Abstract
1. Каталитический композит для очистки отработавших газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания, по существу работающего при стехиометрических условиях, включающий приведенные ниже части в приведенной последовательности в приведенном ниже порядке:передний единственный каталитический слой на субстрате; изадний двойной слой на субстрате, включающий первый (нижний) каталитический слой и второй (верхний) каталитический слой;причем второй каталитический слой включает родий в качестве металла платиновой группы; ипричем передний единственный каталитический слой и первый каталитический слой включают палладий в качестве соединения металла платиновой группы;причем первый каталитический слой по существу не содержит компонента для хранения кислорода (КХК); ипричем передний единственный каталитический слой образует переднюю зону, а задний двойной слой образует заднюю зону, если каталитический композит представляет собой одноблочную систему, или передний единственный каталитический слой расположен в переднем блоке, а задний двойной слой расположен в заднем блоке, если каталитический композит представляет собой многоблочную систему.2. Каталитический композит по п.1, в котором первый каталитический слой включает менее 1 мас.% компонента для хранения кислорода (КХК) в расчете на массу слоя.3. 1. Каталитический композит для очистки отработавших газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания, по существу работающего при стехиометрических условиях, включающий приведенные ниже части в приведенной последовательности в приведенном ниже порядке:
передний единственный каталитический слой на субстрате; и
задний двойной слой на субстрате, включающий первый (нижний) каталитический слой и второй (верхний) каталитический слой;
причем второй каталитический слой включает родий в качестве металла платиновой группы; и
причем передний единственный каталитический слой и первый каталитический слой включают палладий в качестве соединения металла платиновой группы;
причем первый каталитический слой по существу не содержит компонента для хранения кислорода (КХК); и
причем передний единственный каталитический слой образует переднюю зону, а задний двойной слой образует заднюю зону, если каталитический композит представляет собой одноблочную систему, или передний единственный каталитический слой расположен в переднем блоке, а задний двойной слой расположен в заднем блоке, если каталитический композит представляет собой многоблочную систему.
2. Каталитический композит по п.1, в котором первый каталитический слой включает менее 1 мас.% компонента для хранения кислорода (КХК) в расчете на массу слоя.
3. Каталитический композит по п.1, в котором содержание МПГ в слоях следующее:
в переднем единственном каталитическом слое от 0,01 до 12,0 мас.% в расчете на массу слоя;
в первом каталитическом слое от 0,05 до 6,0 мас.% в расчете на массу слоя; и
во втором каталитическом слое от 0,01 до 2,0 мас.% в расчете на массу слоя.
4. Каталитический композит по п.3, в котором передний единственный каталитический слой и первый каталитический слой включают в качестве металла платиновой группы только палладий.
5. Каталитический композит по п.1, в котором второй каталитический слой включает платину в качестве металла платиновой группы.
6. Каталитический композит по п.5, в котором содержание платины в слоях следующее:
в переднем единственном каталитическом слое от 0,05 до 12,0 мас.% в расчете на массу слоя; и
во втором каталитическом слое от 0,01 до 5,0 мас.% в расчете на массу слоя.
7. Каталитический композит по п.1, в котором содержание компонента для хранения кислорода (КХК) в слоях следующее:
в единственном переднем каталитическом слое от 10 до 80 мас.% в расчете на массу слоя; и
во втором каталитическом слое от 10 до 80 мас.% в расчете на массу слоя.
8. Каталитический композит по п.1, дополнительно включающий материалы для обработки отработавших газов, выбранные из группы, включающей катализаторы для хранения углеводородов и для хранения NOx, причем слои для хранения УВ и хранения NOx расположены в виде нижнего покрытия ПОК на субстрате с получением передней зоны или переднего блока и/или задней зоны или заднего блока.
9. Каталитический композит по п.1, дополнительно включающий материалы для обработки отработавших газов, выбранные из группы, включающей катализаторы для хранения углеводородов и для хранения NOx, причем слои для хранения УВ и хранения NOx расположены в виде верхнего покрытия ПОК с получением передней зоны или переднего блока и/или задней зоны или заднего блока.
10. Каталитический композит по п.1, по меньшей мере частично расположенный на слое нижнего покрытия (НП), включающем материал, выбранный из группы, включающей материал для хранения УВ или материал для хранения NOx.
11. Каталитический композит по п.1, включающий входной осевой конец, выходной осевой конец, элементы стенок, имеющие длину, простирающуюся от входного осевого конца до выходного осевого конца, и набор вложенных вдоль оси каналов, определенных элементами стенок; причем
передний единственный каталитический слой расположен на элементах стенок, примыкающих к входному осевому концу и имеющих длину менее длины стенок элементов стенок с получением передней зоны; и
первый и второй каталитические слои заднего двойного слоя нанесены на элементы стенок, примыкающие к выходному осевому концу и имеющие длину, которая меньше длины элементов стенок, с образованием задней зоны.
12. Каталитический композит по п.1, в котором передний единственный слой нанесен на входные каналы фильтрующей стенки с образованием передней зоны, а первый и второй каталитические слои расположены на входных и/или выходных каналах фильтрующей стенки с получением задней зоны.
13. Система обработки отработавших газов для очистки отработавших газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания, по существу работающего при стехиометрических условиях, включающая каталитический композит по п.1.
14. Система обработки отработавших газов по п.13, дополнительно включающая одно или более устройств обработки отработавших газов, выбранное из группы, включающей бензиновый сажевый фильтр, устройство для хранения NOx и устройство для хранения УВ.
15. Способ обработки отработавших газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего по существу в стехиометрических условиях, причем способ включает:
контактирование газообразного потока, включающего углеводороды, монооксид углерода и оксиды азота, с каталитическим композитом по п.1, причем каталитический композит эффективен для по существу одновременного окисления монооксида углерода и углеводородов и восстановления оксидов азота.
