Claims (25)

1. Дизельный катализатор окисления для обработки выхлопного газа из дизельного двигателя, где катализатор окисления содержит
первый слой, содержащий компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), выбранный из группы, состоящей из компонента-платины (Pt) и комбинации компонента-палладия (Pd) и компонента-платины (Pt);
компонент, представляющий собой щелочной металл;
материал носителя, содержащий содержащий оксид алюминия, легированный диоксидом кремния; и
второй слой, содержащий компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), выбранный из группы, состоящей из компонента-платины (Pt) и комбинации компонента-палладия (Pd) и компонента-платины (Pt); и
подложку, которая представляет собой проточный монолит;
и при этом:
первый слой размещен на подложке, а второй слой размещен на первом слое, и первый слой отличается по составу от второго слоя; и
при этом суммарное количество компонента-щелочно-земельного металла составляет 10-500 г⋅фут-3.
2. Дизельный катализатор окисления по п.1, в котором оксид алюминия легирован диоксидом кремния в количестве 0,5-45% по весу.
3. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором компонент-щелочно-земельный элемент включает в себя магний (Mg), кальций (Ca), стронций (Sr), барий (Ba) или комбинацию двух или более из этого.
4. Дизельный катализатор окисления по п.3, где компонент-щелочно-земельный металл включает в себя стронций (Sr) или барий (Ba), предпочтительно барий (Ba).
5. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором компонент-щелочно-земельный элемент нанесен на материал подложки.
6. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где компонент, представляющий собой, по меньшей мере, один металл платиновой группы (МПГ), нанесен на материал подложки.
7. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где
первый слой содержит компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), состоящий из комбинации компонента-платины (Pt) и компонента-палладия (Pd), и второй слой включает в себя компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), состоящий из комбинации компонента-палладия (Pd) и компонента-платины (Pt), и при этом отношение по массе компонента-платины (Pt) к компоненту-палладию (Pd) в первом слое отличается от отношения по массе компонента-платины (Pt) к компоненту-палладию (Pd) во втором слое.
8. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из пп. 1-6, где первый слой содержит компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), выбранный из группы, состоящей из компонента Pd и комбинации компонента-палладия (Pd) и компонента-платины (Pt), и где второй слой включает в себя компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), состоящий из компонента Pt.
9. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из пп. 1-6, где первый слой содержит компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), выбранный из группы, состоящей из компонента-платины (Pt) и комбинации компонента-палладия (Pd) и компонента-платины (Pt), и где второй слой содержит компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), состоящей из компонента-палладия (Pd).
10. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где первый слой содержит комбинацию компонента-платины (Pt) и компонента-палладия (Pd), и где первый слой имеет отношение по массе платины (Pt) в компоненте-платине (Pt) к палладию (Pd) в компоненте-палладии (Pd) > 2:3.
11. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из пп. 1-6, где первый слой содержит компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), выбранный из группы, состоящей из компонента-платины (Pt) и компонента-палладия (Pd), и второй слой содержит компонент-металл платиновой группы (МПГ), состоящий из комбинации компонента-палладия (Pd) и компонента-платины (Pt).
12. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где второй слой включает в себя второй материал носителя.
13. Дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который не содержит родия.
14. Система выпуска для дизельного двигателя, включающая в себя дизельный катализатор окисления по любому из предшествующих пунктов и по меньшей мере одно устройство для снижения токсичности выхлопа.
15.
