Claims (10)
1. Композиция, содержащая
a) одно или несколько соединений - органотитанатов, имеющих четыре лиганда, где лиганды представляют собой гидрокарбил, необязательно содержащий один или несколько функциональных групп, имеющих один или несколько гетероатомов, выбранных из группы, включающей в себя кислород, азот, фосфор и серу, где два или более лиганда могут образовывать циклическую структуру;
b) один или несколько меркаптосиланов;
c) один или несколько полиаминосиланов;
d) один или несколько вторичных аминосиланов; и
e) один или несколько растворителей, которые растворяют компоненты композиции.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой лиганды на титанате представляют собой гидрокарбил, гидрокарбилкарбоксил, гидрокарбилсульфонил, гидрокарбиламино, фосфатогидрокарбил, пирофосфатогидрокарбил, два или более лиганда образуют гидрокарбиленовый остаток, два или более лиганда образуют гидрокарбиленовый остаток, содержащий карбоксил, или их смесь.
3. Композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой соединение - органотитанат соответствует формуле Ti(-OR1)4, где R1 независимо представляет собой в каждом случае гидрокарбил, гидрокарбилкарбоксил, гидрокарбилсульфонил, гидрокарбиламино, фосфатогидрокарбил, пирофосфатогидрокарбил, при условии, что два или более R1 могут объединяться с образованием циклической кольцевой структуры.
4. Композиция по любому из п.1 или 2, которая содержит
a) от примерно 0,08 до примерно 45 мас.% одного или нескольких органических соединений титана;
b) от примерно 0,03 до примерно 59 мас.% одного или нескольких меркаптосиланов;
c) от примерно 0,005 до примерно 16 мас.% одного или нескольких полиаминосиланов;
d) от примерно 0,01 до примерно 16 мас.% одного или нескольких вторичных аминосиланов; и
e) от примерно 30 до примерно 99,5 мас.% одного или нескольких растворителей, где указанные проценты массовые приводятся по отношению к массе композиции в целом.
5. Система для соединения стекла с подложкой, которая содержит
i) композицию по любому из пп.1-4; и
ii) адгезив, содержащий изоцианатный функциональный форполимер и катализатор для отверждения изоцианатного функционального форполимера.
6. Система по п.6, в которой композиция (i), композиция адгезива ii) или обе они дополнительно содержат ультрафиолетовый светостабилизатор.
7. Система по п.6, в которой композиция (i), композиция адгезива ii) или обе они дополнительно содержат светостабилизатор на основе затрудненных аминов.
8. Способ соединения стекла или имеющего покрытие пластика со структурой, включающий в себя
A) нанесение композиции по любому из пп.1-4 на поверхность стекла или пластиковой подложки, покрытой устойчивым к истиранию покрытием, вдоль той части стекла или пластиковой подложки с покрытием, которые должны быть соединены со структурой;
B) нанесение композиции полиизоцианатного функционального адгезива на поверхность стекла или пластиковой подложки с покрытием вдоль той части, которая должна быть соединена со структурой, на которую ранее нанесена композиция по любому из пп.1-4; и
C) приведение в контакт пластиковой подложки с покрытием со структурой, при том что адгезив располагается между пластиковой подложкой с покрытием и структурой.
9. Автомобиль, в котором система адгезива, удерживающая одно из окон в автомобиле, представляет собой систему по любому из пп.5-7.
10. Способ присоединения окна к транспортному средству, который включает в себя
A) приведение в контакт композиции по п.1 с частью окна в транспортном средстве;
B) по прохождении от примерно 5 дней до примерно 90 дней, нанесение композиции полиизоцианатного функционального адгезива на поверхность окна из стекла или пластика вдоль той части окна из стекла или пластика, которая должна соединяться со структурой, на которую ранее нанесена композиция по п.1; и
C) приведение в контакт окна со структурой, при том, что адгезив располагается между окном и структурой.
