Abstract

1. Растение трансгенной сои, которое имеет геном, включающий последовательность SEQ ID NO:1.2. Claims (37)

1. Растение трансгенной сои, которое имеет геном, включающий последовательность SEQ ID NO:1.
2. Семя сои, которое имеет геном, включающий событие pDAB4468-0416 сои AAD-12, присутствующее в семени, депонированном в Американскую коллекцию типовых культур (АТСС) под номером доступа РТА-10442.
3. Семя сои, которое имеет геном, включающий последовательность SEQ ID NO:1.
4. Растение сои, полученное в результате выращивания семени по п.2, которое включает последовательность SEQ ID NO:1.
5. Потомство растения сои по п.4, включающее событие pDAB4468-0416 сои AAD-12.

18. Способ селекции растения сои, который включает скрещивание первого растения сои, включающего SEQ ID NO:1, со вторым растением сои с целью получения третьего растения сои, имеющего геном, и анализ указанного третьего растения сои на наличие SEQ ID NO:1 в указанном геноме.
19. Способ интрогрессии признака устойчивости к гербициду в растение сои, который включает скрещивание первого растения сои, включающего SEQ ID NO:1, со вторым растением сои с целью получения третьего растения сои, имеющего геном, и анализ указанного третьего растения сои на наличие SEQ ID NO:1 в указанном геноме.
20. Способ уничтожения сорняков, который включает применение гербицида на основе арилоксиалканоата в поле, на котором произрастает растение по п.1.
21. Способ по п.20, в котором указанный гербицид выбирают из группы, состоящей из 2,4-D, 2,4-DB, MCPA и МСРВ.
22. Способ по п.20, который включает применение второго гербицида в указанном поле.
23. Способ по п.22, в котором указанный второй гербицид выбирают из группы, состоящей из глифосата и дикамба.
24. Способ уничтожения сорняков, который включает применение гербицида на основе арилоксиалканоата в поле и посев семени по п.3 на указанном поле в течение 14 дней после внесения гербицида.
25. Способ детекции события сои в образце, содержащем ДНК сои, который включает контактирование указанного образца по меньшей мере с одним полинуклеотидом, позволяющим диагностировать событие pDAB4468-0416 сои AAD-12, присутствующее в семени, депонированном в Американскую коллекцию типовых культур (АТСС) под номером доступа РТА-10442.
26. Способ по п.25, который включает контактирование указанного образца:
а) с первой затравкой, которая связывается с фланкирующей последовательностью, выбираемой из группы, состоящей из остатков 1-2730 SEQ ID NO:1, остатков 9122-10212 SEQ ID NO:1, и ее комплементами; и
b) со второй затравкой, которая связывается с вставочной последовательностью, включающей остатки 2731-9121 SEQ ID NO:1, или ее комплементом;
выполнение полимеразной цепной реакции указанного образца и анализ ампликона, полученного между указанными затравками.
27. Способ по п.26, в котором указанные затравки выбирают из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO:2-7.
28. Способ по п.25, в котором указанный полинуклеотид, включающий по меньшей мере 30 нуклеотидов, гибридизирует в строгих условиях с последовательностью, выбираемой из группы, состоящей из остатков 2720-2740 SEQ ID NO:1, остатков 9112-9132 SEQ ID NO:1, и ее комплементами; при этом указанный способ далее включает гибридизацию в строгих условиях указанного образца и указанного полинуклеотида; и анализ указанного образца на наличие гибридизации указанного полинуклеотида с указанной ДНК.
29. Набор для детекции ДНК, который включает первую затравку и вторую затравку по п.27.
30. Набор для детекции ДНК, который предназначен для осуществления способа по п.28.
31. Набор для детекции ДНК, включающий полинуклеотид, в котором указанный полинуклеотид включает по меньшей мере 30 нуклеотидов и гибридизирует в строгих условиях с последовательностью, выбираемой из группы, состоящей из остатков 2720-2740 SEQ ID NO:1, остатков 9112-9132 SEQ ID NO:1, и ее комплементами.
32. Способ по п.20, причем указанный способ используют для обработки сорняков, устойчивых к гербицидам, или предотвращения появления указанных сорняков.
33. Способ по п.20, в котором указанный гербицид вносят до посева указанного растения.
34. Способ уничтожения сорняков, устойчивых к глифосату, на участке произрастания по меньшей мере одного растения по п.1, имеющего признак устойчивости к глифосату, который включает применение гербицида на основе арилоксиалканоата по меньшей мере на части указанного участка.
35. Способ по п.34, в котором указанный гербицид является феноксиауксином.
36. Способ по п.34, в котором указанный гербицид вносят в виде смеси с глифосатом.
37. Способ по п.20, в котором по меньшей мере один из указанных сорняков является растением-самосевом, устойчивым к глифосату и относящимся к виду, отличному от вида указанного растения.
