Abstract
1. Полимерная композиция, содержащая: ! первый основной полимер (A), содержащий, по меньшей мере, термопластичный полимер; ! второй основной полимер (B), содержащий, по меньшей мере, термопластичный полимер и не имеющий совместимости с первым основным полимером (A); и ! добавку (C), содержащую, по меньшей мере, вещество, которое несовместимо с любым из первого основного полимера (A) и второго основного полимера (B), причем добавка (C) находится в виде жидкости или взвеси при температуре, ниже температуры пиролиза первого основного полимера (A) и температуры пиролиза второго основного полимера (B), ! где (A), (B) и (C) разделены фазой друг от друга, и поверхности раздела, каждая из которых располагается между двумя фазами (A), (B) и (C), контактируют друг с другом, образуя пространственно непрерывные параллельные поверхности раздела. ! 2. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой (C) является, по меньшей мере, добавкой, выбранной из группы, состоящей из термопластичных полимеров, термопластичных олигомеров, масел, инсектицидов, феромонов, репеллентов, аттрактантов, адгезивов, поверхностно-активных веществ, антиадгезивов, антибактериальных средств, противогрибковых средств, огнестойких агентов, смазывающих веществ, агентов с низким коэффициентом трения, усиливающих наполнителей, электропроводных агентов, теплопроводных агентов, антикоррозионных средств и электролитических растворов. ! 3. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из (A), (B) и (C) является газонепроницаемой термопластичной смолой. ! 4. Полимерная композиция по п.3, в которой газонепроницаемой термопластичной смолой является, по меньшей мере, один из повал-вини
Claims (26)
1. Полимерная композиция, содержащая:
первый основной полимер (A), содержащий, по меньшей мере, термопластичный полимер;
второй основной полимер (B), содержащий, по меньшей мере, термопластичный полимер и не имеющий совместимости с первым основным полимером (A); и
добавку (C), содержащую, по меньшей мере, вещество, которое несовместимо с любым из первого основного полимера (A) и второго основного полимера (B), причем добавка (C) находится в виде жидкости или взвеси при температуре, ниже температуры пиролиза первого основного полимера (A) и температуры пиролиза второго основного полимера (B),
где (A), (B) и (C) разделены фазой друг от друга, и поверхности раздела, каждая из которых располагается между двумя фазами (A), (B) и (C), контактируют друг с другом, образуя пространственно непрерывные параллельные поверхности раздела.
2. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой (C) является, по меньшей мере, добавкой, выбранной из группы, состоящей из термопластичных полимеров, термопластичных олигомеров, масел, инсектицидов, феромонов, репеллентов, аттрактантов, адгезивов, поверхностно-активных веществ, антиадгезивов, антибактериальных средств, противогрибковых средств, огнестойких агентов, смазывающих веществ, агентов с низким коэффициентом трения, усиливающих наполнителей, электропроводных агентов, теплопроводных агентов, антикоррозионных средств и электролитических растворов.
3. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из (A), (B) и (C) является газонепроницаемой термопластичной смолой.
4. Полимерная композиция по п.3, в которой газонепроницаемой термопластичной смолой является, по меньшей мере, один из повал-винилацетатного сополимера, поливинилиденхлорида, термопластичного полиакрилонитрила и полиамидов.
5. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из (A), (B) и (C) является термопластичным адгезивом.
6. Полимерная композиция по п.5, в которой термопластичным адгезивом является адгезив для, по меньшей мере, одного из керамики, металла, дерева и пластика.
7. Формованный грязеотталкивающий композиционный продукт, который является многослойной структурой полимерной композиции по п.5 или 6 и фторполимерного формованного продукта.
8. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из (A), (B) и (C) является одним из полиолефиновых полимеров, модифицированных полиолефиновых полимеров, и полимерных смесей, содержащих, по меньшей мере, один из полиолефиновых полимеров и модифицированных полиолефиновых полимеров.
9. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один из (A), (B) и (C) является одним из фторполимеров, модифицированных фторполимеров, и полимерных смесей, содержащих, по меньшей мере, один из фторполимеров и модифицированных фторполимеров.
10. Формованный продукт, содержащий полимерную композицию по п.1 в качестве своей части.
11. Формованный продукт, полученный разбавлением полимерной композиции по п.1 одним из (A), (B) и полимеров, являющихся совместимыми с (A) или (B), и формованием разбавленного раствора

12. Формованный продукт по п.11, содержащий пленку, полученную из (C) и имеющую толщину от 0,001 мкм до 2 мкм на его поверхности.
13. Формованный продукт по любому одному из пп.10-12, который получают формованием экструзией или литьем под давлением.
14. Формованный продукт по п.13, в котором (C) является одним из пищевых масел, адгезивов и антикоррозионных агентов, и формованный продукт получают в виде пленки.
15. Формованный продукт по п.13, в котором (C) является поверхностно-активным веществом, и формованный продукт получают в виде пленки или волокна.
16. Формованный продукт по любому одному из пп.10-12, в котором, по меньшей мере, один из (A), (B) и (C) является веществом, имеющим электрическое сопротивление, равное 1015 Ωсм или более.
17. Формованный продукт по п.16, который является фильтром, содержащим полученный раздувом из расплава нетканный материал или многослойную структуру полученного раздувом из расплава нетканного материала.
18. Прокладка для холодильников или конденсаторов, где прокладку получают из пленки или волокна, содержащего полимерную композицию по п.9.
19. Формованный продукт, содержащий полимерную композицию по п.2, где электропроводный агент является термопластичной и высоко электропроводной композицией.
20. Текучая среда, обладающая текучестью, где текучая среда содержит смесь полимерной композиции по п.1 в виде порошка и жидкости.
21. Чернила, содержащие полимерную композицию по п.1.
22. Краска, содержащая полимерную композицию по п.1.
23. Формованный продукт, содержащий полимерную композицию по п.1, где (C) является металлическим неорганическим соединением.
24. Формованный продукт по п.23, в котором металлом является олово или сплав на основе олова.
25. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой (C) является катализатором для отверждения эпоксидных полимеров.
26. Порошковый катализатор, содержащий полимерную композицию по п.25, где катализатором для отверждения эпоксидных полимеров является соединение на основе имидазола.
