Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en vertscelle omfattende en ekspresjonsvektor omfattende et nukleinsyremolekyl som koder for et protein som krever ?-karboksylering og ledsagende ekspresjonskontrollsekvenser og et nukleinsyremolekyl som koder for en vitamin K epoksid reduktase og tilknyttede ekspresjonskontrollsekvenser og et nukleinsyremolekyl som koder for en ?-glutamyl karboksylase og tilknyttede kontrollsekvenser. Oppfinnelsen angår videre en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et protein som krever ?-karboksylering i høye utbytter.
