構件):5 mm薄壁部之長度(雌構件):5 mm第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部之厚度:250 μm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:150 μm
[實施例4]
除了夾鏈帶所使用之樹脂以外,其餘皆仿照實施例2,製得附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋。實施例4之材料及薄壁部之長度如下。
夾鏈帶:聚丙烯(密度926 kg/m3 ,MFR 1.5 g/10 min)薄壁部:低密度聚乙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雄構件):5 mm薄壁部之長度(雌構件):5 mm第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部之厚度:250 μm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:150 μm
[實施例5]
使用僅於雌構件上具有薄壁部及第二凸狀部之夾鏈帶(本發明之第三實施形態),藉由共擠出而製得包含一對雄構件及雌構件之圖4所示之夾鏈帶。實施例5中使用之樹脂、薄壁部之長度及各部之厚度如下。
夾鏈帶:低密度聚乙烯(密度926 kg/m3 ,MFR 1.5 g/10 min)薄壁部:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雌構件):5 mm第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部之厚度:250 μm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:150 μm
將該夾鏈帶、及雙軸延伸尼龍膜15 μm與直鎖狀低密度聚乙烯膜50 μm進行乾式貼合而成之膜,以附夾鏈帶三方製袋機進行製袋,而製得附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋。最後,於夾鏈帶之條帶部及薄壁部形成V字形之切口。
[實施例6]
除了薄壁部之長度以外,其餘皆仿照實施例1,製得附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋。實施例6中使用之樹脂及薄壁部之長度如下。
夾鏈帶:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雄構件):2 mm薄壁部之長度(雌構件):2 mm第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部之厚度:250 μm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:150 μm
[比較例1]
將於條帶部設有易拉開性樹脂層之夾鏈帶(參照日本特開2004-244027之實施例1)及上述膜,以附夾鏈帶三方製袋機進製袋而製得附夾鏈帶之包裝袋。此外,將袋側部熱封後,於夾鏈帶之條帶部與易拉開性樹脂層之中間位置形成切口。
[比較例2]
將於夾鏈帶之帶狀基材上設有撕條之夾鏈帶(參照日本特開2004-276925之圖12)及上述膜,以附夾鏈帶三方製袋機進行製袋而製得附夾鏈帶之袋。此外,將袋側部熱封後,於開封鈕之兩端部形成切口。
[比較例3]
除了薄壁部之長度以外,其餘皆仿照實施例1,製得附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋。比較例3中使用之樹脂及薄壁部之長度如下。
夾鏈帶:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雄構件):0.4 mm薄壁部之長度(雌構件):0.4 mm第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部之厚度:250 μm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:150 μm
[比較例4]
除了不設置第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部及薄壁部以外,製造將厚度設為與本體之厚度相同之夾鏈帶,然後以三方製袋機進行製袋而製得附夾鏈帶之包裝袋。比較例4中使用之樹脂及薄壁部之長度如下。
夾鏈帶:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部:聚丙烯(密度900 kg/m3 ,MFR 7.0 g/10 min)薄壁部之長度(雄構件):2 mm薄壁部之長度(雌構件):2 mm薄壁部之厚度:100 μm本體之厚度:200 μm
實施例1至實施例5及比較例1,係以從袋側部之切口將內外之膜撕開之方式開封。
比較例2係拉扯撕條(薄壁部)端部之2處切口相夾之部分,而將袋體之膜與撕條(薄壁部)同時撕斷。
[拉開部分之階差(易拿度)之評估]A:有階差(易拿)B:有時會無階差(有時會不好拿)
[撕開抗性之評估]A:能夠輕鬆從切口部撕斷B:能夠從切口部以小幅抗性撕斷C:撕斷時有抗性
[碎屑之評估]A:撕斷部未產生碎屑B:撕斷部產生碎屑
實施例1至實施例6毫無撕開抗性,能夠輕易將包裝袋開封。此外,開封時未產生碎屑。
比較例1在撕開抗性方面雖無問題,但開封時產生碎屑。比較例2之撕開抗性大且不易開封,但未產生碎屑。比較例3因薄壁部之長度較短,故撕開抗性大且不易開封。比較例4因薄壁部之兩側部分較薄,撕開時會同時被撕斷,故無法呈直線拉開。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種易撕開性夾鏈帶,其係具備一對雄構件及雌構件相互咬合之咬合部及各自連接於前述咬合部之帶狀基部,且安裝於包裝袋之袋體內面者,其特徵在於:前述帶狀基部中至少一方包含:本體,其係設有前述咬合部者;第一凸狀部,其係設於該本體之開口部側,比前述本體更厚者;薄壁部,其係設於該第一凸狀部之開口部側,比前述第一凸狀部及前述本體更薄者;及第二凸狀部,其係設於該薄壁部之開口部側,比前述薄壁部及前述本體更厚者;前述第一凸狀部與前述第二凸狀部之各自對向於前述袋體內面之對向面係位於大致同一面,在相對於該等對向面後退之位置設置前述薄壁部而形成階差;前述薄壁部係撕開誘導片。
