Abstract

2005 -01- 0 4 Det er tilveiebragt fremgangsmåter og sammensetninger som kan brukes for å fremstille monatin fra glukose, tryptofan, indol-3-melkesyre, indol-3-pyruvat og 2-hydroksy-2(indol-3-ylmetyl)-4-ketoglutarsyre.
