(1)Tiと、Ceと、Wと、PまたはSとの複合酸化物を含む、NOx選択還元触媒。
(2)ゼオライトとCuとを含むコア部と、該複合酸化物を含むシェル部とを含むコアシェル型である、(1)に記載のNOx選択還元触媒。
そして細孔径とは、細孔の直径をいい、細孔の断面積が円でない場合には、同面積の円の直径をいう。
(NOx浄化率測定)
触媒活性評価装置:日立ハイテクノロジーズ社製、型番;MEXA7100F
評価条件:600℃から100℃まで、10℃/分の連続降温
テストガスの組成:体積比で、NH3 400ppm、NO 300ppm、H2O 5%、CO2 10%、O2 10%、残余N2
試料の量:5cc
毎時空間速度:180000h−1
を用いて、触媒の活性評価を行った。
(NOx浄化率測定)のデータからNH3がN2O、NO、NO2へ酸化された割合を算出した。NH3消費率のうち、NOx浄化で消費された分を差し引いたNH3量の半分がNOxへと酸化されており、このNOxに酸化された量と生成したN2O、NO2との合計をNH3酸化率として算出した。
実施例1(Ti100Ce3W10P3複合酸化物)
ビーカー中200gのエタノールに、0.0045mol(1.95g)の硝酸セリウムを添加して溶解させ、これに0.15mol(42.63g)のチタンテトライソプロポキシドを添加してゾルを得た。別のビーカー中50mlの5%シュウ酸水溶液に、0.015mol(3.92g)のパラタングステン酸アンモニウムを加えて溶解させ、これに0.0045mol(0.44g)のリン酸を添加して、タングステン含有水溶液を調製した。このタングステン含有水溶液をゾルに滴下してゲルを生成させ、このゲルを120℃で12時間乾燥後、600℃3時間昇温で5時間焼成して複合酸化物を得た。次にこれをプレス圧1tでプレスし、ペレット形状の測定サンプルを得た。
実施例1において、0.0075mol(0.735g)のリン酸を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い試料を得た。
実施例1において、リン酸の代わりに0.00075mol(0.10g)の硫酸アンモニウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い試料を得た。
実施例3において、0.0045mol(0.60g)の硫酸アンモニウムを用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い試料を得た。
ビーカー中200gのエタノールに21.83gのCu担持ゼオライトを添加して撹拌しながら、0.0003mol(0.13g)の硝酸セリウムを、続いて0.01mol(2.84g)のチタンテトライソプロポキシドを添加して、Cu担持ゼオライトコアの表面にTi−Ceゾルをコーティングした。別のビーカー中の10mlの5%シュウ酸水溶液に、0.001mol(0.26g)のパラタングステン酸アンモニウムを溶解させ、これに0.0005mol(0.049g)のリン酸を添加してタングステン含有水溶液を調製した。このタングステン含有水溶液をゾルに滴下してゲルを得た。このゲルを120℃で12時間乾燥後、600℃3時間昇温で5時間焼成してコアシェル粒子を得た。これをプレス圧1tでプレスし、幅約2〜3mm×高さ約2〜3mm×奥行き約2〜3mmのペレット形状の試料を得た。
なお、TEMにより測定したところ、コアの粒径は4μm、シェルの厚さは10〜20nmであった。
実施例5において、21.11gのCu担持ゼオライト(Cu含有量2〜4wt%)を用い、リン酸の代わりに0.0003mol(0.04g)の硫酸アンモニウムを用いた以外は実施例5と同様にして試料を得た。
この場合は、コアは粒径約4μm、シェルは厚さ約10〜20nmであった。
市販のCu担持ゼオライト(Cu含有量2〜4wt%)をそのまま使用した。
実施例1において、リン酸を含まないタングステン含有水溶液を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして試料を得た。
9.5gのCu担持ゼオライトと0.5gの実施例4で得たTi100Ce3W10S3複合酸化物とを、乳鉢中で手により10分間混合させて混合粉末を得、これをプレス圧1tでプレスし、ペレット形状の測定試料を得た。

- ゼオライトとCuとを含むコア部と、Tiと、Ceと、Wと、PまたはSとの複合酸化物を含むシェル部とを含むコアシェル型である、NOx選択還元触媒。
