Abstract

FOLHA OU CHAPA COM REVESTIMENTO ELETRICAMENTE CONDUTOR, PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO, E USOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de folhas ou chapas compostas de um termoplástico com revestimento eletricamente condutor por meio das seguintes etapas de um processo: a) revestimento de um único lado de uma folha de apoio composta de um termoplástico com uma composição de laca com base de partículas de silício e compreendendo partículas semicondutoras inorgânicas, b) extrusão de um extrudado de um termoplástico, c) trazer o lado revestido da folha de apoio e o extrudado do termoplástico extrudado juntos para o conector do cilindro de polimento sob pressão d) descascamento da folha de apoio do composto onde o revestimento da folha de apoio permanece no termoplástico extrudado, e) se adequado, o resfriamento da rede de plásticos até a temperatura ambiente. A invenção também refere-se a folhas e chapas extrudadas e revestidas, e também seus usos.
