Abstract

1. Композит катализатора окисления для снижения выбросов отработавшего газа двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях, содержащий:подложку носителя, которая имеет протяженность, входной конец и выходной конец, каталитический материал катализатора окисления на подложке, при этом каталитический материал катализатора окисления включает нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида и верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида;при этом нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла, платиновый (Pt) компонент и палладиевый (Pd) компонент в массовом соотношении Pt к Pd в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 4:1-1:4; иверхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает цеолит, Pt и подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла, верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида в основном не содержит палладий, при этом композит катализатора окисления является эффективным для уменьшения углеводорода и монооксида углерода, и окисляет NO до NOв выхлопных газах двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях.2. Композит по п. 1, где верхнее покрытие из пористого оксида в основном не содержит барий и нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида в основном не содержит цеолит.3. Композит по п. 1 или 2, где нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида содержит компонент Pt в количестве в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 5-85 г/фут, и содержит компонент Pd в количестве в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 5-50 г/фут.4. Claims (15)

1. Композит катализатора окисления для снижения выбросов отработавшего газа двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях, содержащий:
подложку носителя, которая имеет протяженность, входной конец и выходной конец, каталитический материал катализатора окисления на подложке, при этом каталитический материал катализатора окисления включает нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида и верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида;
при этом нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла, платиновый (Pt) компонент и палладиевый (Pd) компонент в массовом соотношении Pt к Pd в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 4:1-1:4; и
верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает цеолит, Pt и подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла, верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида в основном не содержит палладий, при этом композит катализатора окисления является эффективным для уменьшения углеводорода и монооксида углерода, и окисляет NO до NO2 в выхлопных газах двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях.
2. Композит по п. 1, где верхнее покрытие из пористого оксида в основном не содержит барий и нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида в основном не содержит цеолит.
3. Композит по п. 1 или 2, где нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида содержит компонент Pt в количестве в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 5-85 г/фут3, и содержит компонент Pd в количестве в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 5-50 г/фут3.
4. Композит по любому из пп. 1-2, где композит имеет массовое соотношение металла платиновой группы в верхнем слое к металлу платиновой группы в нижнем слое в диапазоне, который составляет 1:1-4:1.
5. Композит по любому из пп. 1-2, где верхнее покрытие из пористого оксида содержит платину в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 60-120 г/фут3, и нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида содержит платину и палладий в массовом соотношении, которое составляет приблизительно 1:4-1:1.
6. Композит по любому из пп. 1-2, где верхнее покрытие из пористого оксида содержит платину в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 10-60 г/фут3, и нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида содержит платину и палладий в соотношении платины к палладию в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 1:1-4:1.
7. Композит катализатора окисления для снижения выбросов отработавшего газа двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях, содержащий:
подложку носителя, которая имеет протяженность, входной конец и выходной конец, каталитический материал катализатора окисления на подложке, при этом каталитический материал катализатора окисления включает нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида и верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида;
при этом нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла, платиновый (Pt) компонент и палладиевый (Pd) компонент в массовом соотношении Pt к Pd в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 9:1-1:4; и
верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает цеолит, подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла, платиновый компонент (Pt) и палладиевый компонент (Pd) в массовом соотношении Pt к Pd в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 1:1-100:1, при этом композит катализатора окисления является эффективным для уменьшения углеводорода и монооксида углерода, и окисляет NO до NO2 в выхлопных газах двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях.
8. Композит по п. 7, где верхнее покрытие из пористого оксида дополнительно содержит оксид бария в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 3-30 г/фут3.
9. Композит катализатора окисления для снижения выбросов отработавшего газа двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях, содержащий:
подложку носителя, которая имеет протяженность, входной конец и выходной конец, каталитический материал катализатора окисления на подложке, при этом каталитический материал катализатора окисления включает нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида и верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида;
при этом верхний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает тугоплавкий оксид металла, цеолит и платиновый компонент (Pt) и палладиевый компонент (Pd) в массовом соотношении Pt к Pd в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 9:1-1:4; и
нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида включает Pt и подложку из тугоплавкого оксида металла, при этом композит катализатора окисления является эффективным для уменьшения углеводорода и монооксида углерода, и окисляет NO до NO2 в выхлопных газах двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях.
10. Композит по п. 9, где нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида в основном не содержит палладий и в основном не содержит барий.
11. Композит по п. 9 или 10, где нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида дополнительно содержит палладиевый компонент, при этом платиновый компонент и палладиевый компонент присутствуют в массовом соотношении Pt к Pd в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 1:1-100:1.
12. Композит по любому из пп. 9-10, где нижний слой покрытия из пористого оксида дополнительно содержит оксид бария в диапазоне, который составляет приблизительно 3-30 г/фут3.
13. Способ обработки отработавшего газа двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях, содержащий протекание отработавшего газа через сотовую подложку, покрытую композитом катализатора окисления по любому из пп. 1-12, где катализатор окисления дизельного топлива является эффективным для уменьшения CO и УВ, и окисляет NO до NO2 из потока отработавшего газа.
14. Система для обработки выбросов отработавшего газа двигателя, работающего на обедненных смесях, включающего углеводороды, монооксид углерода, и другие компоненты выхлопных газов, при этом система обработки выбросов содержит:
выхлопную трубу, которая посредством выпускного коллектора подвижно соединена с двигателем, работающим на обедненных смесях;
композит катализатора окисления по любому из пп. 1-12, где подложка носителя представляет собой проточную подложку или подложку с прохождением потока вдоль стенок; и
катализируемый сажевый фильтр и композицию катализатора ИКН, расположенные ниже по потоку от композита катализатора окисления.
15. Система по п. 14, где композиция катализатора ИКН содержит оксид ванадия, отложенный на W-легированный диоксид титана или на активированный железом или медью цеолит с небольшими порами, образованными 8-членными кольцами.
