Claims (30)

1. Способ непрерывного получения в экструдере полиолефиновой композиции, содержащей полиолефин и технический углерод; способ, включающий стадии:
(i) подачи полиолефина в виде порошка полиолефина в перемешивающее устройство;
(i) измерения расхода порошка полиолефина, поданного в перемешивающее устройство, или измерение расхода гранул полиолефина, полученных в экструдере;
(ii) подачи технического углерода в перемешивающее устройство;
(iii) подачи одной или нескольких дополнительных присадок в перемешивающее устройство;
в ходе измерения расхода порошка полиолефина, поданного в перемешивающее устройство, корректировки расхода технического углерода и, необязательно, одной или нескольких дополнительных присадок, поданных в перемешивающее устройство в ответ на измеренный расход порошка полиолефина, или в ходе измерения расхода гранул полиолефина, полученных в экструдере, корректировки расхода порошка полиолефина, поданного в перемешивающее устройство, в ответ на измеренный расход гранул полиолефина, или сохранения постоянным расхода технического углерода и, необязательно, одной или нескольких дополнительных присадок, поданных в перемешивающее устройство, или также корректировки расхода технического углерода и, необязательно, одной или нескольких дополнительных присадок, поданных в перемешивающее устройство, в ответ на измеренный расход гранул полиолефина;
(iv) перемешивания порошка полиолефина, технического углерода и, необязательно, одной или нескольких дополнительных присадок для образования порошкообразной смеси;
(v) передачи порошкообразной смеси, полученной на стадии (vi), из перемешивающего устройства в экструдер;
(vi) нагрева порошкообразной смеси до расплавленного состояния и гомогенизацию расплава в экструдере для получения жидкой полиолефиновой композиции; и
(vii) гранулирования полиолефиновой композиции.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что осуществляется измерение расхода порошка полиолефина.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что осуществляется измерение расхода гранул полиолефина, полученных в экструдере.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что измерение расхода порошка полиолефина или расхода гранул полиолефина осуществляется расходомером для сыпучих веществ.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что перемешивающее устройство представляет собой лопастной смеситель, состоящий из двух горизонтальных валов встречного вращения.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1–3, отличающийся тем, что технический углерод подается в перемешивающее устройство из емкости хранения чистого углерода в три стадии, включающие:
(iiia) передачу технического углерода из емкости для хранения через первый клапан регулирования расхода технического углерода в емкость подачи технического углерода;
(iiib) передачу в дальнейшем технического углерода из емкости подачи технического углерода через второй клапан регулирования расхода технического углерода под действием силы тяжести в дозирующее устройство; и
(iiic) передачу в дальнейшем технического углерода из дозирующего устройства в перемешивающее устройство.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что первый клапан регулирования расхода технического углерода и второй клапан регулирования расхода технического углерода представляют собой пережимной клапан.
8. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что емкость подачи технического углерода оснащена мешалкой.
9. Способ по любому из пп.6, отличающийся тем, что дозирующее устройство имеет бункер дозирующего устройства, а бункер дозирующего устройства оснащен мешалкой.
10. Способ по любому из пп.6, отличающийся тем, что на стадии передачи (iiia) технический углерод проходит по транспортировочному желобу после прохода первого клапана регулирования расхода технического углерода.

Способ по любому из п.6, отличающийся тем, что стадия передачи (iiia) осуществляется периодически, емкость для подачи технического углерода размещается на весовом дозаторе, а управление стадией передачи (iiib) осуществляется исходя из измеренной разности веса емкости для подачи технического углерода.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1–3, отличающийся тем, что полиолефин представляет собой полиэтилен.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 1–3, отличающийся тем, что порошок полиолефина представляет собой порошок бимодального или мультимодального полиэтилена.
14. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что полиэтилен представляет собой полиэтилен высокой плотности с плотностью, определенной в соответствии с ISO 1183 при 23°C, составляющей от 0,945 до 965 г/см3.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1–3 дополнительно содержащий:
подачу гранул полиолефина в экструдер; и
корректировку расхода гранул полимера, поданных в экструдер, в ответ на измеренный расход порошка полиолефина или в ответ на измеренный расход гранул полиолефина.
