Abstract

Предложен способ получения экологически безопасной полиамидной смолы, в котором исходные вещества содержат 5-60 мас.ч. двухосновной кислоты и 3-50 мас.ч. диамина в качестве полимеризуемых мономеров, и 10-90 мас.ч. полиамида реакционной дисперсионной системы; где указанный способ включает реакционное диспергирование указанных полимеризуемых мономеров в расплавленной полиамидной дисперсионной системе и проведение реакции полимеризации с получением полимерного продукта. В ходе указанного способа не происходит солеобразования в воде или этаноле, и поэтому продукт не подвержен влиянию температуры и рН в процессе солеобразования и обладает чрезвычайно стабильным качеством. Решены проблемы расхода воды, расхода энергии, затрат времени и нестабильного качества, характерные для традиционного получения нейлоновой соли.
