2. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 1, в котором суммарное количество компонента на основе щелочно-земельного металла составляет от 10 до 500 г фут-3 (от 353 до 17657 г/м3).
3. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 1 или 2, в котором модифицированный оксид алюминия, включающий в себя гетероатомный компонент, представляет собой оксид алюминия, легированный гетероатомным компонентом, алюминат щелочно-земельного металла или их смесь.
4. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 3, в котором гетероатомный компонент содержит кремний, магний, барий, лантан, церий, титан, цирконий или сочетание двух или более из них.
5. Каталитический фильтр сажи по по п. 1 или 2, в котором модифицированный оксид алюминия, включающий в себя гетероатомный компонент, представляет собой оксид алюминия, легированный диоксидом кремния.
6. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 5, в котором оксид алюминия легирован диоксидом кремния в количестве от 0,5 до 45 мас.%.
7. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 1 или 2, в котором модифицированный оксид алюминия, включающий в себя гетероатомный компонент, представляет собой алюминат щелочно-земельного металла.
8. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 7, в котором алюминат щелочноземельного металла представляет собой алюминат магния.
9. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6 или 8, в котором компонент на основе щелочноземельного металла содержит магний (Mg), кальций (Са), стронций (Sr), барий (Ва) или сочетание двух или более из них.
10. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 9, в котором компонент на основе щелочноземельного металла содержит стронций (Sr) или барий (Ва).
11. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 10, в котором компонент на основе щелочно-земельного металла представляет собой барий (Ва).
12. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 9, в котором компонент на основе щелочноземельного металла размещен на материале-носителе.
13. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11 или 12, в котором по меньшей мере один компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG) размещен на материале-носителе.
14. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11 или 12, в котором катализатор окисления содержит единственный слой, расположенный на фильтрующей подложке, где единственный слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), выбираемый из группы, состоящей из платинового (Pt) компонента, палладиевого (Pd) компонента и их сочетания; компонент на основе щелочно-земельного металла и материал-носитель.
15. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11 или 12, в котором катализатор окисления содержит два слоя, где первый слой расположен на фильтрующей подложке, а второй слой расположен на первом слое.
16. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 15, в котором первый слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из сочетания платинового (Pt) компонента и палладиевого (Pd) компонента, и второй слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента, и где отношение по массе платинового (Pt) компонента к палладиевому (Pd) компоненту в первом слое отличается от отношения по массе платинового (Pt) компонента к палладиевому (Pd) компоненту во втором слое.
17. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 15, в котором первый слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), выбираемый из группы, состоящей из Pd-компонента и сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента, и в котором второй слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из Pt-компонента.
18. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 15, в котором первый слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), выбираемый из группы, состоящей из платинового (Pt) компонента и сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента, и второй слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из палладиевого (Pd) компонента.
19. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 15, в котором первый слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), выбираемый из группы, состоящей из платинового (Pt) компонента и палладиевого (Pd) компонента, и второй слой содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента.
20. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 16-19, в котором первый слой и/или второй слой, каждый, содержат компонент на основе щелочно-земельного металла.
21. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 16-19, в котором первый слой содержит материал-носитель, содержащий модифицированный оксид алюминия, включающий в себя гетероатомный компонент.
22. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 16-19, в котором первый слой содержит второй материал-носитель.
23. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 16-19, где второй слой содержит второй материал-носитель.
24. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 16-19, в котором второй слой содержит материал-носитель, содержащий модифицированный оксид алюминия, включающий в себя гетероатомный компонент.
25. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11 или 12, в котором катализатор окисления содержит первую зону и вторую зону, расположенные на подложке так, что они примыкают друг к другу.
26. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 25, в котором первая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из сочетания платинового (Pt) компонента и палладиевого (Pd) компонента, и вторая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента, и где отношение по массе платинового (Pt) компонента к палладиевому (Pd) компоненту в первой зоне отличается от отношения по массе платинового (Pt) компонента к палладиевому (Pd) компоненту во второй зоне.
27. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 25, в котором первая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), выбираемый из группы, состоящей из Pd-компонента и сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента, и в котором вторая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из Pt-компонента.
28. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 25, в котором первая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), выбираемый из группы, состоящей из платинового (Pt) компонента и сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента, и вторая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из палладиевого (Pd) компонента.
29. Каталитический фильтр сажи по п. 25, в котором первая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), выбираемый из группы, состоящей из платинового (Pt) компонента и палладиевого (Pd) компонента, и вторая зона содержит компонент на основе металла платиновой группы (PMG), состоящий из сочетания палладиевого (Pd) компонента и платинового (Pt) компонента.
30. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 26-29, в котором первая зона и/или вторая зона, каждая, содержит компонент на основе щелочно-земельного металла.
31. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 26-29, в котором первая зона содержит материал-носитель, содержащий модифицированный оксид алюминия, включающий в себя гетероатомный компонент.
32. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 26-29, в котором первая зона содержит второй материал-носитель.
33. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 26-29, в котором вторая зона содержит второй материал-носитель.
34. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 26-29, в котором вторая зона содержит материал-носитель, содержащий модифицированный оксид алюминия, включающий в себя гетероатомный компонент.
35. Каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10-12, 16-19 или 26-29, в котором фильтрующая подложка представляет собой керамический фильтр с проточными стенками.
36. Выхлопная система для двигателя компрессионного воспламенения, содержащая каталитический фильтр сажи по любому предшествующему пункту.
37. Выхлопная система по п. 36, в отличающаяся тем, что содержит каталитический фильтр сажи по любому из пп. 25-34, и в которой вторая зона находится выше по потоку относительно первой зоны.
38. Выхлопная система по п. 36, содержащая катализатор окисления дизельного топлива, расположенный на отдельной проточной монолитной подложке, которая размещена выше по потоку относительно каталитического фильтра сажи.
39. Двигатель компрессионного воспламенения, содержащий выхлопную систему по пп. 36, 37 или 38.
40. Транспортное средство, содержащее двигатель компрессионного воспламенения по п. 39.
41. Применение каталитического фильтра сажи по любому из пп. 1-35 для окисления монооксида углерода (СО) и углеводородов (НС) и для снижения выбросов NO2 в выхлопном газе из двигателя компрессионного воспламенения.
42. Способ обработки монооксида углерода (СО) и углеводородов (НС) и NO2 в выхлопном газе из двигателя компрессионного воспламенения, где способ включает в себя приведение в контакт выхлопного газа с каталитическим фильтром сажи по любому из пп. 1-35.
43. Способ по п. 42, отличающийся тем, что включает в себя приведение в контакт выхлопного газа с каталитическим фильтром сажи по любому из пп. 25-34, и где выхлопной газ контактирует со второй зоной до контакта с первой зоной.
