Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a una procedimiento de fabricacion de tubos metalicos sin costura con una laminadora-perforadora de cilindros inclinados (perforadora). Segun el procedimiento de fabricacion de tubos metalicos sin costura de la presente invencion, al efecto de forjado por rotacion y la deformacion circunferencial de cizallamiento pueden ser eliminados significativamente sin generar el acoplamiento incompleto de un tocho. En consecuencia, puede fabricarse un productos con defectos internos reducidos y excelente calidad interna, con alta productividad. Ademas, reforzando la porcion de laminacion de la nariz del punzon, se obtiene una nariz de punzon mas aguda, pudiendo incrementarse el limite de acoplamiento. Adicionalmente, puede fabricarse un producto excelente en calidad interior. En consecuencia, la presente invencion puede ser aplicada en amplios campos de la laminacion-perforacion de tubos metalicos sin costura.
