Abstract
SAMMENDRAG Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en forbedret fremgangsmåte for serumfri fremstilling av en immortalisert human cellelinje stabilt transfektert under serumfrie betingelser med en spesifikk vektor som bærer genet som koder for proteinet av interesse. Videre angår oppfinnelsen en produksjons-cellelinje oppnådd ved nevnte fremgangsmåte, en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av nevnte protein av interesse ved anvendelse av nevnte produksjons-cellelinje og den spesifikke vektoren som inneholder genet av interesse som sådan.
