Claims (32)
1. Каталитическое изделие для очистки выхлопного газа, который содержит:
а. каталитический слой благородного металла, содержащий один или более благородных металлов, расположенный на первом носителе из тугоплавкого оксида металла; и
b. каталитический слой ванадия, предварительно фиксиро-ванный на втором носителе из тугоплавкого оксида металла, выбранного из диоксида алюминия, диоксида титана, диоксида циркония, диоксида церия, диоксида кремния и их смесей,
в котором каталитический слой благородного металла находится в физическом контакте с каталитическим слоем ванадия.
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором указанный каталитический слой благородного металла представляет собой покрытие, нанесенное на носитель, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сотовых проточных монолитов, сотовых монолитов с проточными стенками и гофрированных металлических пластин, и в котором указанный ванадиевый каталитический слой представляет собой покрытие, нанесенное на указанный инертный носитель.
3. Каталитическое изделие по п. 2, в котором указанный каталитический слой благородного металла является первым слоем, а указанный каталитический слой ванадия является вторым слоем.
4. Каталитическое изделие по п. 3, в котором указанный первый слой по существу свободен от ванадия, и указанный второй слой по существу свободен от благородных металлов.
5. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором изделие является прокаленным.
6. Каталитическое изделие по п. 4, в котором указанный второй слой содержит диоксид ванадия, предварительно фиксированный на носителе из диоксида титана, в котором указанный диоксид ванадия присутствует в количестве примерно 0,1-10% мас. по отношению к массе диоксида титана.
7. Каталитическое изделие по п. 6, в котором указанный второй слой дополнительно содержит оксид вольфрама.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 6, в котором указанный первый слой содержит один или более металлов платиновой группы,
выбранных из платины и палладия, на носителе из диоксида алюминия, в котором указанный металл платиновой группы присутствует в количестве примерно 0,05-0,50% мас. по отношению к массе носителя из диоксида алюминия.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 3, в котором указанный второй слой наносится поверх, по меньшей мере, части указанного первого слоя.
10. Каталитическое изделие по п. 3, в котором указанный инертным носителем является проточный сотовый брусок.
11. Каталитическое изделие по п. 10, дополнительно содержащий катализатор селективного каталитического восстановления ((СКВ)(SCR)), расположенный на или в указанном проточном бруске выше по потоку от указанных первого и второго слоев.
12. Каталитическое изделие по п. 3, в котором указанным инертным носителем является гофрированная металлическая пластина.
13. Каталитическое изделие по п. 3, в котором указанным инертным носителем является сотовый фильтр с проточными стенками.
14. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, в котором указанным вторым каталитическим слоем является экструдированный носитель, и указанным первым каталитическим слоем является покрытие на указанном экструдированном носителе.
15. Способ получения каталитического изделия, включающего:
а. введение ванадия на носитель из тугоплавкого оксида металла;
b. после стадии (а) прокаливание носителя из тугоплавкого оксида металла с содержанием ванадия с формованием предварительно фиксированного катализатора;
с. покрытие инертного носителя нанесенным катализатором благородного металла с формованием первого слоя; и
d. покрытие указанного инертного носителя указанным предварительно фиксированным катализатором с формованием второго слоя.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором указанный инертный носитель,
содержащий указанный первый слой и указанный второй слой, прокаливается при температуре примерно 400-600°С в течение примерно 1-10 ч.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором указанный первый слой по существу свободен от ванадия, и указанный второй слой по существу свободен от благородных металлов.
18. Способ по п. 15, в котором указанный первый слой содержит диоксид ванадия на носителе из диоксида титана, и указанный второй слой содержит, по меньшей мере, один благородный металл, выбранный из платины и палладия, нанесенный на носитель из диоксида алюминия.
19. Способ очистки выхлопного газа, включающий:
а. контактирование выхлопного газа, полученного от сгорания углеводородов в стехиометрическом избытке кислорода, где выхлопной газ содержит аммиак, с каталитическим изделием по п. 1, и
b. окисление, по меньшей мере, части указанного аммиака с образованием N2 и/или NOx.
20. Способ по п. 15, который дополнительно содержит выше по потоку способ селективного каталитического восстановления NOx.
21. Система очистки выхлопного газа, которая содержит СКВ-катализатор и катализатор аммиачного клина по п. 1.
