Abstract
本发明涉及一种杀蚤灭鼠剂及制备方法,属于农药技术领域。本发明的一种杀蚤灭鼠剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:活性成分A0.002‑0.01%,活性成分B 0.0002‑0.01%,添加剂1‑60%,谷物0‑80%,辅料0.5‑60%;所述活性成分A为氟鼠灵;所述活性成分B为呋虫胺、噻虫胺或氯虫苯甲酰胺;所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为1:5‑50:1。本发明通过复配增效使得毒饵适口性佳,其日均消耗量提高了1.5‑2倍,大大增加了鼠药的利用率,节省了人力物力;另外该杀鼠剂在杀灭鼠类的同时还杀灭寄主在鼠身上的跳蚤,从而减少了疾病的传播,填补了市场空缺。

本发明涉及一种杀蚤灭鼠剂及制备方法,属于农药技术领域。
背景技术
鼠类个体小,食性杂,能适应各种恶劣的环境条件,且繁殖能力很强,成为哺乳动物中最大的类群,分布遍于全世界。当下,鼠患对于人类生产、生活造成了巨大的负面影响,不仅使农业产量减少,消耗大量农副产品,破坏和消耗工业及水利设施,而且对林业、草原等生态系统形成严重威胁。鼠类传染疾病,污染环境,威胁人类健康和生命安全,鼠类能把30多种疾病传播给人类,其中包括鼠疫、流行性出血热、钩端螺旋体病等极具危害性的疾病。同时,鼠类是跳蚤的原始寄主,这些跳蚤寄生在鼠类的皮毛中,以吸血为生,如果猫或者狗捉了带有跳蚤的老鼠,也会被传染,成为跳蚤新的寄主。跳蚤是多种疾病的产生和传播根源,可传播虱传斑疹伤寒、鼠疫、回归热等危险疾病,它携带鼠疫杆菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、脊椎灰质火病毒和黄曲霉等40多种病原体,而且其分泌物和粪便中还含有多种致癌物质,严重威胁人类健康。目前的灭鼠剂功能单一,且诱饵块对啮齿动物仍不够美味,不能确保它们对诱饵保持持久的兴趣,必须大量投喂,利用率较低。因此,急需一种环保高效的药剂既对老鼠没有抗性,又能灭蚤,经济方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在灭鼠剂功能单一、效果不佳的缺陷,提出一种杀蚤灭鼠剂及制备方法,实现灭鼠的同时一起灭蚤,填补市场空白。
本发明首先提供一种杀鼠灭蚤剂,具体通过以下技术方案解决技术问题:一种杀蚤灭鼠剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
活性成分A 0.002-0.01%,
活性成分B 0.0002-0.01%,
添加剂 1-60%,
谷物 0-80%
辅料 0.5-60%
所述活性成分A为氟鼠灵;
所述活性成分B为呋虫胺、噻虫胺或氯虫苯甲酰胺;
所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为1:5-50:1。
所述活性成分A的用量为0.003-0.008%,优选用量为0.005%。
所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为5:2,更优选的比例是2:1。
所述添加剂为甜味剂、赋形剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、苦味剂、动植物脂肪/油和警戒色素。
所述甜味剂为葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、淀粉糖、乳糖、甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠、木糖、糖精钠中的至少一种。
所述赋形剂为淀粉、聚醚、阿拉伯胶、聚丙烯酸酯、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、麦芽糖糊精、海藻糖、凡士林、甘油、工业石蜡中的至少一种。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢醋酸及其钠盐、尼泊金酯中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂为维生素E、叶黄素、叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素中的至少一种;
