Abstract
Sistema (10) para estimular la cicatrización de tejido, que comprende: una compresa porosa (11); un vendaje (13) estanco al aire; un medio para conectar un extremo distal (16b) de un conducto (16) a través del vendaje (13); un depósito (18) conectado amoviblemente a un extremo distal (16a) del conducto (16); medios (14) para aplicar presión negativa a un sitio de herida; un primer filtro (20) posicionado entre dicho depósito (18) y dichos medios (14) para aplicar presión negativa; un segundo filtro (22) posicionado entre dicho primer filtro (20) y dichos medios (14) para aplicar presión negativa; y un medio para variar dicha presión negativa a lo largo de un intervalo de tiempo, caracterizado porque el primer (20) y el segundo (22) filtros son partes integrantes del depósito (18).
Claims (9)
1. Sistema (10) para estimular la cicatrización
de tejido, que comprende:
- una compresa porosa (11);
- un vendaje (13) estanco al aire;
- un medio para conectar un extremo distal (16b) de un conducto (16) a través del vendaje (13);
- un depósito (18) conectado amoviblemente a un extremo distal (16a) del conducto (16);
- medios (14) para aplicar presión negativa a un sitio de herida;
- un primer filtro (20) posicionado entre dicho depósito (18) y dichos medios (14) para aplicar presión negativa;
- un segundo filtro (22) posicionado entre dicho primer filtro (20) y dichos medios (14) para aplicar presión negativa; y
- un medio para variar dicha presión negativa a lo largo de un intervalo de tiempo,
caracterizado porque el
primer (20) y el segundo (22) filtros son partes integrantes del
depósito
(18).
2. Sistema (10) según la reivindicación 1 en el
cual dicho medio para variar dicha presión negativa comprende
medios para ajustar la presión en curso para satisfacer una presión
diana variable.
3. Sistema (10) según la reivindicación 2 en la
cual dicha presión diana variable oscila entre una presión diana
máxima y una presión diana mínima.
4. Sistema (10 según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 3 en el cual los medios (14) para aplicar
presión negativa comprenden la bomba eléctrica (14) y una fuente de
alimentación eléctrica para alimentar la bomba eléctrica (14), y el
sistema incorpora un medio (44) para manejar la fuente de
alimentación eléctrica.
5. Sistema (10) según la reivindicación 4, en el
cual dicho medio (44) para manejar dicha fuente de alimentación
eléctrica está constituido por medios para evitar que la energía
eléctrica alcance un motor eléctrico (50) de la bomba (14) hasta
que se haya generado suficiente energía para activar dicho motor
(50).
6. Sistema (10) según la reivindicación 4 y la
reivindicación 5 en el cual dicha fuente de alimentación para dicha
bomba eléctrica (14) comprende una unidad de energía portátil.
7. Sistema (10) según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones anteriores en el cual dicha bomba eléctrica (14)
es una bomba oscilante que tiene un medio para maximizar el caudal
de la bomba respecto de un intervalo determinado de presiones.
8. Sistema (10) según la reivindicación 7 en el
cual dicho medio para maximizar el caudal de bomba comprende un
medio (80) para variar una frecuencia de mando de un circuito de
mando que acciona la bomba oscilante (14).
9. Sistema (10) según la reivindicación 8 en el
cual dicho medio (80) para variar dicha frecuencia de mando
comprende:
- un detector de presión (82) para medir la presión a través de dicha bomba (14);
- un sistema de control (84) para determinar la frecuencia de mando óptima para dicha bomba respecto de la presión detectada por dicho detector de presión (82), y
- dicho circuito de mando de frecuencia variable (86) para accionar dicha bomba.
