Abstract

1. Каталитическая композиция для очистки выхлопного газа, содержащая смесь первого компонента и второго компонента, где первый компонент представляет собой алюмосиликатный или ферросиликатный молекулярно-ситовой компонент, где данное молекулярное сито либо находится в Н+ форме, либо подвергнуто ионному замещению с одним или несколькими переходными металлами, а второй компонент представляет собой оксид ванадия, нанесенный на металлоксидный носитель, выбранный из оксида алюминия, диоксида титана, диоксида циркония, оксида церия, диоксида кремния и их комбинаций.2. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данное молекулярное сито имеет структуру, выбранную из MFI, ВЕА и FER.3. Катализатор по п. 2, в котором данное молекулярное сито представляет собой Н+/MFI алюмосиликат.4. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данное молекулярное сито представляет собой Fe-замещенный MFI, ВЕА или FER алюмосиликат.5. Катализатор по п. 4, в котором данное молекулярное сито содержит от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 10 мас.% ионзамещенного Fe.6. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данное молекулярное сито представляет собой ВЕА ферросиликат.7. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данный металлоксидный носитель представляет собой диоксид титана.8. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, в которой второй компонент дополнительно содержит оксид вольфрама.9. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, в которой второй компонент дополнительно содержит ванадат железа.10. Claims (20)

1. Каталитическая композиция для очистки выхлопного газа, содержащая смесь первого компонента и второго компонента, где первый компонент представляет собой алюмосиликатный или ферросиликатный молекулярно-ситовой компонент, где данное молекулярное сито либо находится в Н+ форме, либо подвергнуто ионному замещению с одним или несколькими переходными металлами, а второй компонент представляет собой оксид ванадия, нанесенный на металлоксидный носитель, выбранный из оксида алюминия, диоксида титана, диоксида циркония, оксида церия, диоксида кремния и их комбинаций.
2. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данное молекулярное сито имеет структуру, выбранную из MFI, ВЕА и FER.
3. Катализатор по п. 2, в котором данное молекулярное сито представляет собой Н+/MFI алюмосиликат.
4. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данное молекулярное сито представляет собой Fe-замещенный MFI, ВЕА или FER алюмосиликат.
5. Катализатор по п. 4, в котором данное молекулярное сито содержит от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 10 мас.% ионзамещенного Fe.
6. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данное молекулярное сито представляет собой ВЕА ферросиликат.
7. Катализатор по п. 1, в котором данный металлоксидный носитель представляет собой диоксид титана.
8. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, в которой второй компонент дополнительно содержит оксид вольфрама.
9. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, в которой второй компонент дополнительно содержит ванадат железа.
10. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, в которой первый компонент и второй компонент присутствуют в смеси в соответственном массовом соотношении от приблизительно 5:95 до приблизительно 40:60.
11. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, в которой данная смесь содержит от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 5 мас.% оксида ванадия в расчете на массу первого и второго компонентов.
12. Пористое каталитическое покрытие типа «washcoat», содержащее катализатор по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее один или несколько наполнителей, связующих, технологических добавок, воду и легирующие примеси.
13. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, покрытую катализатором или содержащую внедренный катализатор по п. 1, в котором данную подложку выбирают из металлической прямопроточной подложки, керамической прямопроточной подложки, фильтра с проточными стенками, спеченного металлического фильтра, частичного фильтра и экструдированной сотовой структуры катализатора.
14. Каталитическое изделие по п. 13, содержащее пористое покрытие, содержащее вторую каталитическую композицию для избирательного восстановления NOx и/или для окисления NH3.
15. Каталитическое изделие по п. 14, в котором упомянутую вторую каталитическую композицию выбирают из (а) смесей катализаторов по п. 1, (b) молекулярного сита, промотированного переходным металлом, (с) катализатора с металлом платиновой группы или (d) катализатора на основе ванадия.
16. Каталитическое изделие по п. 13, в котором данная подложка содержит первый слой, содержащий металл платиновой группы для окисления аммиака, и второй слой, содержащий катализатор по п. 1, где первый слой расположен прямо на подложке или внутри нее, а второй слой покрывает первый слой.
17. Система для очистки выхлопного газа, содержащая катализатор избирательного каталитического восстановления (SCR) выше по потоку от катализатора проскока аммиака (ASC), в которой, по меньшей мере, один из упомянутых SCR- и ASC-катализаторов содержит катализатор по п. 1.
18. Система по п. 17, дополнительно содержащая дизельный катализатор окисления, содержащий металл платиновой группы, расположенный выше по потоку от упомянутого катализатора избирательного каталитического восстановления.
19. Способ очистки выхлопного газа, включающий этапы, на которых:
а. осуществляют контакт потока выхлопного газа, содержащего NOx и/или NH3, в присутствии катализатора по п. 1 и
b. превращают, по меньшей мере, часть упомянутого NOx в N2 и/или превращают, по меньшей мере, часть NH3 в, по меньшей мере, одно вещество из N2 и NO2.
20. Способ по п. 19, в котором упомянутый выхлопной газ имеет отношение NO к NO2 от приблизительно 4:1 до приблизительно 1:3 по объему.
