Claims (24)
1. Способ непрерывного получения в экструдере, оборудованном, по меньшей мере, одним бункером, полиолефиновой композиции, содержащей: бимодальный или мультимодальный полиолефин и одну или несколько присадок, в котором гранулы полиолефина получают из полиолефиновой композиции в экструдере, способ, включающий:
(i) подачу в бункер бимодального или мультимодального полиолефина в виде порошка полиолефина;
(ii) измерение расхода порошка полиолефина, поданного в бункер, или измерение расхода гранул полиолефина, полученных в экструдере;
(iii) подачу одной или нескольких присадок в тот же бункер;
(iv) при измерении расхода порошка полиолефина, подаваемого в бункер, корректировку расхода одной или нескольких присадок, подаваемых в бункер в ответ на измеренный расход порошка полиолефина, или при измерении расхода гранул полиолефина, полученных в экструдере, корректировку расхода порошка полиолефина, подаваемого в бункер, в ответ на измеренный расход гранул полиолефина, и или сохранение постоянным расхода одной или нескольких присадок, подаваемых в бункер, или также корректировку расхода одной или нескольких присадок, подаваемых в бункер, в ответ на измеренный расход гранул полиолефина;
(v) подачу порошка полиолефина и присадок из бункера в экструдер;
(vi) плавление и гомогенизацию порошка полиолефина и присадок в экструдере с образованием расплавленной полиолефиновой композиции; и
(vii) гранулирование расплавленной полиолефиновой композиции.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что осуществляется измерение расхода порошка полиолефина.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что осуществляется измерение расхода гранул полиолефина, полученных в экструдере.
4. Способ по п.2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что измерение расхода порошка полиолефина или расхода гранул полиолефина осуществляется расходомером для сыпучих веществ.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что порошок полиолефина подается из резервуара для хранения, в котором порошок полиолефина хранится в свободнотекучем состоянии.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что порошок полиолефина и одна или несколько присадок сначала подаются в перемешивающее устройство, которое смешивает порошок полиолефина и присадки, а смесь порошка полиолефина и присадок затем подается от перемешивающего устройства в бункер, и отличающийся тем, что измерение расхода одной или нескольких присадок осуществляется во время подачи в перемешивающее устройство, причем расход одной или нескольких присадок, поданных в перемешивающее устройство, корректируется в ответ на измеренный расход порошка полиолефина, или расход одной или нескольких присадок и порошка полиолефина, поданных в перемешивающее устройство, корректируется в ответ на измеренный расход гранул полиолефина.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что перемешивающее устройство представляет собой лопастной смеситель, состоящий из двух горизонтальных валов встречного вращения.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что порошок полиолефина подается из резервуара для хранения в бункер под действием силы тяжести.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что порошок полиолефина получают полимеризацией одного или нескольких 1-олефинов в каскаде, по меньшей мере, из двух реакторов полимеризации.
10. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что полученный полиэтилен представляет собой полиэтилен.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что полиэтилен представляет собой полиэтилен высокой плотности с плотностью, определенной в соответствии с ISO 1183 при 23°C, составляющей от 0,945 до 965 г/см3.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что одна из присадок представляет собой чистый углерод.
13. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что чистый углерод подается в виде сажевого суперконцентрата.
14. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, дополнительно содержащий:
(i) подачу гранул полиолефина в тот же бункер; и
(ii) корректировку расхода гранул полимера, поданных в бункер, в ответ на измеренный расход порошка полиолефина или в ответ на измеренный расход гранул полиолефина.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что экструдер представляет собой смеситель непрерывного действия с двойным взаимозацепляющмся шнеком встречного вращения или экструдер, по меньшей мере, с одним двойным шнеком, вращающимся в одном направлении.
