本发明公开了一种氟铃脲悬乳剂，其特征在于：所述氟铃脲悬乳剂由以下组分和重量百分比的组成：氟铃脲2.5％～10％，分散剂20％～30％，助悬剂1％～10％，抗冻剂2％～4％，乳化剂8％～12％，溶剂5％～15％，水补足100％。本发明的优点在于2.5％～10％氟铃脲悬乳剂不但农本低、高效、低毒、低残留，而且可有效防治蔬菜、棉花、水稻和果树等的多种鳞翅目害虫。

一种氟铃脲悬乳剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农药领域，具体地讲是涉及一种氟铃脲悬乳剂。
背景技术
农药为人类防治病、虫、草害及为保证农作物稳产高产等起到重要的作用。然而，多年来不合理的大量滥用农药，造成人、畜中毒、杀伤天敌和非靶标生物，尤其对农田生态系统的影响和自然环境的污染已引起农药管理及科研工作者的关注。国家发改委指出，逐步用环保新型剂替代现有的传统剂型，是目前农药制剂发展的趋势。农药制剂中，乳油首先受到国内农药市场限制，因为生产过程中使用大量的有机溶剂，致生产、储存、运输过程中易发生燃烧、爆炸、中毒等事故，且对环境的负面影响大。水性化制剂是农药剂型发展的主导方向之一，悬乳剂以水取代有机溶剂作为主要载体，对人畜、有益生物低毒，无着火危险、无有毒气味，提高了生产、储运和使用的安全性，减少了对环境的污染；而且热贮稳定性好；农本低；与可湿性粉剂、乳粉、乳油相比，安全环保的悬乳剂具有突出的优点而受到逐步重视。
氟铃脲(hexaflumuron)，为苯甲酰脲类的昆虫几丁质合成抑制剂，具有很高的杀虫、杀卵活性，广泛用于棉花、马铃薯及果树防治多种鳞翅目昆虫。该药剂选择性高、低毒、低残留。目前，常用剂型为5％氟铃脲乳油，未发现有5％氟铃脲悬乳剂的报道，本发明将会对该药剂悬乳剂的开发起到积极的推动作用，该发明的应用也将给企业带来良好的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种药效高的氟铃脲悬乳剂，采用的技术方案如下：
一种氟铃脲悬乳剂，其特征在于：所述氟铃脲悬乳剂由下列组分和重量百分比的组成：
氟铃脲    2.5％～10％
分散剂    20％～30％
助悬剂    1％～10％
抗冻剂    2％～4％
乳化剂    8％～12％
溶剂      5％～15％
水        补足100％
所述的分散剂为三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐或烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐中的一种或几种。
所述的助悬剂为白炭黑和硅酸铝镁中的一种或几种。
所述的乳化剂为苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚或烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或几种。
所述的抗冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇或尿素中的一种或几种。
所述的溶剂为二甲苯。
本发明的优点：与现有技术相比，本发明的氟铃脲悬乳剂是一种以水为基质的环保型制剂，对人畜、有益生物低毒、易降解，利于保护环境、且生产、运输、使用安全，稳定性好；相同有效用量时，悬乳剂的效果略高于乳油的效果。因此，田间应用时，达到同等效果时的有效用量减少，降低了农本、农药残留，利于保护环境。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对该发明进行具体说明，但并不仅仅限于下列实施例。
实施例一
2.5％氟铃脲悬乳剂的配方如下：
氟铃脲            2.5g
聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐  18.0g
白炭黑            2g
乙二醇            2g
苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚8.0g、
二甲苯    7.5g、
水        60.0g。
将上述配方按下述步骤配制：
(1)配制悬浮剂
将氟铃脲原药、聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、白炭黑和适量水混匀砂磨，配制成氟铃脲悬浮剂；
(2)配制水乳相
将乙二醇、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二甲苯混合，混匀后，加入适量水中，成均匀水乳相；
(3)混合剪切
将配制的悬浮剂加入剪切釜中，将上述配制好的水乳相加入到悬浮剂中，高速剪切，充分混合均匀，得到2.5％氟铃脲悬乳剂。
实施例二
5％氟铃脲悬乳剂的配方如下：
氟铃脲                    5.0g
聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐          21.0g
白炭黑                    4g
丙二醇                    2g
苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚10.0g
二甲苯                    10.0g
水                        48.0g
将上述配方按下述步骤配制：
(1)配制悬浮剂
将氟铃脲原药、聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、白炭黑和适量水混匀砂磨，配制成氟铃脲悬浮剂；
(2)配制水乳相
将丙二醇、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、二甲苯混合，混匀后，加入适量水中，成均匀水乳相；
(3)混合剪切
将悬浮剂加入剪切釜中，将上述配制好的水乳相加入到悬浮剂中，高速剪切，充分混合均匀，得到5％氟铃脲悬乳剂。
实施例三
一种氟铃脲悬乳剂的配方如下：
氟铃脲                  10.0g
聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐        21.0g
白炭黑                  5g
丙三醇                  2g
烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚12.0g
二甲苯                  10.0g
水                      40.0g
将上述配方按下述步骤配制：
(1)配制悬浮剂
将氟铃脲原药、聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、白炭黑和适量水混匀砂磨，配制成氟铃脲悬浮剂；
(2)配制水乳相
将丙三醇、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、二甲苯混合，混匀后，加入适量水中，成均匀水乳相；
(3)混合剪切
将悬浮剂加入剪切釜中，将上述配制好的水乳相加入到悬浮剂中，高速剪切，充分混合均匀，得到10％氟铃脲悬乳剂。
生物实施例
下面测试了不同含量的氟铃脲悬乳剂与5％氟铃脲乳油的活性比较。
试虫采用室内连代饲养的斜纹夜蛾，具体方法为：
药剂配制：试验原药为厂家提供原药，由我公司产品开发中心制剂室提供2.5％氟铃脲悬乳剂、5％氟铃脲悬乳剂、10％氟铃脲悬乳剂和5％氟铃脲乳油。试验前，根据药剂配制成不同浓度的药液。
接虫：9cm培养皿(内铺滤纸)中放入大小一致的甘蓝叶碟3片，挑选均匀一致的3龄幼虫于培养皿中，每皿接虫15头左右。
喷雾：从空白开始，用POTT喷雾塔在50PSI压力下喷雾，每次喷2毫升。叶碟正反面都进行喷雾。每浓度重复3次。喷完后放入养虫室(25±1℃，12H/12H)中。
统计分析：处理一定时间后检查死虫数，计算校正死亡率，并进行统计分析试验结果：见表-1。

注：表中纵列字母表示，死亡率经反正弦平方根转换后用邓肯氏新复极差(DMRT)法对试验数据进行分析，字母不同示在5％水平差异显著。
结果表明，5％氟铃脲乳油在稀释1000倍后，药后3d对试虫的致死率为90.9％，而2.5％、5％、和10％氟铃脲悬乳剂在分别稀释500倍、1000倍和2000倍后，对试虫的3d致死率分别为93.2％、93.0％、93.2％，悬乳剂与乳油处理对试虫的效果在5％水平上存在显著性差异。说明，在相同有效用量下，氟铃脲悬乳剂对害虫的效果较乳油相对较高。而悬乳剂农本较低，对环境相对安全，值得推广和应用。

1.一种氟铃脲悬乳剂，其特征在于：所述氟铃脲悬乳剂由下列组分和重量百分比的组成：
其中，分散剂为聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐，助悬剂为白炭黑，乳化剂为苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚或烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚，抗冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇或丙三醇，溶剂为二甲苯。
