Abstract
Los neocotinoides de insectos selectivos son una clase de ingredientes activos insecticidas que comparten algunas características en sus estructuras químicas y se ligan a los receptores acetilcolinos NACHR. La formulación de los mencionados compuestos en suspensión oleosa o dispersión oleosa resulta desafiante debido a sus interacciones electrostáticas con los heteroátomos en medios oleosos, que conducen a la floculación irreversible o a la homogeneidad reducida y drenaje de las mencionadas dispersiones oleosas. Imidacloprida, Tiametoxam, Tiacloprida, Nitenpiram, Acetamiprida, Clotianidina y Dinetofurano y derivados de los mismos con capacidad para ligar al NACHR se formulan exitosamente en suspensión oleosa con el uso de ciertos dispersantes basados en ácidos grasos aniónicos copoliméricos, derivados de sorbitan, surfactantes iónicos, otros surfactantes no iónicos y sal catiónica polivalente inorgánica dispersada en aceite. Las formulaciones producidas de esta forma exhiben propiedades de estabilidad de almacenamiento excelentes con respecto a parámetros fisicoquímicos, incluyendo la estabilidad del ingrediente activo neonicotinoide, drenaje reducido y redispersabilidad completa. Asimismo, exhiben eficacia biológica excelente debido al tamaño reducido y homogéneo de la partícula debajo de 2 µm al diluirse -emulsificarse- en agua.