  2. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中前述雄構件及前述雌構件各自之前述帶狀基部包含:前述本體、前述第一凸狀部、前述薄壁部及前述第二凸狀部。
  3. 如請求項2之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中設於前述雄構件及前述雌構件之前述薄壁部中,一方薄壁部之長度與另一方薄壁部之長度不同。
  4. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中 前述雄構件或前述雌構件中任一方之前述帶狀基部包含:前述本體、前述第一凸狀部、前述薄壁部及前述第二凸狀部;另一方之前述帶狀基部包含:前述本體及前述第一凸狀部。
  5. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中具有與前述第一凸狀部及前述第二凸狀部之厚度相同高度之一條或數條之肋條設在比前述本體之前述咬合部更靠非開口部之側。
  6. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中前述薄壁部之厚度為0.12 mm以下;前述第一凸狀部及前述第二凸狀部之厚度為0.20 mm以上1 mm以下。
  7. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中前述薄壁部之寬度為0.5 mm以上5 mm以下。
  8. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部係以無規則聚丙烯形成。
  9. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中前述第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部係以同種樹脂形成;前述第一凸狀部及第二凸狀與前述薄壁部係以異種樹脂形成;前述第一凸狀部及第二凸狀部與前述本體係以異種樹脂形成。
  10. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部係以同種樹脂形成;前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部與前述本體係以異種樹脂形成。
  11. 如請求項1之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部、前述薄壁部及前述本體係各自以異種樹脂形成。
  12. 如請求項1至11中任一項之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中在安裝於前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述本體之袋體內面之側的面上設有密封層。
  13. 如請求項12之易撕開性夾鏈帶,其中形成前述密封層之樹脂係熔點比形成前述第一凸狀部、前述第二凸狀部及前述本體之樹脂低,且含有以下之(A)及(B)者:(A)密度為920 kg/m3 以下、MFR為5.0 g/10分鐘以下之金屬茂系直鏈低密度聚乙烯50質量%以上100質量%以下。(B)包含丙烯及碳數4~8之α-烯烴共聚物之組成物0質量%以上50質量%以下。
  14. 一種易撕開性夾鏈帶之製造方法,其特徵在於:其係製造如請求項1至13中任一項之易撕開性夾鏈帶者,且藉由共同擠出,以單一製程製造包含前述咬合部之前述本體、前述第一凸狀部、第二凸狀部及前述薄壁部。
  15. 一種附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋,其特徵在於包含:如請求項1至13中任一項之易撕開性夾鏈帶及安裝有該易撕開性夾鏈帶之袋體;在前述袋體之內面、對向於前述袋體內面之薄壁部之面及與該薄壁部之面交叉之前述第一凸狀部之面與前述第二凸狀部之面之間形成有空隙。
  16. 如請求項15之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋,其中於該包裝袋之與前述易撕開性夾鏈帶交叉之方向形成側密封部;前述側密封部之前述薄壁部係寬度較比前述側密封部更內側之前述薄壁部更寬廣。
  17. 一種附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造裝置,其特徵在於:其係製造如請求項16之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋者,且包含:一對點密封棒,其用以壓扁前述側密封部之前述薄壁部;前述一對點密封棒之至少一方包含具有前述空隙高度以上的高度之凸部。
  18. 如請求項17之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造裝置,其中前述一對點密封棒具有前述凸部之抵接面大小各自不同的複數種類。
  19. 一種附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造方法,其特徵在於:其係使用如請求項17之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋 之製造裝置製造者;且在壓扁前述薄壁部時,使前述凸部對準前述薄壁部之位置,而從前述薄壁部之中心向外側熔化壓扁。
  20. 一種附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造方法,其特徵在於:其係使用如請求項18之附易撕開性夾鏈帶之包裝袋之製造裝置製造者,且前述一對點密封棒具有前述凸部之抵接面大小各自不同的複數種類;從前述凸部之抵接面大小較小之點密封棒起依序密封。