所述苦味剂是一种添加与产品中,使其味道或气味带有苦味的化学制剂,是一种为防止人们吸入或摄入有毒有害物质而广泛使用的厌恶剂,是非常有效的儿童、动物阻食剂。通常情况下苦精的使用浓度极低(0.0001-0.002%),不会增加产品成本,但同时能赋予产品安全性和功能性。
所述动植物脂肪/油为猪油、鱼油、黄油、牛油、大豆脂肪、花生酱、可可脂、玉米油、大豆油、菜籽油、葵花籽油、花生油、橄榄油、棕榈油等中的至少一种;
所述警戒色素为红曲红、高梁红、胭脂红、柠檬黄、日落黄、靛蓝或亮蓝中的一种。加入警戒色素目的是对毒饵显著标记以避免被人类或非靶标动物误食,而且警戒色素也可用于在啮齿动物害虫的粪便或呕吐物中检测毒饵的摄入情况。
所述甜味剂为重量比为2:1的葡萄糖和果糖的复合糖;所述防腐剂为重量百分比0.2-5%的山梨酸钾、脱氢醋酸及其钠盐或β-胡萝卜素;所述动植物脂肪/油为鱼油、菜籽油、大豆油或棕榈油;所述警戒色素为靛蓝或亮蓝,因蓝色尤其适用于阻止鸟类。
所述谷物为稻谷、小麦、大麦、玉米、高粱、燕麦、荞麦、豆子中的至少一种;所述谷物被加工成碎谷粒、粗谷粉或者谷粉。
本发明通过添加合适的添加剂,以及灭鼠剂和杀虫剂的复配增效,很好地增加了诱饵的适口性,提高了诱饵的杀鼠作用,同时还能杀灭鼠身上携带的跳蚤。
本发明进一步提供杀蚤灭鼠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、将活性成分A溶于乙醇中,再加入混有亮蓝色素的滑石粉,搅拌均匀后烘干,得到活性成分A母粉,备用;
第二步、将活性成分A母粉、活性成分B、谷物、添加剂搅拌均匀,再加入辅料混匀,通过浇注、挤压或造粒方式制得产品。
上述方法的所述第一步中将氟鼠灵0.5g溶于10-30%的乙醇中,再分批加入混有0.1-1%亮蓝的滑石粉99.5g中,充分搅拌均匀,烘干得0.5%母粉备用;所述第二步中,将0.5%氟鼠灵母粉,活性成分B,谷物,添加剂及辅料按比例充分混合搅拌均匀,通过浇铸、挤压或者造粒从而制成最终制剂产品。杀蚤灭鼠剂的剂型包括蜡块,粉剂,颗粒剂,膏剂;优选为蜡块。
本发明提供了兼具灭鼠与灭蚤功能的复合制剂,其由有效杀鼠成分氟鼠灵和内吸、胃毒类杀虫剂组合而成,通过复配增效使得毒饵适口性佳,其日均消耗量提高了1.5-2倍,大大增加了鼠药的利用率,节省了人力物力;另外该杀鼠剂在杀灭鼠类的同时还杀灭寄主在鼠身上的跳蚤,从而减少了疾病的传播,填补了市场空缺。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
下述实施例除非另有说明,所涉及的“%” 均为“重量百分比”。
实施例
制备实施例1
氟鼠灵母粉的制备:
将0.5g亮蓝色素加入99g滑石粉中,搅拌均匀。然后加入溶有0.5g氟鼠灵的乙醇溶液10g,充分搅拌均匀,烘干制得氟鼠灵含量为0.5%的蓝色粉末,即氟鼠灵母粉,备用,作为以下制备实施例中的氟鼠灵母粉使用,以下各实施例中不再赘述。
制备实施例2
一种杀蚤灭鼠剂及制备方法,其原料由如下重量份的组分组成:氟鼠灵母粉1.0%,玉米渣26.0%,玉米粉6.0%,面粉22.0%,糯米粉8.0%,葡萄糖4.0%,果糖2.0%,山梨酸钾1.0%,维生素E 1.0%,靛蓝0.5%,苯甲地钠铵10ppm,石蜡补足至100%。通过加热将石蜡制成蜡液,再将蜡液、其它各组分按上述配方比例充分混合搅拌均匀后,装入成型设备压制得氟鼠灵蜡块成品。

一种杀蚤灭鼠剂及制备方法,其原料由如下重量份的组分组成:氟鼠灵母粉1.0%,呋虫胺(与氟鼠灵原药的重量比为1:2),玉米渣30.0%,玉米粉17.8%,面粉18.0%,糯米粉12.0%,葡萄糖6.0%,果糖3.0%,山梨酸钾1.0%,维生素E 0.8%,靛蓝0.2%,苯甲地钠铵5ppm,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2%。将上述组分充分混合均匀,水补足至100%,搅拌挤压造型,烘干得氟鼠灵颗粒剂成品。

