Abstract
SEQUÊNCIA DE DNA ISOLADA, POLINUCLEOTÍDEO, COMPOSIÇÃO E MÉTODOS DE INTRODUZIR CARACTERÍSTICAS DE TOLERÂNCIA A HERBICIDA E RESISTÊNCIA A INSETOS EM UMA PLANTA DE SOJA, CONTROLAR INSETOS, CONTROLAR ERVAS DANINHAS, REPRODUZIR UMA PLANTA DE SOJA TRANSGÊNICA, BEM COMO O USO DA REFERIDA PLANTA DE SOJA TRANSGÊNICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um evento de soja 9582.816.15.1 que compreende genes que codificam Cry1F, Cry1Ac(synpro), e PAT, fornecendo resistência a insetos e tolerância a herbicidas às culturas de soja que contêm o evento, e permitindo métodos de proteção de cultura de produtos armazenados.
