Claims (20)

1. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее: (a) высокопористую подложку, содержащую платину, палладий или их смесь, которые находятся в стенке высокопористой подложки, и (b) покрытие из катализатора SCR на стенке высокопористой подложки, где платина, палладий или их смесь присутствует в стенке высокопористого носителя в виде металла или в виде нанесенной(-ого) платины, палладия или их смеси.
2. Каталитическое изделие по п. 1, где платина, палладий или их смесь, либо нанесенная(-ый) платина, палладий или их смесь, присутствует также в виде покрытия на стенке высокопористого носителя.
3. Каталитическое изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где высокопористая подложка имеет пористость от примерно 40% до примерно 80%.
4. Каталитическое изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где катализатор SCR содержит базовый металл, выбранный из группы, состоящей из ванадия (V), молибдена (Mo) и вольфрама (W), хрома (Cr), церия (Ce), марганца (Mn), железа (Fe), кобальта (Co), никеля (Ni) и меди (Cu), и их смесей.
5. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3, где катализатор SCR содержит молекулярное сито или молекулярное сито с обмененным металлом.
6. Каталитическое изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где изделие содержит от примерно 0,1 масс. % до примерно 1 масс. % платины или от примерно 0,1 масс. % до примерно 2 масс. % палладия.
7. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-4 и 6, дополнительно содержащее по меньшей мере один промотор базового металла.
8. Каталитическое изделие по п. 7, где по меньшей мере один промотор базового металла выбран из группы, состоящей из неодима (Nd), бария (Ba), церия (Ce), лантана (La), празеодима (Pr), магния (Mg), кальция (Ca), марганца (Mn), цинка (Zn), ниобия (Nb), циркония (Zr), молибдена (Mo), олова (Sn), тантала (Ta), стронция (Sr) и их оксидов.
9. Каталитическое изделие по п. 5, где молекулярное сито с обмененным металлом представляет собой мелкопористое молекулярное сито с нанесенной медью (Cu), содержащее от примерно 0,1 до примерно 20,0 масс. % меди от общей массы катализатора.
10. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3, 5-6 и 9, где катализатор SCR содержит мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы, состоящей из алюмосиликатных молекулярных сит, металлзамещенных алюмосиликатных молекулярных сит, алюмофосфатных (AlPO) молекулярных сит, металлзамещенных алюмофосфатных (MeAlPO) молекулярных сит, силикоалюмофосфатных (SAPO) молекулярных сит и металлзамещенных силикоалюмофосфатных (MeAPSO) молекулярных сит и их смесей.
11. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3, 5-6, 9 и 10, где катализатор SCR содержит мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов каркасных структур, состоящей из ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, CHA, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, RTH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG и ZON, и их смесей и/или сростков.
12. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3, 5-6 и 9-11, где катализатор SCR содержит мелкопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов каркасных структур, состоящей из CHA, LEV, AEI, AFX, ERI, SFW, KFI, DDR и ITE.
13. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3 и 5-6, где катализатор SCR содержит среднепористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов каркасных структур, состоящей из AEL, AFO, AHT, BOF, BOZ, CGF, CGS, CHI, DAC, EUO, FER, HEU, IMF, ITH, ITR, JRY, JSR, JST, LAU, LOV, MEL, MFI, MFS, MRE, MTT, MVY, MWW, NAB, NAT, NES, OBW, PAR, PCR, PON, PUN, RRO, RSN, SFF, SFG, STF, STI, STT, STW, SVR, SZR, TER, TON, TUN, UOS, VSV, WEI и WEN, и их смесей и/или сростков.
14. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3, 5-6 и 13, где катализатор SCR содержит среднепористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов каркасных структур, состоящей из MFI, FER и STT.
15. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3 и 5-6, где катализатор SCR содержит крупнопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов каркасных структур, состоящей из AFI, AFR, AFS, AFY, ASV, ATO, ATS, BEA, BEC, BOG, BPH, BSV, CAN, CON, CZP, DFO, EMT, EON, EZT, FAU, GME, GON, IFR, ISV, ITG, IWR, IWS, IWV, IWW, JSR, LTF, LTL, MAZ, MEI, MOR, MOZ, MSE, MTW, NPO, OFF, OKO, OSI, RON, RWY, SAF, SAO, SBE, SBS, SBT, SEW, SFE, SFO, SFS, SFV, SOF, SOS, STO, SSF, SSY, USI, UWY и VET, и их смесей и/или сростков.
16. Каталитическое изделие по пп. 1-3, 5-6 и 15, где катализатор SCR содержит крупнопористое молекулярное сито, выбранное из группы типов каркасных структур, состоящей из MOR, OFF и BEA.
17. Каталитическое изделие по любому из предшествующих пунктов, где изделие превращает NOx в N2 с большей селективностью, чем сопоставимое изделие, содержащее подложку, имеющую пористость, меньшую чем пористость высокопористой подложки.
18. Способ очистки выхлопного газа, содержащего NOx, причем способ включает в себя приведение выхлопного газа, содержащего NOx, в контакт с каталитическим изделием по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
19. Способ по п. 18, где выхлопной газ, содержащий NOx, приводят в контакт с каталитическим изделием по пп. 1-17 при температуре от примерно 150°C до примерно 550°C.
20. Способ по пп. 18 или 19, где способ приводит к превращению NOx в N2, и селективность по N2 превышает селективность по N2 сопоставимого изделия, содержащего подложку, имеющую пористость, меньшую чем пористость высокопористой подложки.
