Abstract

Claims (18)
- 多孔性パッド(11)と、気密被覆材料(13)と、上記被覆材料(13)に連結された滲出体液排液内腔(30)の遠位端(16a)と、上記滲出体液排液内腔(30)の近位端(16b)に取り外し可能に取り付けられた小型容器(18)と、創傷部位(12)に負圧を印加する内蔵型ポンプ(14)と、上記内蔵型ポンプ(14)を駆動する電気モータと、目標圧力に達するための一時的なモータ駆動電力を決定し,この一時的なモータ駆動電力が上記電気モータを駆動させるのに充分にならない限り,上記電気モータからの電力を抑えるモーター制御(44)と、創傷滲出体液をサンプリングするアクセスポート(24)とからなり、上記アクセスポート(24)が上記滲出体液排液内腔(30)に連結されており、穴をあけた後に密封を維持できる再度密封可能な膜(26)を有している、組織の治療回復を活性化させることを特徴とする負圧による組織治療システム。
- 所定の時間後、ディスプレイ(19)のバックライトを停止状態にする手段を備えている請求項1記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- さらに、上記負圧による組織治療システムを支柱に固定するクランプ(34)を備えている請求項1記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記多孔性パッド(11)がポリビニルアルコール発泡体からなる請求項1記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記ポンプ(14)の流速を最大にするために可変振動数ポンプを駆動するための最適駆動振動数を決定する制御システム(84)を備えている請求項1記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記最適駆動振動数で上記ポンプ(14)を駆動するための可変振動数駆動回路(86)を備えている請求項5記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記ポンプ(14)を通る圧力を測定する圧力センサー(82)を備えている請求項5記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 多孔性パッド(11)と、気密被覆材料(13)と、創傷部位(12)に負圧を印加する電動ポンプ(14)と、上記電動ポンプ(14)に取り外し可能に取り付けられた小型容器(18)と、近位端(16b)が上記小型容器(18)に取り外し可能に取り付けられ遠位端(16a)が上記創傷部位(12)に液体連通している導管(16)と、上記小型容器(18)と上記電動ポンプ(14)とを収容するハウジング(32)と、上記ハウジング(32)を支柱に固定するクランプ(34)と、目標圧力に達するための一時的なモータ駆動電力を決定し,この一時的なモータ駆動電力が上記電動ポンプ(14)を駆動させるのに充分にならない限り,上記電動ポンプ(14)からの電力を抑える電力管理モーター制御(44)と、創傷滲出体液をサンプリングする再度密封可能なアクセスポート(24)とからなり、上記アクセスポート(24)が上記導管(16)に連結されており、穴をあけた後に密封を維持できる再度密封可能な膜(26)を有している、組織の治療回復を活性化させることを特徴とする負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記電動ポンプ(14)に電力を供給する携帯型電源装置を備えている請求項8記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 所定の時間後、ディスプレイ(19)のバックライトを停止状態にする手段を備えている請求項8記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記多孔性パッド(11)がポリビニルアルコール発泡体からなる請求項8記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記導管(16)が、滲出体液排液内腔(30)と圧力検出導管(31)とを形成する長手方向の仕切りを備えている請求項8記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 複数の上記圧力検出導管(31)が上記滲出体液排液内腔(30)の周りに配置された請求項12記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記再度密封可能なアクセスポート(24)は、上記滲出体液排液内腔(30)の付属品からなる請求項8記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記電動ポンプ(14)が可変振動数ポンプである請求項8記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記電動ポンプ(14)の流速を最大にするために可変振動数ポンプを駆動するための最適駆動振動数を決定する制御システム(84)を備えている請求項15記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記最適駆動振動数で上記電動ポンプ(14)を駆動するための可変振動数駆動回路(86)を備えている請求項16記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
- 上記電動ポンプ(14)を通る圧力を測定する圧力センサー(82)を備えている請求項15記載の負圧による組織治療システム。