一种杀蚤灭鼠剂及制备方法,其原料由如下重量份的组分组成:呋虫胺0.0025%,玉米渣26.0%,玉米粉6.0%,面粉22.0%,糯米粉8.0%,葡萄糖4.0%,果糖2.0%,山梨酸钾0.4%,维生素E 1.0%,靛蓝0.5%,苯甲地钠铵10ppm,石蜡补足至100%。通过加热将石蜡制成蜡液,再将蜡液、其它各组分按上述配方比例充分混合搅拌均匀后,装入成型设备压制得氟鼠灵蜡块成品。

空白实施例
一种杀蚤灭鼠剂及其制备方法,其原料由如下重量份的组分组成:玉米渣26.0%,玉米粉6.0%,面粉22.0%,糯米粉8.0%,葡萄糖6.0%,果糖3.0%,山梨酸钾1.0%,维生素E1.0%,靛蓝0.5%,苯甲地钠铵10ppm,石蜡补足至100%。通过加热将石蜡制成蜡液,再将蜡液、其它各组分按上述配方比例充分混合搅拌均匀后,装入成型设备压制得蜡块成品。
应用实施例1:大白鼠对不同浓度氟鼠灵毒饵的适口性与防效试验
试验方法:
检测环境条件:温度:20±2℃,相对湿度50%±4%;鼠笼型号:0.5m×0.4m×0.3m;
试验试虫:SD大白鼠200g±20g;每种毒饵试验,靶标鼠10只,雌雄各半。
试验方法:
用食盒提供实验饵,笼子下面放纸,检查消耗时收集漏在纸上的饵料,与食盒中的剩余饵一起称量。毒饵盒与对照盒对称地放在笼内,并有一定的距离,使漏下的饵料不至相混。试验前称重,鉴别雌雄,鼠笼编号。先给试鼠喂对照饵料,直到所有鼠都取食。将试鼠按体重大小(雌雄分开)随机分组,进行为期7天的摄食试验。每天称耗饵量并更换新饵,同时调换食盒位置。7天后,将存活鼠转移到干净鼠笼正常饲养观察14天,记录死亡日期。
通过摄食系数及试鼠死亡比评价不同浓度氟鼠灵对毒饵适口性的影响及效果。
试验1:分别将制备实施例2-8所得蜡块(有效成分:氟鼠灵)与空白实施例蜡块同时放入鼠笼,进行有选择性摄食试验,测定适口性和灭效效果,其结果如下:

由上表数据(制备实施例2.3.4.5.6)可以看出,随着氟鼠灵含量增加,其适口性变差。当氟鼠灵含量为0.002-0.01%时,试鼠死亡率达到80%及以上;其中氟鼠灵含量为0.005%时为最优。
由上表数据(制备实施例2.7.8)可以看出,当甜味剂选择由2:1的葡萄糖和果糖组成的复合糖类时,效果最优。
试验2:将制备实施例(有效成分:氟鼠灵和杀虫剂)所得蜡块与空白实施例蜡块同时放入鼠笼,进行有选择性摄食试验,测定适口性和灭效效果。试验结果见下表2-表4。
加入杀虫活性组分后的增效结果主要以试鼠死亡比和摄食系数的增效倍数作为评价标准。

试验结果表明:在空白蜡块中加入杀虫活性组分,适口性变差,该蜡块不具备灭鼠效果;在氟鼠灵蜡块中加入杀虫活性组分,当杀虫活性组分与氟鼠灵的重量比低于1:5时,增效作用不明显;当杀虫活性组分与氟鼠灵的重量比大于等于1:1时,适口性差,易拒食,杀鼠效果不达80%;当杀虫活性组分与氟鼠灵的重量比为1:2时,适口性增效作用明显,可达到1.8倍以上,效果最佳。
应用实施例2:防治跳蚤室内药效试验
试验方法:
检测环境条件:温度:20±2℃,相对湿度50%±4%;方箱型号:0.3m×0.3m×0.3m;
试验试虫:SD大白鼠200g±20g;每种毒饵试验,靶标鼠6只,雌雄各半;未喂血的成虫跳蚤50头。
试验方法:
先给试鼠两天鼠饲料,每天称消耗量并更换新饲料,第二天吃饲料太少者(不及全部试鼠平均摄饵量的1/5)淘汰。将试鼠按体重大小(雌雄分开)随机分组、编号,放入装有50头跳蚤的玻璃方箱内。开始用食盒提供毒饵并每天更换新饵。待大白鼠死亡后,检察跳蚤死亡数量。试验重复6次,设空白对照。

