Claims (37)
1. Система для стимулирования заживления ткани, содержащая пористую мягкую прокладку, воздухонепроницаемый перевязочный материал, средство для соединения дистального конца трубопровода через перевязочный материал, коробку, соединенную с возможностью съема с проксимальным концом трубопровода, электронасос для создания отрицательного давления в раневой полости, первый фильтр, расположенный между указанной коробкой и указанным средством для создания отрицательного давления, второй фильтр, расположенный между указанным первым фильтром и указанным средством для создания отрицательного давления, и средство для управления источником электропитания для приведения в действие указанного электронасоса.
2. Система по п.1, в которой указанный первый фильтр и указанный второй фильтр установлены в отверстии указанной коробки.
3. Система по п.1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая средство для взятия проб раневых текучих сред.
4. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая средство для крепления указанной системы к стационарному объекту.
5. Система по п.1, в которой указанный электронасос размещен в портативном корпусе.
6. Система по п.1, в которой указанная пористая мягкая прокладка содержит полимер с открытыми порами.
7. Система по п.1, в которой в указанном средстве для управления указанным источником электропитания предусмотрено отключение лампы подсветки к дисплею через заданный временной интервал.
8. Система по п.1 или 7, в которой в указанном средстве для управления указанным источником электропитания предусмотрено предотвращение подачи электрической мощности к электродвигателю до тех пор, пока не будет генерироваться достаточная мощность для приведения в действие указанного электродвигателя.
9. Система по п.1, в которой указанный трубопровод содержит продольные части, которые образуют дренажный канал и канал детектирования давления.
10. Система по п.9, в которой вокруг указанного дренажного канала расположено множество указанных каналов детектирования.
11. Система по п.9, в которой указанное средство для взятия проб текучих сред содержит уплотняемый канал доступа к указанному дренажному каналу.
12. Система для стимулирования заживления ткани, содержащая пористую мягкую прокладку, воздухонепроницаемый перевязочный материал, средство для соединения дистального конца дренажной трубы через указанный перевязочный материал, коробку, соединенную с возможностью съема с проксимальным концом дренажной трубы, автономный насосный механизм для создания отрицательного давления в раневой полости и средство для управления источником электропитания к указанному автономному насосному механизму.
13. Система по п.12, в которой в указанном средстве для управления указанным источником электропитания предусмотрено отключение лампы подсветки к дисплею через заданный временной интервал.
14. Система по п.12 или 13, в которой в указанном средстве для управления указанным источником электропитания предусмотрено предотвращение подачи электрической мощности к электродвигателю до тех пор, пока не будет генерироваться достаточная мощность для приведения в действие указанного электродвигателя.
15. Система по п.12, дополнительно содержащая средство для взятия проб раневых текучих сред.
16. Система по п.12, дополнительно содержащая средство для крепления указанной системы к стационарному объекту.
17. Система по п.12, в которой указанная пористая мягкая прокладка содержит пористый материал на основе поливинилового спирта.
18. Система для стимулирования заживления ткани, содержащая пористую мягкую прокладку, воздухонепроницаемый перевязочный материал, электронасос для создания отрицательного давления в раневой полости, коробку, соединенную с возможностью съема с указанным средством для создания отрицательного давления, корпус для размещения в нем указанной коробки и указанного средства для создания отрицательного давления, средство для крепления указанного корпуса к стационарному объекту и средство для управления источником электропитания для указанного электронасоса.
19. Система по п.18, в которой указанный источник электропитания для указанного электронасоса содержит портативный блок питания.
20. Система по п.18, в которой в указанном средстве для управления источником электропитания предусмотрено отключение лампы подсветки к дисплею на указанном корпусе через заданный временной интервал.
21. Система по любому из пп.18, 19 или 20, в которой в указанном средстве для управления источником электропитания предусмотрено предотвращение подачи электрической мощности к электродвигателю до тех пор, пока не будет генерироваться достаточная мощность для приведения в действие указанного электродвигателя.
22. Система по п.18, в которой указанная пористая мягкая прокладка содержит пористый материал на основе поливинилового спирта.
23. Система по п.18, дополнительно содержащая трубопровод, имеющий проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, и в которой указанный проксимальный конец соединен с возможностью съема с указанной коробкой, а указанный дистальный конец находится в жидкостном сообщении с раневой полостью.
24. Система по п.23, в которой указанный трубопровод содержит продольные части, которые образуют дренажный канал и канал детектирования давления.
25. Система по п.24, в которой вокруг указанного дренажного канала расположено множество указанных каналов детектирования.
26. Система по п.23, дополнительно содержащая средство для взятия проб раневых текучих сред.
27. Система по п.26, в которой средство для взятия проб раневых текучих сред содержит уплотняемый канал доступа.
28. Система для стимулирования заживления ткани, содержащая пористую мягкую прокладку, воздухонепроницаемый перевязочный материал, средство для создания отрицательного давления в раневой полости, средство для управления источником электропитания к указанному средству для создания указанного отрицательного давления и средство для изменения указанного отрицательного давления в течение временного интервала.
29. Система по п.28, в которой в указанном средстве для изменения указанного отрицательного давления предусмотрена регулировка фактического давления для соответствия изменяющемуся целевому давлению.
30. Система по п.29, в которой указанное изменяющееся целевое давление колеблется между целевым максимальным давлением и целевым минимальным давлением.
31. Система по п.28, в которой в указанном средстве для управления указанным источником электропитания предусмотрено отключение лампы подсветки к дисплею указанной системы через заданный временной интервал.
32. Система по п.28 или 31, в которой в указанном средстве для управления источником электропитания предусмотрено предотвращение подачи электрической мощности к электродвигателю до тех пор, пока не будет генерироваться достаточная мощность для приведения в действие указанного электродвигателя.
33. Система для стимулирования заживления ткани, содержащая пористую мягкую прокладку, воздухонепроницаемый перевязочный материал, осциллирующий насос для создания отрицательного давления в раневой полости, средство для максимизации скорости откачки в диапазоне давления и средство для управления источником электропитания к указанному осциллирующему насосу.
34. Система по п.33, в которой указанное средство для максимизации скорости потока содержит средство для изменения частоты возбуждения.
35. Система по п.34, в которой указанное средство для изменения указанной частоты возбуждения содержит датчик давления для измерения давления вне указанного насоса, систему управления для определения оптимальной частоты возбуждения для указанного насоса относительно давления, детектируемого указанным датчиком давления, и схему возбуждения переменной частоты для приведения в действие указанного насоса при указанной оптимальной частоте возбуждения.
36. Система по п.33, в которой в указанном средстве для управления источником электропитания предусмотрено отключение лампы подсветки к дисплею указанной системы через заданный временной интервал.
37. Система по п.33 или 36, в которой в указанном средстве для управления источником электропитания предусмотрено предотвращение подачи электрической мощности к указанному осциллирующему насосу до тех пор, пока не будет генерироваться достаточная мощность для приведения в действие указанного осциллирующего насоса.
