Abstract

Un método favorablemente con el medio ambiente para preparar resina de poliamida, en donde las materias primas comprenden en peso 5-60 partes de ácido dibásico y 3-50 partes de diamina como monómeros poliméricos, y en peso 10-90 partes de poliamida de un sistema de dispersión reactivo; reactivamente dispersar los monómeros poliméricos en el sistema de dispersión de poliamida en estado fundido, y realizar una reacción de polimerización para obtener el producto de polímero. Un proceso de formación de sal en agua o etanol no ocurre durante el proceso completo. El producto no es afectado por la temperatura y el valor de pH durante el proceso de formación de sal, y tiene calidad extremadamente estable. Los problemas de consumo de agua, consumo de energía, consumo de tiempo y calidad inestable en la producción de sal de nailon tradicional son resueltos.