试验结果显示:不含杀虫组分的氟鼠灵单剂(制备实施例2)不具有灭蚤功效;当杀虫活性组分加入量为氟鼠灵含量的1:5-1:1时,大白鼠取食毒饵4-6天后死亡,此时跳蚤死亡率达85%以上。
综上所述,在杀鼠剂氟鼠灵中加入杀虫活性组分呋虫胺、噻虫胺或氯虫苯甲酰胺,对鼠药的适口性有显著的增效作用。优选地,当氟鼠灵含量为0.005%,杀虫活性组分含量为氟鼠灵含量的1:2时,其增效倍数可达1.8。优选地,该组合物甜味剂选择为2:1的葡萄糖和果糖的复合糖类。同时,本发明组合物还具有灭蚤功效,在杀灭老鼠的同时,还能杀死寄主在其身上的跳蚤,极大地减少了因跳蚤而传播的疾病,保证了人类生命财产的安全。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种杀蚤灭鼠剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
活性成分A 0.002-0.01%,
活性成分B 0.0002-0.01%,
添加剂 1-60%,
谷物 0-80%
辅料 0.5-60%
所述活性成分A为氟鼠灵;
所述活性成分B为呋虫胺、噻虫胺或氯虫苯甲酰胺;
所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为1:5-50:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述杀蚤灭鼠剂,其特征在于:所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为5:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述杀蚤灭鼠剂,其特征在于:所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述杀蚤灭鼠剂,其特征在于:所述添加剂为甜味剂、赋形剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、苦味剂、动植物脂肪/油和警戒色素。
5.根据权利要求4所述杀蚤灭鼠剂,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、淀粉糖、乳糖、甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠、木糖、糖精钠中的至少一种;所述赋形剂为淀粉、聚醚、阿拉伯胶、聚丙烯酸酯、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、麦芽糖糊精、海藻糖、凡士林、甘油、工业石蜡中的至少一种;所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢醋酸及其钠盐、尼泊金酯中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂为维生素E、叶黄素、叶黄素、β-胡萝卜素中的至少一种;所述动植物脂肪/油为猪油、鱼油、黄油、牛油、大豆脂肪、花生酱、可可脂、玉米油、大豆油、菜籽油、葵花籽油、花生油、橄榄油、棕榈油等中的至少一种;所述警戒色素为红曲红、高梁红、胭脂红、柠檬黄、日落黄、靛蓝或亮蓝中的一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述杀蚤灭鼠剂,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为重量比为2:1的葡萄糖和果糖的复合糖;所述防腐剂为重量百分比0.2-5%的山梨酸钾、脱氢醋酸及其钠盐;所述抗氧剂为维生素E或β-胡萝卜素;所述动植物脂肪/油为鱼油、菜籽油、大豆油或棕榈油;所述警戒色素为靛蓝或亮蓝。
7.根据权利要求1所述杀蚤灭鼠剂,其特征在于:所述谷物为稻谷、小麦、大麦、玉米、高粱、燕麦、荞麦、豆子中的至少一种;所述谷物被加工成碎谷粒、粗谷粉或者谷粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述杀蚤灭鼠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、将活性成分A溶于乙醇中,再加入混有亮蓝色素的滑石粉,搅拌均匀后烘干,得到活性成分A母粉,备用;
第二步、将活性成分A母粉、活性成分B、谷物、添加剂搅拌均匀,再加入辅料混匀,通过浇注、挤压或造粒方式制得产品。
9.根据权利要求8所述杀蚤灭鼠剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中将氟鼠灵0.5g溶于10-30%的乙醇中,再分批加入混有0.1-1%亮蓝的滑石粉99.5g中,充分搅拌均匀,烘干得0.5%母粉备用;所述第二步中,将0.5%氟鼠灵母粉,活性成分B,谷物,添加剂及辅料按比例充分混合搅拌均匀,通过浇铸、挤压或者造粒从而制成最终制剂产品。
10.根据权利要求9所述杀蚤灭鼠剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制剂产品的剂型是蜡块,粉剂,颗粒剂或膏剂。
