Claims (20)
- a.CHA骨格中にシリカ及びアルミナを含み、シリカ対アルミナのモル比(SAR)が約10から約25であるアルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト材料と、
b.遊離及び/又は骨格外の交換される金属として前記ゼオライト材料に配置される、ゼオライト材料の総重量に対して約1重量パーセントから約5重量パーセントの卑金属(「BM」)と、
c.遊離及び/又は骨格外の交換される金属として前記ゼオライト材料に配置される、前記ゼオライト材料に配置されるアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属(まとめて「AM」)と
を含み、BM及びAMが、それぞれ、約15:1から約1:1のモル比で存在する、触媒組成物。 - アルミナが、ゼオライト骨格の一部であるアルミニウム(Al)を含有し、触媒組成物が、約0.1から約0.4の(BM+AM):Alのモル比を有する、請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- BM対Alのモル比が、0.25:1未満である、請求項2に記載の触媒組成物。
- BM対AMのモル比が、約10:1から約3:1である、請求項2に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記アルミノケイ酸塩ゼオライト材料が、約15から約20のSAR、及び約0.1から約0.24のBM:Alのモル比を有する、請求項2に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記卑金属が、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、及び銅、並びにそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記アルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属が、Na、K、Rb、及びCsからなる群から選択されるアルカリ金属である、請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記アルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属が、Mg、Ca、Sr、及びBaからなる群から選択されるアルカリ土類金属である、請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記卑金属が、Cu、Fe、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、前記アルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属が、Ca、K、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、BM:Alが、約0.17から約0.24のモル比で存在する、請求項4に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記卑金属がCuであり、前記アルカリ金属がCaである、請求項8に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記卑金属がCuであり、前記アルカリ金属がKである、請求項8に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記ゼオライトが、SSZ−13イソタイプである、請求項8に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記ゼオライトが、約1μmから約5μmの平均結晶サイズを有する、請求項3に記載の触媒組成物。
- d.ゼオライトの総重量に対して約1重量パーセントから約10重量パーセントのセリウムを前記ゼオライト材料中にさらに含み、前記セリウムが、交換されるセリウムイオン、単量体セリア、オリゴマーセリア、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択される形態で存在し、ただし、前記オリゴマーセリアは5μm未満の粒径を有する、請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- 前記触媒組成物が、Zr、ZrO、Ti、及びTiOを実質的に含まない、請求項14に記載の触媒組成物。
- a.請求項1による触媒組成物と、
b.セリア、アルミナ、シリカ、(非ゼオライト系)シリカ−アルミナ、天然に存在する粘土、TiO2、ZrO2、及びSnO2から選択される1種又は複数の安定化剤及び/又はバインダーと
を含み、触媒組成物、並びに1種又は複数の安定化剤及び/又はバインダーが、一緒にスラリー中に存在する、触媒的に活性なウォッシュコート。 - a.請求項1による触媒組成物と、
b.基材と
を含み、触媒組成物が、基材の表面に配置され、基材又はそれらの組み合わせの少なくとも一部に浸透する、触媒物品。 - 前記基材が、フロースルーモノリスである、請求項17に記載の触媒物品。
- 前記基材が、ウォールフローモノリスである、請求項17に記載の触媒物品。
- 排気ガス中のNOxを還元するための方法であって、リーンバーン燃焼プロセスに由来する、NOxを含有する排気ガス流及び還元剤(reducing agent)を請求項1に記載の触媒組成物と接触させることと、
前記NOxの一部をN2及びH2Oに転化させることと
を含む、方法。
