(x+y)M(2/n)O・xFe2O3・yAl2O3・zSiO2・wH2O
式中、nはカチオンMの原子価であり、x、y、及びzはそれぞれFe2O3、Al2O3、及びSiO2のモル分率を表し、x+y+z=1、wは少なくとも0の数であり、z/xは20から300であり、yは0であってもよく、任意にz/yは少なくとも100である。
触媒組成物は、鉄交換されたMFIアルミノシリケートをV2O5−TiO2/WO3懸濁液とブレンドすることによって調製された。得られた組成物は、鉄交換されたMFIアルミノシリケートとV2O5−TiO2/WO3固体の組み合わされた重量に基づき、約20パーセントの鉄交換されたMFIアルミノシリケートを含有した。5重量パーセントの鉄交換されたMFIアルミノシリケートを含有する触媒、20重量パーセントの鉄交換されたFERアルミノシリケートを含有する触媒、5重量パーセントの鉄交換されたFERアルミノシリケートを含有する触媒、20重量パーセントのBEAフェロシリケートを含有する触媒、及び10重量パーセントのBEAフェロシリケートを含有する触媒を調製するために、類似の方法が続く。
鉄交換されたMFIアルミノシリケートとV2O5−TiO2/WO3のブレンド(20wt% Fe−MFI)を含有する押出された1インチ径×140mmのハニカムレンガ状の塊は、模擬ディーゼルエンジン排気ガスに約60000/時間の空間速度でさらされた。該模擬排気ガスは、約9.3wt%のO2、約7.0wt%のH2O、約100ppmのNOX(NOのみ)、約100ppmのNH3、及び残りのN2を含有した。NOX転化率に対する該触媒の能力は、180、215、250、300、400、及び500℃の温度で測定された。
鉄交換されたMFIアルミノシリケートとV2O5−TiO2/WO3のブレンド(20重量パーセントのFe−MFI)を含有する押出された1インチ径×140mmのハニカムレンガ状の塊は、100時間580℃で熟成された。三種のフレッシュなレンガ状の塊も各々次の条件の一つ、すなわち、100時間580℃と10%のH2O、100時間650℃、及び100時間650℃と10%のH2Oで熟成された。
鉄交換されたMFIアルミノシリケートとV2O5−TiO2/WO3のブレンド(20重量パーセントのFe−MFI)を含有する押出された1インチ径×140mmのハニカムレンガ状の塊は、模擬ディーゼルエンジン排気ガスに約60000/時間の空間速度でさらされた。該模擬排気ガスは、約9.3wt%のO2、約7.0wt%のH2O、約100ppmのNOX(65重量パーセントのNO2)、約100ppmのNH3、及び残りのN2を含有した。NOX転化率に対する該触媒の能力は、180、215、250、300、400、及び500℃の温度で測定された。
Claims (15)
- 第1の成分と第2の成分のブレンドを含む排気ガスを処理するための触媒組成物であって、ブレンド中の触媒的に活性な成分の全重量に基づき、15から25重量パーセントの該第1の成分及び85から75重量パーセントの該第2の成分を含み、該第1の成分は、モレキュラーシーブ成分であり、該モレキュラーシーブは、Feイオン交換されているMFI、BEA、又はFERアルミノシリケートであり、該第2の成分は、アルミナ、チタニア、ジルコニア、セリア、シリカ、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される金属酸化物の担体上に担持されているバナジウム酸化物である、触媒組成物。
- モレキュラーシーブが、1から10重量パーセントのイオン交換したFeを含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 金属酸化物の担体が、チタン酸化物である請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 第2の成分が、更にタングステン酸化物を含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 第2の成分が、更にバナジン酸鉄を含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- ブレンドが、第1及び第2の成分の重量に基づいて0.5から5重量パーセントのバナジウム酸化物を含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 一又は複数の充填剤、結合剤、加工助剤、水、及びドープ剤を更に含む請求項1に記載の触媒組成物を含む触媒ウォッシュコートスラリー。
- 請求項1に記載の触媒組成物でコーティングされている基材又は請求項1に記載の触媒組成物を含有する基材を含む触媒体であって、該基材が金属製フロースルー基材、セラミック製フロースルー基材、ウォールフロー型フィルター、焼結金属フィルター、パーシャルフィルター、及び押出成形触媒ハニカムから選択される、触媒体。
- 選択的にNOXを還元し、及び/又はNH3を酸化するための第2の触媒組成物を有するウォッシュコートを更に含む、請求項8に記載の触媒体。
- 前記第2の触媒組成物が、(a)請求項1に記載の触媒ブレンド、(b)遷移金属で活性化されているモレキュラーシーブ、(c)白金族金属触媒、又は(d)バナジウム系触媒から選択される、請求項9に記載の触媒体。
- 基材は、アンモニアを酸化するための白金族金属を含有する第1層と、請求項1に記載の触媒組成物を含む第2層とを含み、該第1層は、該基材上又は中に直接配され、該第2層は、該第1層を覆う、請求項8に記載の触媒体。
- アンモニアスリップ触媒(ASC)の上流に選択的接触還元(SCR)触媒を含む、排気ガスを処理するためのシステムであって、前記SCR及びASC触媒の少なくとも一つが請求項1に記載の触媒組成物を含む、システム。
- 前記選択的接触還元触媒の上流に配される白金族金属を有するディーゼル酸化触媒を更に含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- a.請求項1に記載の触媒組成物存在下、NOX及び/又はNH3を含有する排気ガス流と接触させる工程、及び
b.前記NOXの少なくとも一部をN2に転化する工程、及び/又はNH3の少なくとも一部をN2及びNO2の少なくとも一種に転化する工程
を含む、排気ガスを処理するための方法。 - 前記排気ガスが、体積で4:1から1:3までのNOとNO2の比を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
