Abstract
1. Способ обработки целлюлозного материала, включающий:экстрагирование целлюлозного материала экстрагентом с селективной экстракцией гемицеллюлозы, где экстрагент содержит аминоксид и нерастворитель; иотделение экстрагированной гемицеллюлозы от целлюлозного материала с образованием целлюлозного продукта, который содержит гемицеллюлозы меньше, чем целлюлозный материал.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент селективно экстрагирует, по меньшей мере, 20% гемицеллюлозы в целлюлозном материале.3. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагируется менее 15% целлюлозы в целлюлозном материале.4. Способ по п. 1, в котором целлюлозный продукт сохраняет морфологию целлюлозного волокна.5. Способ по п. 1, в котором аминоксид выбран из группы, состоящей из N-метилморфолин-N-оксида, пиридин-N-оксида и RRRN-O, где R, Rи Rявляются алкилами или арилами с длиной цепи от 1 до 12 углеродных атомов.6. Способ по п. 1, в котором нерастворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из воды, диметилсульфоксида, диметилформамида, спирта, N-метилпирролидона и их смесей.7. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% аминоксида и, по меньшей мере, 20 мас.% нерастворителя.8. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% N-метилморфолин-N-оксида и, по меньшей мере, 20 мас.% воды.9. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент содержит, по меньшей мере, 0,8 мас.% N-метилморфолин-N-оксида, по меньшей мере, 0,01 мас.% воды и, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% диметилсульфоксида.10. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает в себя обработку целлюлозного продукта ферментом, предпочтительно, гемицеллюлазой.11. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадия экстракции проводится при температуре от 30°С до 150°С в течение 5-180 мин.12. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает в себя
Claims (15)
1. Способ обработки целлюлозного материала, включающий:
экстрагирование целлюлозного материала экстрагентом с селективной экстракцией гемицеллюлозы, где экстрагент содержит аминоксид и нерастворитель; и
отделение экстрагированной гемицеллюлозы от целлюлозного материала с образованием целлюлозного продукта, который содержит гемицеллюлозы меньше, чем целлюлозный материал.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент селективно экстрагирует, по меньшей мере, 20% гемицеллюлозы в целлюлозном материале.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагируется менее 15% целлюлозы в целлюлозном материале.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором целлюлозный продукт сохраняет морфологию целлюлозного волокна.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором аминоксид выбран из группы, состоящей из N-метилморфолин-N-оксида, пиридин-N-оксида и R1R2R3N-O, где R1, R2 и R3 являются алкилами или арилами с длиной цепи от 1 до 12 углеродных атомов.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором нерастворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из воды, диметилсульфоксида, диметилформамида, спирта, N-метилпирролидона и их смесей.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% аминоксида и, по меньшей мере, 20 мас.% нерастворителя.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент содержит, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% N-метилморфолин-N-оксида и, по меньшей мере, 20 мас.% воды.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагент содержит, по меньшей мере, 0,8 мас.% N-метилморфолин-N-оксида, по меньшей мере, 0,01 мас.% воды и, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% диметилсульфоксида.
10. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает в себя обработку целлюлозного продукта ферментом, предпочтительно, гемицеллюлазой.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадия экстракции проводится при температуре от 30°С до 150°С в течение 5-180 мин.
12. Способ по п. 1, который дополнительно включает в себя промывку целлюлозного продукта, по меньшей мере, одним из спирта, кетона, нитрила, простого эфира, сложного эфира, карбоновой кислоты, галогенида, углеводородного соединения, амина, гетероциклического соединения, воды и их комбинаций, диметилсульфоксида, диметилформамида, N-метилпирролидона, метанола, этанола, изопропанола, диметилкарбоната, ацетона и/или воды.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагирование содержит периодическую, параллельную или противоточную экстракцию.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором экстрагирование включает использование емкости с перемешиванием, гидроразрывателя, шнекового конвейера или шнекового экстрактора.
15. Целлюлозный продукт, полученный способом по любому из пп. 1-14.
