Abstract

Содержанием данного изобретения являются полипептиды, а также пути биосинтеза, которые могут найти применение при производстве индол-3-пирувата, 2-гидрокси 2-(индол-3-илметил)-4-кетоглутаровой кислоты (ПМ) и/или монатина. Приведены способы и соединения, которые могут быть использованы для получения монатина из глюкозы, триптофана, индол-3-лактата, индол-3-пирувата и 2-гидрокси 2-(иридол-3-илметил)-4-кетоглутаровой кислоты. Представлены также способы получения промежуточных продуктов индол-3-пирувата, 2-гидрокси 2-(индол-3-илметил)-4-кетоглутаровой кислоты. Представленные соединения содержат молекулы нуклеиновой кислоты, полипептиды, химические структуры и клетки. Способы включат процессы in vitro и in vivo, и способы in vitro включают химические реакции. Настоящее изобретение предназначено для использования в растениеводстве, а также в фармацевтике и медицине.
