Abstract

Se proporciona un método de soldadura láser para cables planos en el cual superficies laterales en los extremos del primer y segundo cables planos recubiertos con películas aislantes, las superficies laterales siendo desprendidas de las películas aislantes, son pegadas entre sí, y se aplica un haz láser a las superficies de extremo del primer y segundo cables planos para soldar juntas las superficies laterales; este método incluye: aplicar el haz láser en una forma de bucle dentro de la superficie de extremo del primer cable plano para formar un baño de fusión; e incrementar gradualmente el diámetro de una trayectoria de aplicación con forma de bucle del haz láser dentro de la superficie de extremo del primer cable plano para permitir que el baño de fusión alcance las superficies laterales.
