Claims (41)

1. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx, содержащий:
i) первый слой, причем указанный первый слой содержит один или несколько благородных металлов, первый неорганический оксид и необязательно активатор; и
ii) второй слой, причем указанный второй слой содержит один или несколько металлов платиновой группы, первый материал, способный к аккумулированию кислорода (OSC), и второй неорганический оксид;
где первый слой по существу не содержит материала, способного к аккумулированию кислорода (OSC).
2. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 1, где указанный первый материал, способный к аккумулированию кислорода (OSC), выбран из группы, состоящей из оксида церия, оксида циркония, смешанного оксида церия-диоксида циркония и смешанного оксида алюминия-оксида церия-диоксида циркония.
3. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 2, где первый материал, способный к аккумулированию кислорода (OSC) содержит объемный оксид церия.
4. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где один или несколько благородных металлов выбраны из группы, состоящей из палладия, платины, родия, серебра, золота и их смесей.
5. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где одним или несколькими благородными металлами является смесь или сплав платины и палладия.
6. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 5, где отношение платины к палладию составляет от 1:1 до 10:1 в расчете на массовое отношение.
7. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 5 или 6, где отношение платины к палладию составляет примерно 2:1 в расчете на массовое отношение.
8. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где один или несколько благородных металлов нанесены на первый неорганический оксид.
9. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где первый неорганический оксид выбран из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, оксида магния, диоксида кремния, диоксида титана, оксида ниобия, оксидов тантала, оксидов молибдена, оксидов вольфрама и их смешанных оксидов или сложных оксидов.
10. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx, по любому предшествующему пункту, где первый неорганический оксид является оксидом алюминия, диоксидом кремния-оксидом алюминия или сложным оксидом оксид магния/оксид алюминия.
11. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где первый неорганический оксид является диоксидом кремния-оксидом алюминия.
12. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где активатор содержит марганец, висмут или первый щелочной или щелочноземельный металл.
13. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где активатор содержит первый щелочной или щелочноземельный металл.
14. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 13, где первый щелочной или щелочноземельный металл является барием.
15. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где первый слой дополнительно содержит материал, абсорбирующий углеводороды.
16. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx, по п. 15, где материал, абсорбирующий углеводороды, является молекулярным ситом.
17. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 16, где молекулярное сито является цеолитом.
18. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 17, где цеолит является бета-цеолитом.
19. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где указанные один или несколько металлов платиновой группы выбраны из группы, состоящей из палладия, платины, родия и их смесей.
20. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где указанные один или несколько металлов платиновой группы являются смесью или сплавом платины и палладия.
21. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 20, где отношение платины к палладию составляет от 2:1 до 12:1 в расчете на массовое отношение.
22. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 20 или 21, где отношение платины к палладию составляет примерно 5:1 в расчете на массовое отношение.
23. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где второй слой дополнительно содержит второй щелочной или щелочноземельный металл, неодим или лантан.
24. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 23, где второй щелочной или щелочноземельный металл, неодим или лантан присутствует в количестве от 0,1 до 10 масс.% во втором слое.
25. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 23 или п. 24, где второй щелочной или щелочноземельный металл является барием.
26. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где второй неорганический оксид выбран из группы, состоящей из оксида алюминия, оксида магния, оксида лантана, диоксида кремния, диоксида титана, оксида ниобия, оксидов тантала, оксидов молибдена, оксидов вольфрама и их смешанных оксидов или сложных оксидов.
27. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где второй неорганический оксид является оксидом алюминия, сложным оксидом из оксида лантана/оксида алюминия или сложным оксидом из оксида магния/оксида алюминия.
28. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где второй неорганический оксид является сложным оксидом из оксида лантана/оксида алюминия.
29. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, дополнительно содержащий металлическую или керамическую основу, имеющую осевую длину L.
30. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по п. 29, где основа является проточным монолитом или фильтрующим монолитом.
31. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx, по п. 29 или п. 30, где первый слой нанесен непосредственно на металлическую или керамическую основу.
32. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому предшествующему пункту, где второй слой нанесен на первый слой.
33. Катализатор-ловушка обедненных NOx по любому из пп. 1-28, где первый слой и/или второй слой экструдированы, чтобы образовать проточную или фильтрующую основу.
34. Устройство для обработки газовых выбросов для обработки потока выхлопных газов, содержащее катализатор-ловушку обедненных NOx, по любому из пп. 1-33 и двигатель внутреннего сгорания.
35. Устройство для обработки газовых выбросов по п. 34, где двигатель внутреннего сгорания является дизельным двигателем.
36. Устройство для обработки газовых выбросов по п. 34 или 35, дополнительно содержащее каталитическую систему для селективного каталитического восстановления, фильтр твердых частиц, фильтрующую систему для селективного каталитического восстановления, пассивный адсорбер NOx, тройную каталитическую систему или их комбинации.
37. Способ обработки выхлопных газов от двигателя внутреннего сгорания, включающий осуществление контакта выхлопных газов с катализатором-ловушкой обедненных NOx по любому из пп. 1-33 или с устройством для обработки газовых выбросов по любому из пп. 34-36.
38. Способ обработки выхлопных газов от двигателя внутреннего сгорания по п. 37, где выхлопные газы находятся при температуре примерно от 150°C до 300°C.
