Claims (22)
1. Композит окислительного катализатора для уменьшения выбросов отработавших газов из дизельного двигателя, содержащий:
подложку, которая имеет длину, входной конец и выходной конец, каталитический материал на носителе, каталитический материал включает первую зону покрытия из пористого оксида и вторую зону покрытия из пористого оксида;
первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида содержит первый слой покрытия из пористого оксида, включая компоненты металла платиновой группы (PGM) платину Pt и палладий Pd и первую подложку оксида огнеупорного металла, первую зону покрытия из пористого оксида, расположенную рядом с входным концом подложки; и
вторую зону покрытия из пористого оксида, содержащего второй слой покрытия из пористого оксида, включая компоненты PGM платины и палладия и вторую подложку оксида огнеупорного металла, второй слой покрытия из пористого оксида, расположенный рядом с выходным концом подложки;
где первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида имеет длину, которая короче, чем вторая зона покрытия из пористого оксида, где окислительный катализатор не включает повышенную загрузку PGM на входную грань катализатора и первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида имеет загрузку PGM, по меньшей мере, вдвое больше, чем вторая зона покрытия из пористого оксида, и первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида имеет Pt/Pd соотношение меньше, чем 3:1.
2. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что вторая зона покрытия из пористого оксида имеет соотношение Pt:Pd больше, чем 3:1.
3. Композит окислительного катализатора по любому из пп. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что соотношение Pt:Pd во второй зоне покрытия из пористого оксида составляет больше, чем 5:1.
4. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что соотношение Pt:Pd во второй зоне покрытия из пористого оксида составляет больше, чем 8:1.
5. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что подложка оксида огнеупорного металла содержит оксид алюминия с большими порами.
6. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что оксид алюминия стабилизирован путем легирования.
7. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что несущее покрытие из пористого оксида является таким же, что и в первой зоне покрытия из пористого оксида и второй зоне покрытия из пористого оксида.
8. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что несущее покрытие из пористого оксида в первой зоне покрытия из пористого оксида отличается от того, что во второй зоне покрытия из пористого оксида.
9. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида содержит Pt/Pd компонент в количестве в диапазоне от около 40 до 60 г/фут3.
10. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что вторая зона покрытия из пористого оксида содержит Pd/Pd компонент в количестве в диапазоне от около 15 до 25 г/фут3.
11. Композит окислительного катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида дополнительно содержит щелочноземельный металл в количестве в диапазоне от около 60 до 70 г/фут3.
12. Окислительный катализатор по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что соотношение длины второй зоны покрытия из пористого оксида к длине первой зоны покрытия из пористого оксида составляет 1.5:1 или больше.
13. Способ обработки потока отходящего газа дизельных двигателей, включающий пропускание потока выхлопного газа через входной конец по направлению к выходному концу катализированного сажевого фильтра, выхлопной газ сначала пропускают через первую зону покрытия из пористого оксида на катализированном сажевом фильтре, содержащем первый слой покрытия из пористого оксида, включающего компоненты платины Pt и палладия Pd и первую подложку оксида огнеупорного металла, и затем пропускают поток выхлопного газа через вторую зону покрытия из пористого оксида на катализированном сажевом фильтре, содержащем второй слой покрытия из пористого оксида, включающего компоненты платины и палладия и вторую подложку оксида огнеупорного металла, где первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида имеет длину, которая короче, чем вторая зона покрытия из пористого оксида, где первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида имеет загрузку PGM, по меньшей мере вдвое больше, чем вторая зона покрытия из пористого оксида, и первая зона покрытия из пористого оксида имеет соотношение Pt/Pd меньше, чем 3:1.

выпускной трубопровод гидравлически соединенный с двигателем, работающем на обедненной топливной смеси через выпускную трубу;
композит окислительного катализатора по любому из пп. 1-12, отличающийся тем, что подложка представляет собой прямоточную подложку или подложку с прочными стенками; и
катализированный сажевый фильтр и катализатор SCR, находящийся вниз по потоку от композита окислительного катализатора.
15. Система по п. 14, отличающаяся тем, что катализатор SCR загружен на катализированный сажевый фильтр.
